- そうでないとすれば， 死者のために バプテスマ を 受ける 人¿は， なぜそれをするのだろうか． もし 死者が 全くよみがえらないとすれば， なぜ 人¿が 死者のために バプテスマ を 受けるのか．
- また， なんのために， わたしたちはいつも 危險を 冒しているのか．
- 兄弟たちよ． わたしたちの 主 キリスト · イエス にあって， わたしがあなたがたにつき 持っている 誇にかけて 言うが， わたしは 日¿死んでいるのである．
- もし， わたしが 人間の 考えによって エペソ で ¿と 戰ったとすれば， それはなんの 役に 立つのか． もし 死人がよみがえらないのなら， 「わたしたちは 飮み 食いしようではないか． あすもわからぬいのちなのだ 」．
- まちがってはいけない． 「惡い 交わりは， 良いならわしをそこなう 」．

- Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?
- And why stand we in jeopardy every hour?
- I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our LORD, I die daily.
- If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.
- Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

- 目ざめて 身を 正し， 罪を 犯さないようにしなさい． あなたがたのうちには， 神について 無知な 人¿がいる． あなたがたをはずかしめるために， わたしはこう 言うのだ．
- しかし， ある 人は 言うだろう． 「どんなふうにして， 死人がよみがえるのか． どんなからだをして 來るのか 」．
- おろかな 人である． あなたのまくものは， 死ななければ， 生かされないではないか．
- また， あなたのまくのは， やがて 成るべきからだをまくのではない． 麥であっても， ほかの 種であっても， ただの 種粒にすぎない．
- ところが， 神はみこころのままに， これにからだを 與え， その 一つ 一つの 種にそれぞれのからだをお 與えになる．

- Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
- But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
- Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die:
- And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain:
- But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

- すべての 肉が， 同じ 肉なのではない． 人の 肉があり， ¿の 肉があり， 鳥の 肉があり， 魚の 肉がある．
- 天に 屬するからだもあれば， 地に 屬するからだもある． 天に 屬するものの 榮光は， 地に 屬するものの 榮光と 違っている．
- 日の 榮光があり， 月の 榮光があり， 星の 榮光がある． また， この 星とあの 星との 間に， 榮光の 差がある．
- 死人の 復活も， また 同樣である． 朽ちるものでまかれ， 朽ちないものによみがえり，
- 卑しいものでまかれ， 榮光あるものによみがえり， 弱いものでまかれ， 强いものによみがえり，

- All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds.
- There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
- There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.
- So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
- It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

- 肉のからだでまかれ， 靈のからだによみがえるのである． 肉のからだがあるのだから， 靈のからだもあるわけである．
- 聖書に「最初の 人 アダム は 生きたものとなった 」と 書いてあるとおりである． しかし 最後の アダム は 命を 與える 靈となった．
- 最初にあったのは， 靈のものではなく 肉のものであって， その 後に 靈のものが 來るのである．
- 第一の 人は 地から 出て 土に 屬し， 第二の 人は 天から 來る．
- この 土に 屬する 人に， 土に 屬している 人¿は 等しく， この 天に 屬する 人に， 天に 屬している 人¿は 等しいのである．

- It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
- And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
- Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
- The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.
- As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

- すなわち， わたしたちは， 土に 屬している 形をとっているのと 同樣に， また 天に 屬している 形をとるであろう．
- 兄弟たちよ． わたしはこの 事を 言っておく． 肉と 血とは 神の 國を 繼ぐことができないし， 朽ちるものは 朽ちないものを 繼ぐことがない．
- ここで， あなたがたに 奧義を 告げよう． わたしたちすべては， 眠り 續けるのではない． 終りの ラッパ の 響きと 共に， またたく 間に， 一瞬にして 變えられる．
- というのは， ラッパ が 響いて， 死人は 朽ちない 者によみがえらされ， わたしたちは 變えられるのである．
- なぜなら， この 朽ちるものは 必ず 朽ちないものを 着， この 死ぬものは 必ず 死なないものを 着ることになるからである．

- And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
- Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
- Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
- In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
- For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

- この 朽ちるものが 朽ちないものを 着， この 死ぬものが 死なないものを 着るとき， 聖書に 書いてある 言葉が 成就するのである．
- 「死は 勝利にのまれてしまった． 死よ， おまえの 勝利は， どこにあるのか． 死よ， おまえのとげは， どこにあるのか 」．
- 死のとげは 罪である． 罪の 力は 律法である．
- しかし 感謝すべきことには， 神はわたしたちの 主 イエス · キリスト によって， わたしたちに 勝利を 賜わったのである．
- だから， 愛する 兄弟たちよ． 堅く 立って 動かされず， いつも 全力を 注いで 主のわざに 勵みなさい． 主にあっては， あなたがたの 勞苦がむだになることはないと， あなたがたは 知っているからである．

- So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
- O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
- The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
- But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
