- 神よ， わたしをさばき， 神を 恐れない 民にむかって， わたしの 訴えをあげつらい， たばかりをなすよこしまな 人から ／わたしを 助け 出してください．
- あなたはわたしの 寄り 賴む 神です． なぜわたしを 捨てられたのですか． なぜわたしは 敵のしえたげによって ／悲しみ 步くのですか．
- あなたの 光とまこととを 送ってわたしを 導き， あなたの 聖なる 山と， あなたの 住まわれる 所に ／わたしをいたらせてください．
- その 時わたしは 神の 祭壇へ 行き， わたしの 大きな 喜びである 神へ 行きます． 神よ， わが 神よ， わたしは 琴をもってあなたをほめたたえます．
- わが 魂よ， 何ゆえうなだれるのか． 何ゆえわたしのうちに 思いみだれるのか． 神を 待ち 望め． わたしはなおわが 助け， わが 神なる 主をほめたたえるであろう．

- Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
- For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
- O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.
- Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.
- Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
