- わたしは 主を 愛する． 主はわが 聲と， わが 願いとを 聞かれたからである．
- 主はわたしに 耳を 傾けられたので， わたしは 生きるかぎり 主を 呼びまつるであろう．
- 死の 綱がわたしを 取り 卷き， 陰府の 苦しみがわたしを 捕えた． わたしは 惱みと 悲しみにあった．

- 主は 惠みふかく， 正しくいらせられ， われらの 神はあわれみに 富まれる．

- I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.
- Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.
- The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.
