베드로전서 1:13-2:10

 베드로는 어린양의 피와 하나님의 말씀으로 말미암아 구원받은 성도들이 모든 행실에 거룩하고 형제를 사랑하며 말씀을 사모하고 예수님과 같은 거룩한 제사장이 되어 하나님의 덕을 선포할 것을 권면하였다.
  
  거룩한 생활(1:13-1:25)    
 
  1. それだから， 心の 腰に 帶を 締め， 身を 愼み， イエス · キリスト の 現れる 時に 與えられる 惠みを， いささかも 疑わずに 待ち 望んでいなさい．
  2. 從順な 子供として， 無知であった 時代の 欲情に 從わず，
  3. むしろ， あなたがたを 召して 下さった 聖なるかたにならって， あなたがた 自身も， あらゆる 行いにおいて 聖なる 者となりなさい．
  4. 聖書に， 「わたしが 聖なる 者であるから， あなたがたも 聖なる 者になるべきである 」と 書いてあるからである．
  5. あなたがたは， 人をそれぞれのしわざに 應じて， 公平にさばくかたを， 父と 呼んでいるからには， 地上に 宿っている 間を， おそれの 心をもって 過ごすべきである．
  1. Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
  2. As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
  3. But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
  4. Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
  5. And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
  1. あなたがたのよく 知っているとおり， あなたがたが 先祖傳來の 空疎な 生活からあがない 出されたのは， 銀や 金のような 朽ちる 物によったのではなく，
  2. きずも， しみもない 小羊のような キリスト の 尊い 血によったのである．
  3. キリスト は， 天地が 造られる 前から， あらかじめ 知られていたのであるが， この 終りの 時に 至って， あなたがたのために 現れたのである．
  4. あなたがたは， この キリスト によって， 彼を 死人の 中からよみがえらせて， 榮光をお 與えになった 神を 信じる 者となったのであり， したがって， あなたがたの 信仰と 望みとは， 神にかかっているのである．
  5. あなたがたは， 眞理に 從うことによって， たましいをきよめ， 僞りのない 兄弟愛をいだくに 至ったのであるから， 互に 心から 熱く 愛し 合いなさい．
  1. Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
  2. But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
  3. Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
  4. Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
  5. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
  1. あなたがたが 新たに 生れたのは， 朽ちる 種からではなく， 朽ちない 種から， すなわち， 神の 變ることのない 生ける 御言によったのである．
  2. 「人はみな 草のごとく， ／その 榮華はみな 草の 花に 似ている． 草は 枯れ， ／花は 散る．
  3. しかし， 主の 言葉は， とこしえに 殘る 」． これが， あなたがたに 宣べ 傳えられた 御言葉である．
  1. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
  2. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
  3. But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
 
  구원받은 자의 성장(2:1-2:10)    
 
  1. だから， あらゆる 惡意， あらゆる 僞り， 僞善， そねみ， いっさいの 惡口を 捨てて，
  2. 今生れたばかりの 乳飮み 子のように， 混じりけのない 靈の 乳を 慕い 求めなさい． それによっておい 育ち， 救に 入るようになるためである．
  3. あなたがたは， 主が 惠み 深いかたであることを， すでに 味わい 知ったはずである．
  4. 主は， 人には 捨てられたが， 神にとっては 選ばれた 尊い 生ける 石である．
  5. この 主のみもとにきて， あなたがたも， それぞれ 生ける 石となって， 靈の 家に 築き 上げられ， 聖なる 祭司となって， イエス · キリスト により， 神によろこばれる 靈のいけにえを， ささげなさい．
  1. Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, all evil speakings,
  2. As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:
  3. If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
  4. To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
  5. Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
  1. 聖書にこう 書いてある， ／「見よ， わたしは シオン に， ／選ばれた 尊い 石， 隅のかしら 石を 置く． それにより 賴む 者は， ／決して， 失望に 終ることがない 」．
  2. この 石は， より 賴んでいるあなたがたには 尊いものであるが， 不信仰な 人¿には「家造りらの 捨てた 石で， 隅のかしら 石となったもの 」，
  3. また「つまずきの 石， 妨げの 岩 」である． しかし， 彼らがつまずくのは， 御言に 從わないからであって， 彼らは， 實は， そうなるように 定められていたのである．
  4. しかし， あなたがたは， 選ばれた 種族， 祭司の 國， 聖なる 國民， 神につける 民である． それによって， 暗やみから 驚くべきみ 光に 招き 入れて 下さったかたのみわざを， あなたがたが 語り 傳えるためである．
  5. あなたがたは， 以前は 神の 民でなかったが， いまは 神の 民であり， 以前は， あわれみを 受けたことのない 者であったが， いまは， あわれみを 受けた 者となっている．
  1. Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
  2. Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
  3. And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
  4. But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
  5. Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
