- わたしは 祭壇のかたわらに 立っておられる 主を 見た． 主は 言われた， 「柱の 頭を 打って， 敷居を 震わせ， これを 打ち ¿いて， すべての 民の 頭の 上に 落ちかからせよ． その 殘った 者を， わたしはつるぎで 殺し， そのひとりも 逃げおおす 者はなく， のがれうる 者はない．
- たとい 彼らは 陰府に 掘り 下っても， わたしの 手はこれをそこから 引き 出す． たとい 彼らは 天によじのぼっても， わたしはそこからこれを 引きおろす．
- たとい 彼らは カルメル の 頂に 隱れても， わたしはこれを 搜して， そこから 引き 出す． たとい 彼らはわたしの 目をのがれて， 海の 底に 隱れても， わたしはへびに 命じて， その 所でこれをかませる．
- たとい 彼らは 捕われて， その 敵の 前に 行っても， わたしはその 所でつるぎに 命じて， これを 殺させる． わたしは 彼らの 上にわたしの 目を 注ぐ， それは 災のためであって， 幸のためではない 」．
- 万軍の 神， 主が 地に 觸れられると， 地は 溶け， その 中に 住む 者はみな 嘆き， 地はみな ナイル 川のようにわきあがり， エジプト の ナイル 川のようにまた 沈む．

- I saw the LORD standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.
- Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:
- And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them:
- And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
- And the Lord GOD of hosts is he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.

- 主はご 自分の 高殿を 天に 築き， 大空の 基を 地の 上にすえ， 海の 水を 呼んで， 地のおもてに 注がれる． その 名は 主ととなえられる．
- 主は 言われる， 「イスラエル の 子らよ， あなたがたはわたしにとって ／ エチオピヤ びとのようではないか． わたしは イスラエル を エジプト の 國から， ペリシテ びとを カフトル から， スリヤ びとを キル から 導き 上ったではないか．
- 見よ， 主なる 神の 目は ／この 罪を 犯した 國の 上に 注がれている． わたしはこれを 地のおもてから 斷ち 滅ぼす． しかし， わたしは ヤコブ の 家を ／ことごとくは 滅ぼさない 」と 主は 言われる．
- 「見よ， わたしは 命じて， 人がふるいで 物をふるうように， わたしは イスラエル の 家を 万國民のうちでふるう． ひと 粒も 地に 落ちることはない．
- わが 民の 罪びと， すなわち ／『災はわれわれに 近づかない， われわれに 臨まない 』と ／言う 者どもはみな， つるぎで 殺される．

- It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.
- Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?
- Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.
- For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.
- All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.

- その 日には， わたしは ダビデ の 倒れた 幕屋を 興し， その 破損を 繕い， そのくずれた 所を 興し， これを 昔の 時のように 建てる．
- これは 彼らが エドム の 殘った 者， およびわが 名をもって 呼ばれるすべての 國民を ／所有するためである 」と ／この 事をなされる 主は 言われる．
- 主は 言われる， 「見よ， このような 時が 來る． その 時には， 耕す 者は 刈る 者に 相繼ぎ， ぶどうを 踏む 者は 種まく 者に 相繼ぐ． もろもろの 山にはうまい 酒がしたたり， もろもろの 丘は 溶けて 流れる．
- わたしはわが 民 イスラエル の 幸福をもとに 返す． 彼らは 荒れた 町¿を 建てて 住み， ぶどう 畑を 作ってその 酒を 飮み， 園を 作ってその 實を 食べる．
- わたしは 彼らをその 地に 植えつける． 彼らはわたしが 與えた 地から ／再び 拔きとられることはない 」と ／あなたの 神， 主は 言われる．

- In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:
- That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this.
- Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.
- And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
- And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.
