- わたしは 耐え 忍んで 主を 待ち 望んだ． 主は 耳を 傾けて， わたしの 叫びを 聞かれた．
- 主はわたしを 滅びの 穴から， 泥の 沼から 引きあげて， わたしの 足を 岩の 上におき， わたしの 步みをたしかにされた．
- 主は 新しい 歌をわたしの 口に 授け， われらの 神にささげるさんびの 歌を ／わたしの 口に 授けられた． 多くの 人はこれを 見て 恐れ， かつ 主に 信賴するであろう．
- 主をおのが 賴みとする 人， 高ぶる 者にたよらず， 僞りの 神に 迷う 者にたよらない 人はさいわいである．
- わが 神， 主よ， あなたのくすしきみわざと， われらを 思うみおもいとは 多くて， くらべうるものはない． わたしはこれを 語り 述べようとしても ／多くて 數えることはできない．

- Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
- Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
- I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
- I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.
- I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.
