- 主よ， わたしはあなたに 呼ばわります． すみやかにわたしをお 助けください． わたしがあなたに 呼ばわるとき， わが 聲に 耳を 傾けてください．
- わたしの 祈を， み 前にささげる 薰香のようにみなし， わたしのあげる 手を， 夕べの 供え 物のようにみなしてください．
- 主よ， わが 口に 門守を 置いて， わがくちびるの 戶を 守ってください．
- 惡しき 事にわが 心を 傾けさせず， 不義を 行う 人¿と 共に ／惡しきわざにあずからせないでください． また 彼らのうまき 物を 食べさせないでください．
- 正しい 者にいつくしみをもってわたしを 打たせ， わたしを 責めさせてください． しかし 惡しき 者の 油をわがこうべに ／そそがせないでください． わが 祈は 絶えず 彼らの 惡しきわざに ／敵しているからです．

- O LORD, I call upon You; hasten to me! Give ear to my voice when I call to You!
- May my prayer be counted as incense before You; The lifting up of my hands as the evening offering.
- Set a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips.
- Do not incline my heart to any evil thing, To practice deeds of wickedness With men who do iniquity; And do not let me eat of their delicacies.
- Let the righteous smite me in kindness and reprove me; It is oil upon the head; Do not let my head refuse it, For still my prayer is against their wicked deeds.

- 彼らはおのれを 罪に 定める 者にわたされるとき， 主のみ 言葉のまことなることを 學ぶでしょう．
- 人が 岩を 裂いて 地の 上に 打ち ¿くように， 彼らの 骨は 陰府の 口にまき 散らされるでしょう．
- しかし 主なる 神よ， わが 目はあなたに 向かっています． わたしはあなたに 寄り 賴みます． わたしを 助けるものもないままに ／捨ておかないでください．
- わたしを 守って， 彼らがわたしのために 設けたわなと， 惡を 行う 者のわなとをのがれさせてください．
- わたしがのがれると 同時に， 惡しき 者をおのれの 網に 陷らせてください．

- Their judges are thrown down by the sides of the rock, And they hear my words, for they are pleasant.
- As when one plows and breaks open the earth, Our bones have been scattered at the mouth of Sheol.
- For my eyes are toward You, O GOD, the Lord; In You I take refuge; do not leave me defenseless.
- Keep me from the jaws of the trap which they have set for me, And from the snares of those who do iniquity.
- Let the wicked fall into their own nets, While I pass by safely.
