- 主をほめたたえよ． わが 魂よ， 主をほめたたえよ．
- わたしは 生けるかぎりは 主をほめたたえ， ながらえる 間は， わが 神をほめうたおう．
- もろもろの 君に 信賴してはならない． 人の 子に 信賴してはならない． 彼らには 助けがない．
- その 息が 出ていけば 彼は 土に 歸る． その 日には 彼のもろもろの 計畵は 滅びる．
- ヤコブ の 神をおのが 助けとし， その 望みをおのが 神， 主におく 人はさいわいである．

- Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
- While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
- Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
- His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
- Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

- 主は 天と 地と， 海と， その 中にあるあらゆるものを 造り， とこしえに 眞實を 守り，
- しえたげられる 者のためにさばきをおこない， 飢えた 者に 食物を 與えられる． 主は 捕われ 人を 解き 放たれる．
- 主は 盲人の 目を 開かれる． 主はかがむ 者を 立たせられる． 主は 正しい 者を 愛される．
- 主は 寄留の 他國人を 守り， みなしごと， やもめとをささえられる． しかし， 惡しき 者の 道を 滅びに 至らせられる．
- 主はとこしえに 統べ 治められる． シオン よ， あなたの 神はよろず 代まで 統べ 治められる． 主をほめたたえよ．

- Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
- Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
- The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
- The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
- The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
