- イエス が 宮から 出て 行かれるとき， 弟子のひとりが 言った， 「先生， ごらんなさい． なんという 見事な 石， なんという 立派な 建物でしょう 」．
- イエス は 言われた， 「あなたは， これらの 大きな 建物をながめているのか． その 石一つでもくずされないままで， 他の 石の 上に 殘ることもなくなるであろう 」．
- また オリブ 山で， 宮にむかってすわっておられると， ペテロ ， ヤコブ ， ヨハネ ， アンデレ が， ひそかにお 尋ねした．
- 「わたしたちにお 話しください． いつ， そんなことが 起るのでしょうか． またそんなことがことごとく 成就するような 場合には， どんな 前兆がありますか 」．
- そこで， イエス は 話しはじめられた， 「人に 惑わされないように 氣をつけなさい．

- And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!
- And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
- And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
- Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?
- And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

- 多くの 者がわたしの 名を 名のって 現れ， 自分がそれだと 言って， 多くの 人を 惑わすであろう．
- また， 戰爭と 戰爭のうわさとを 聞くときにも， あわてるな． それは 起らねばならないが， まだ 終りではない．
- 民は 民に， 國は 國に 敵對して 立ち 上がるであろう． またあちこちに 地震があり， またききんが 起るであろう． これらは 産みの 苦しみの 初めである．
- あなたがたは 自分で 氣をつけていなさい． あなたがたは， わたしのために， 衆議所に 引きわたされ， 會堂で 打たれ， 長官たちや 王たちの 前に 立たされ， 彼らに 對してあかしをさせられるであろう．
- こうして， 福音はまずすべての 民に 宣べ 傳えられねばならない．

- For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
- And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.
- For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
- But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
- And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

- そして， 人¿があなたがたを 連れて 行って 引きわたすとき， 何を 言おうかと， 前もって 心配するな． その 場合， 自分に 示されることを 語るがよい． 語る 者はあなたがた 自身ではなくて， 聖靈である．
- また 兄弟は 兄弟を， 父は 子を 殺すために 渡し， 子は 兩親に 逆らって 立ち， 彼らを 殺させるであろう．
- また， あなたがたはわたしの 名のゆえに， すべての 人に 憎まれるであろう． しかし， 最後まで 耐え 忍ぶ 者は 救われる．

- But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
- Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.
- And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
