	365 일독성경 3월 2일 (1)

	레위기 19:1-20:27 언약의 백성인 이스라엘은 일상 생활 가운데서도 하나님의 성품인 거룩과 공의에 따라 하나님과 이웃에 대한 법도를 지켜야 했다. 하나님께서는 우상 숭배와 성적인 음란죄를 가장 가증스럽게 여기셨으므로 이에 대한 구체적인 형벌을 말씀하셨다. 이스라엘 백성들에게는 선민으로서 거룩한 생활을 해야 하는 의무가 주어졌다.

	거룩한 생활을 위한 규례(19:1-19:37)

主はモ ― セに言われた，

「イスラエルの人¿の全會衆に言いなさい，『あなたがたの神，主なるわたしは，聖であるから，あなたがたも聖でなければならない．

あなたがたは，おのおのその母とその父とをおそれなければならない．またわたしの安息日を守らなければならない．わたしはあなたがたの神，主である．

むなしい神¿に心を寄せてはならない．また自分のために神¿を鑄て造ってはならない．わたしはあなたがたの神，主である．

酬恩祭の ¿牲を主にささげるときは，あなたがたが受け入れられるように，それをささげなければならない．

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.

Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God.

Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God.

And if ye offer a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, ye shall offer it at your own will.

それは，ささげた日と，その翌日とに食べ，三日目まで殘ったものは，それを火で燒かなければならない．

もし三日目に，少しでも食べるならば，それは忌むべきものとなって，あなたは受け入れられないであろう．

それを食べる者は，主の聖なる物を汚すので，そのとがを負わなければならない．その人は民のうちから斷たれるであろう．

あなたがたの地の實のりを刈り入れるときは，畑のすみずみまで刈りつくしてはならない．またあなたの刈入れの落ち穗を拾ってはならない．

あなたのぶどう畑の實を取りつくしてはならない．またあなたのぶどう畑に落ちた實を拾ってはならない．貧しい者と寄留者とのために，これを殘しておかなければならない．わたしはあなたがたの神，主である．

It shall be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the morrow: and if ought remain until the third day, it shall be burnt in the fire.

And if it be eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; it shall not be accepted.

Therefore every one that eateth it shall bear his iniquity, because he hath profaned the hallowed thing of the LORD: and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.

And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the LORD your God.

あなたがたは盜んではならない．欺いてはならない．互に僞ってはならない．

わたしの名により僞り誓って，あなたがたの神の名を汚してはならない．わたしは主である．

あなたの隣人をしえたげてはならない．また，かすめてはならない．日雇人の賃銀を明くる朝まで，あなたのもとにとどめておいてはならない．

耳しいを，のろってはならない．目しいの前につまずく物を置いてはならない．あなたの神を恐れなければならない．わたしは主である．

さばきをするとき，不正を行ってはならない．貧しい者を片よってかばい，力ある者を曲げて助けてはならない．ただ正義をもって隣人をさばかなければならない．

Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.

And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.

Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.

Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

民のうちを行き巡って，人の惡口を言いふらしてはならない．あなたの隣人の血にかかわる僞證をしてはならない．わたしは主である．

あなたは心に兄弟を憎んではならない．あなたの隣人をねんごろにいさめて，彼のゆえに罪を身に負ってはならない．

あなたはあだを返してはならない．あなたの民の人¿に恨みをいだいてはならない．あなた自身のようにあなたの隣人を愛さなければならない．わたしは主である．

あなたがたはわたしの定めを守らなければならない．あなたの家畜に異なった種をかけてはならない．あなたの畑に二種の種をまいてはならない．二種の絲の混ぜ織りの衣服を身につけてはならない．

だれでも，人と婚約のある女奴隷で，まだあがなわれず，自由を與えられていない者と寢て交わったならば，彼らふたりは罰を受ける．しかし，殺されることはない．彼女は自由の女ではないからである．

Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour; I am the LORD.

Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.

And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.

しかし，その男は愆祭を主に携えてこなければならない．すなわち，愆祭の雄羊を，會見の幕屋の入口に連れてこなければならない．

そして，祭司は彼の犯した罪のためにその愆祭の雄羊をもって，主の前に彼のために，あがないをするであろう．こうして彼の犯した罪はゆるされるであろう．

あなたがたが，かの地にはいって，もろもろのくだものの木を植えるときは，その實はまだ割禮をうけないものと，見なさなければならない．すなわち，それは三年の間あなたがたには，割禮のないものであって，食べてはならない．

And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, even a ram for a trespass offering.

And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD for his sin which he hath done: and the sin which he hath done shall be forgiven him.

And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of.

But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the LORD withal.

And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the LORD your God.

あなたがたは何をも血のままで食べてはならない．また占いをしてはならない．魔法を行ってはならない．

あなたがたのびんの毛を切ってはならない．ひげの兩端をそこなってはならない．

死人のために身を傷つけてはならない．また身に入墨をしてはならない．わたしは主である．

あなたの娘に遊女のわざをさせて，これを汚してはならない．これはみだらな事が國に行われ，惡事が地に滿ちないためである．

あなたがたはわたしの安息日を守り，わたしの聖所を敬わなければならない．わたしは主である．

Ye shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, nor observe times.

Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard.

Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.

Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness.

Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

あなたがたは口寄せ，または占い師のもとにおもむいてはならない．彼らに問うて汚されてはならない．わたしはあなたがたの神，主である．

あなたは白髮の人の前では，起立しなければならない．また老人を敬い，あなたの神を恐れなければならない．わたしは主である．

もし他國人があなたがたの國に寄留して共にいるならば，これをしえたげてはならない．

あなたがたと共にいる寄留の他國人を，あなたがたと同じ國に生れた者のようにし，あなた自身のようにこれを愛さなければならない．あなたがたもかつてエジプトの國で他國人であったからである．わたしはあなたがたの神，主である．

あなたがたは，さばきにおいても，物差しにおいても，はかりにおいても，ますにおいても，不正を行ってはならない．

Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.

Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the LORD.

And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him.

But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.

あなたがたは正しいてんびん，正しいおもり石，正しいエパ，正しいヒンを使わなければならない．わたしは，あなたがたをエジプトの國から導き出したあなたがたの神，主である．

あなたがたはわたしのすべての定めと，わたしのすべてのおきてを守って，これを行わなければならない．わたしは主である』」．

Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.

Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.

	사형에 해당되는 범죄(20:1-20:27)

主はまたモ ― セに言われた，

「イスラエルの人¿に言いなさい，『イスラエルの人¿のうち，またイスラエルのうちに寄留する他國人のうち，だれでもその子供をモレクにささげる者は，必ず殺されなければならない．すなわち，國の民は彼を石で擊たなければならない．

わたしは顔をその人に向け，彼を民のうちから斷つであろう．彼がその子供をモレクにささげてわたしの聖所を汚し，またわたしの聖なる名を汚したからである．

その人が子供をモレクにささげるとき，國の民がもしことさらに，この事に目をおおい，これを殺さないならば，

わたし自身，顔をその人とその家族とに向け，彼および彼に見ならってモレクを慕い，これと姦淫する者を，すべて民のうちから斷つであろう．

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.

And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:

Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.

もし口寄せ，または占い師のもとにおもむき，彼らを慕って姦淫する者があれば，わたしは顔をその人に向け，これを民のうちから斷つであろう．

人の妻と姦淫する者，すなわち隣人の妻と姦淫する者があれば，その姦夫，姦婦は共に必ず殺されなければならない．

And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.

Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.

And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.

For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.

And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

その父の妻と寢る者は，その父をはずかしめる者である．彼らはふたりとも必ず殺されなければならない．その血は彼らに歸するであろう．

子の妻と寢る者は，ふたり共に必ず殺されなければならない．彼らは道ならぬことをしたので，その血は彼らに歸するであろう．

And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.

And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.

女がもし， ¿に近づいて，これと寢るならば，あなたは，その女と ¿とを殺さなければならない．彼らは必ず殺さるべきである．その血は彼らに歸するであろう．

And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.

And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister, nor of thy father's sister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.

And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

人がもし，その兄弟の妻を取るならば，これは汚らわしいことである．彼はその兄弟をはずかしめたのであるから，彼らは子なき者となるであろう．

あなたがたはわたしの定めとおきてとをことごとく守って，これを行わなければならない．そうすれば，わたしがあなたがたを住まわせようと導いて行く地は，あなたがたを吐き出さぬであろう．

And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.

Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.

And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.

Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.

あなたがたはわたしに對して聖なる者でなければならない．主なるわたしは聖なる者で，あなたがたをわたしのものにしようと，他の民から區別したからである．

男または女で，口寄せ，または占いをする者は，必ず殺されなければならない．すなわち，石で擊ち殺さなければならない．その血は彼らに歸するであろう』」．

And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.

A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.
