마태복음 21:12-21:32

 예수께서 성전을 청결하시고 어린아이들의 찬미를 받으셨다. 다음날 아침, 예수께서 성에 들어오시는 길에 무화과나무에서 열매를 얻지 못하시자 나무를 저주하셨다. 예수님의 권위에 대해 묻는 대제사장과 장로들의 질문에, 예수님은 대답하는 대신 두 아들의 비유를 통해서 그들의 믿음 없음을 책망하셨다.
  
  성전 청결(21:12-21:22)    
 
  1. それから， イエス は 宮にはいられた． そして， 宮の 庭で 賣り 買いしていた 人¿をみな 追い 出し， また 兩替人の 台や， はとを 賣る 者の 腰掛をくつがえされた．
  2. そして 彼らに 言われた， 「『わたしの 家は， 祈の 家ととなえらるべきである 』と 書いてある． それだのに， あなたがたはそれを 强盜の 巢にしている 」．
  3. そのとき 宮の 庭で， 盲人や 足なえがみもとにきたので， 彼らをおいやしになった．
  4. しかし， 祭司長， 律法學者たちは， イエス がなされた 不思議なわざを 見， また 宮の 庭で「ダビデ の 子に， ホサナ 」と 叫んでいる 子供たちを 見て 立腹し，
  5. イエス に 言った， 「あの 子たちが 何を 言っているのか， お 聞きですか 」． イエス は 彼らに 言われた， 「そうだ， 聞いている． あなたがたは『幼な 子， 乳のみ 子たちの 口にさんびを 備えられた 』とあるのを 讀んだことがないのか 」．
  1. And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves.
  2. And He said to them, "It is written, 'MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER'; but you are making it a ROBBERS' DEN."
  3. And the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them.
  4. But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that He had done, and the children who were shouting in the temple, "Hosanna to the Son of David," they became indignant
  5. and said to Him, "Do You hear what these children are saying?" And Jesus said to them, "Yes; have you never read, 'OUT OF THE MOUTH OF INFANTS AND NURSING BABIES YOU HAVE PREPARED PRAISE FOR YOURSELF'?"
  1. それから， イエス は 彼らをあとに 殘し， 都を 出て ベタニヤ に 行き， そこで 夜を 過ごされた．
  2. 朝はやく 都に 歸るとき， イエス は 空腹をおぼえられた．
  3. そして， 道のかたわらに 一本のいちじくの 木があるのを 見て， そこに 行かれたが， ただ 葉のほかは 何も 見當らなかった． そこでその 木にむかって， 「今から 後いつまでも， おまえには 實がならないように 」と 言われた． すると， いちじくの 木はたちまち 枯れた．
  4. 弟子たちはこれを 見て， 驚いて 言った， 「いちじくがどうして， こうすぐに 枯れたのでしょう 」．
  5. イエス は 答えて 言われた， 「よく 聞いておくがよい． もしあなたがたが 信じて 疑わないならば， このいちじくにあったようなことが， できるばかりでなく， この 山にむかって， 動き 出して 海の 中にはいれと 言っても， そのとおりになるであろう．
  1. And He left them and went out of the city to Bethany, and spent the night there.
  2. Now in the morning, when He was returning to the city, He became hungry.
  3. Seeing a lone fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it except leaves only; and He said to it, "No longer shall there ever be any fruit from you." And at once the fig tree withered.
  4. Seeing this, the disciples were amazed and asked, "How did the fig tree wither all at once?"
  5. And Jesus answered and said to them, "Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it will happen.
  1. また， 祈のとき， 信じて 求めるものは， みな 與えられるであろう 」．
  1. "And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
 
  두 아들의 비유(21:23-21:32)    
 
  1. イエス が 宮にはいられたとき， 祭司長たちや 民の 長老たちが， その 敎えておられる 所にきて 言った， 「何の 權威によって， これらの 事をするのですか． だれが， そうする 權威を 授けたのですか 」．
  2. そこで イエス は 彼らに 言われた， 「わたしも 一つだけ 尋ねよう． あなたがたがそれに 答えてくれたなら， わたしも， 何の 權威によってこれらの 事をするのか， あなたがたに 言おう．
  3. ヨハネ の バプテスマ はどこからきたのであったか． 天からであったか， 人からであったか 」． すると， 彼らは 互に 論じて 言った， 「もし 天からだと 言えば， では， なぜ 彼を 信じなかったのか， と イエス は 言うだろう．
  4. しかし， もし 人からだと 言えば， 群衆が 恐ろしい． 人¿がみな ヨハネ を 預言者と 思っているのだから 」．
  5. そこで 彼らは， 「わたしたちにはわかりません 」と 答えた． すると， イエス が 言われた， 「わたしも 何の 權威によってこれらの 事をするのか， あなたがたに 言うまい．
  1. When He entered the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to Him while He was teaching, and said, "By what authority are You doing these things, and who gave You this authority?"
  2. Jesus said to them, "I will also ask you one thing, which if you tell Me, I will also tell you by what authority I do these things.
  3. "The baptism of John was from what source, from heaven or from men?" And they began reasoning among themselves, saying, "If we say, 'From heaven,' He will say to us, 'Then why did you not believe him?'
  4. "But if we say, 'From men,' we fear the people; for they all regard John as a prophet."
  5. And answering Jesus, they said, "We do not know." He also said to them, "Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.
  1. あなたがたはどう 思うか． ある 人にふたりの 子があったが， 兄のところに 行って 言った， 『子よ， きょう， ぶどう 園へ 行って ¿いてくれ 』．
  2. すると 彼は『おとうさん， 參ります 』と 答えたが， 行かなかった．
  3. また 弟のところにきて 同じように 言った． 彼は『いやです 』と 答えたが， あとから 心を 變えて， 出かけた．
  4. このふたりのうち， どちらが 父の 望みどおりにしたのか 」． 彼らは 言った， 「あとの 者です 」． イエス は 言われた， 「よく 聞きなさい． 取稅人や 遊女は， あなたがたより 先に 神の 國にはいる．
  5. というのは， ヨハネ があなたがたのところにきて， 義の 道を 說いたのに， あなたがたは 彼を 信じなかった． ところが， 取稅人や 遊女は 彼を 信じた． あなたがたはそれを 見たのに， あとになっても， 心をいれ 變えて 彼を 信じようとしなかった．
  1. "But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, 'Son, go work today in the vineyard.'
  2. "And he answered, 'I will not'; but afterward he regretted it and went.
  3. "The man came to the second and said the same thing; and he answered, 'I will, sir'; but he did not go.
  4. "Which of the two did the will of his father?" They said, "The first." Jesus said to them, "Truly I say to you that the tax collectors and prostitutes will get into the kingdom of God before you.
  5. "For John came to you in the way of righteousness and you did not believe him; but the tax collectors and prostitutes did believe him; and you, seeing this, did not even feel remorse afterward so as to believe him.
