사도행전 14:8-14:28

루스드라에서 바울은 앉은뱅이를 고치는 사건을 기화 삼아 더욱 강력히 복음을 전파할 수 있었다. 이에 유대인들의 핍박은 극에 달했고, 바울과 바나바는 생명의 위협을 받는 가운데 더베에서 복음을 전하고 파송지인 수리아의 안디옥 교회로 귀환하였다.
 
  루스드라에서의 사역(14:8-14:18)    
 
  1. ところが, ルステラ に 足のきかない 人が, すわっていた. 彼は 生れながらの 足なえで, 步いた 驗が 全くなかった.
  2. この 人が パウロ の 語るのを 聞いていたが, パウロ は 彼をじっと 見て, いやされるほどの 信仰が 彼にあるのを 認め,
  3. 大聲で「自分の 足で, まっすぐに 立ちなさい 」と 言った. すると 彼は 踊り 上がって 步き 出した.
  4. 群衆は パウロ のしたことを 見て, 聲を 張りあげ, ルカオニヤ の 地方語で, 「神¿が 人間の 姿をとって, わたしたちのところにお 下りになったのだ 」と 叫んだ.
  5. 彼らは バルナバ を ゼウス と 呼び, パウロ はおもに 語る 人なので, 彼を ヘルメス と 呼んだ.
  1. At Lystra a man was sitting who had no strength in his feet, lame from his mother's womb, who had never walked.
  2. This man was listening to Paul as he spoke, who, when he had fixed his gaze on him and had seen that he had faith to be made well,
  3. said with a loud voice, "Stand upright on your feet." And he leaped up and began to walk.
  4. When the crowds saw what Paul had done, they raised their voice, saying in the Lycaonian language, "The gods have become like men and have come down to us."
  5. And they began calling Barnabas, Zeus, and Paul, Hermes, because he was the chief speaker.
  1. そして, 郊外にある ゼウス 神殿の 祭司が, 群衆と 共に, ふたりに ¿牲をささげようと 思って, 雄牛數頭と 花輪とを 門前に 持ってきた.
  2. ふたりの 使徒 バルナバ と パウロ とは, これを 聞いて 自分の 上着を 引き 裂き, 群衆の 中に 飛び ¿んで 行き, 叫んで
  3. 言った, 「皆さん, なぜこんな 事をするのか. わたしたちとても, あなたがたと 同じような 人間である. そして, あなたがたがこのような 愚にもつかぬものを 捨てて, 天と 地と 海と, その 中のすべてのものをお 造りになった 生ける 神に 立ち 歸るようにと, 福音を 說いているものである.
  4. 神は 過ぎ 去った 時代には, すべての 國¿の 人が, それぞれの を 行くままにしておかれたが,
  5. それでも, ご 自分のことをあかししないでおられたわけではない. すなわち, あなたがたのために 天から 雨を 降らせ, 實りの 季節を 與え, 食物と 喜びとで, あなたがたの 心を 滿たすなど, いろいろのめぐみをお 與えになっているのである 」.
  1. The priest of Zeus, whose temple was just outside the city, brought oxen and garlands to the gates, and wanted to offer sacrifice with the crowds.
  2. But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of it, they tore their robes and rushed out into the crowd, crying out
  3. and saying, "Men, why are you doing these things? We are also men of the same nature as you, and preach the gospel to you that you should turn from these vain things to a living God, WHO MADE THE HEAVEN AND THE EARTH AND THE SEA AND ALL THAT IS IN THEM.
  4. "In the generations gone by He permitted all the nations to go their own ways;
  5. and yet He did not leave Himself without witness, in that He did good and gave you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, satisfying your hearts with food and gladness."
  1. こう 言って, ふたりは, やっとのことで, 群衆が 自分たちに ¿牲をささげるのを, 思い 止まらせた.
  1. Even saying these things, with difficulty they restrained the crowds from offering sacrifice to them.
 
  안디옥으로의 귀환(14:19-14:28)    
 
  1. ところが, ある ユダヤ 人たちは アンテオケ や イコニオム から 押しかけてきて, 群衆を 仲間に 引き 入れたうえ, パウロ を 石で 打ち, 死んでしまったと 思って, 彼を 町の 外に 引きずり 出した.
  2. しかし, 弟子たちが パウロ を 取り 圍んでいる 間に, 彼は 起きあがって 町にはいって 行った. そして 翌日には, バルナバ と 一緖に デルベ にむかって 出かけた.
  3. その 町で 福音を 傳えて, 大ぜいの 人を 弟子とした 後, ルステラ , イコニオム , アンテオケ の 町¿に 歸って 行き,
  4. 弟子たちを 力づけ, 信仰を 持ちつづけるようにと 奬勵し, 「わたしたちが 神の 國にはいるのには, 多くの 苦難なければならない 」と 語った.
  5. また 敎會ごとに 彼らのために 長老たちを 任命し, 斷食をして 祈り, 彼らをその 信じている 主にゆだねた.
  1. But Jews came from Antioch and Iconium, and having won over the crowds, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing him to be dead.
  2. But while the disciples stood around him, he got up and entered the city The next day he went away with Barnabas to Derbe.
  3. After they had preached the gospel to that city and had made many disciples, they returned to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch,
  4. strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, "Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God."
  5. When they had appointed elders for them in every church, having prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.
  1. それから, ふたりは ピシデヤ を 通過して パンフリヤ にきたが,
  2. ペルガ で 御言を 語った 後, アタリヤ にくだり,
  3. そこから 舟で アンテオケ に 歸った. 彼らが 今なし 終った ¿きのために, 神の 祝福を 受けて 送り 出されたのは, この アンテオケ からであった.
  4. 彼らは 到着早¿, 敎會の 人¿を 呼び 集めて, 神が 彼らと 共にいてして 下さった 數¿のこと, また 信仰の 門を 異邦人に 開いて 下さったことなどを, 報告した.
  5. そして, ふたりはしばらくの 間, 弟子たちと 一緖に 過ごした.
  1. They passed through Pisidia and came into Pamphylia.
  2. When they had spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia.
  3. From there they sailed to Antioch, from which they had been commended to the grace of God for the work that they had accomplished.
  4. When they had arrived and gathered the church together, they began to report all things that God had done with them and how He had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.
  5. And they spent a long time with the disciples.
