호세아

  호세아는 아모스 사역 직후 북왕국 이스라엘 왕 여로보암 2세의 통치 말기부터 유다의 히스기야 왕 때까지 약 40년 간 북이스라엘에서 활동한 예언자이다. 그는 자신의 결혼 생활을 통해, 하나님의 품을 떠나 우상을 섬기는 패역한 이스라엘에게 하나님의 끊임없는 사랑을 보여 주고 회개를 촉구하였다.

  본서에서 호세아가 계속 음란죄를 저지르는 아내 고멜을 받아들인 것은 영적으로 간음한 이스라엘을 향한 하나님의 사랑을 보여 주는 것이다. 그러나 이스라엘은 계속 우상을 숭배하고 강퍅히 행함으로 스스로 멸망을 재촉한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 하나님께서는 돌이키는 자들에게 사랑을 쏟으시고 풍성한 복을 더하실 것을 약속하신다.

 

 

호세아 1:1-4:19

 호세아는 음란한 아내를 취해 음란한 자식들을 낳으라는 하나님의 말씀에 따라 고멜을 취해 세 자녀를 낳았다. 하나님께서는 고멜의 부정한 행동에 빗대어 범죄한 이스라엘의 죄악과 심판을 말씀하셨고, 부정한 아내 고멜을 다시 취한 호세아의 행동을 통해 심판 후에 있을 하나님의 회복을 예시하셨다.
  
  호세아의 결혼(1:1-1:11)    
 
  1. ユダヤ の 王 ウジヤ ， ヨタム ， アハズ ， ヒゼキヤ の 世， イスラエル の 王 ヨアシ の 子 ヤラベアム の 世に， ベエリ の 子 ホセア に 臨んだ 主の 言葉．
  2. 主が 最初 ホセア によって 語られた 時， 主は ホセア に 言われた， 「行って， 淫行の 妻と， 淫行によって 生れた 子らを 受けいれよ． この 國は 主にそむいて， はなはだしい 淫行をなしているからである 」．

  1. The word of the LORD which came to Hosea the son of Beeri, during the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and during the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel.
  2. When the LORD first spoke through Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea, "Go, take to yourself a wife of harlotry and have children of harlotry; for the land commits flagrant harlotry, forsaking the LORD."
  3. So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.
  4. And the LORD said to him, "Name him Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will punish the house of Jehu for the bloodshed of Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel.
  5. "On that day I will break the bow of Israel in the valley of Jezreel."
  1. ゴメル はまたみごもって 女の 子を 産んだ． 主は ホセア に 言われた， 「あなたはその 名を ロルハマ と 名づけよ． わたしはもはや イスラエル の 家をあわれまず， 決してこれをゆるさないからである．

  2. "But I will have compassion on the house of Judah and deliver them by the LORD their God, and will not deliver them by bow, sword, battle, horses or horsemen."
  3. When she had weaned Lo-ruhamah, she conceived and gave birth to a son.
  4. And the LORD said, "Name him Lo-ammi, for you are not My people and I am not your God."
  5. Yet the number of the sons of Israel Will be like the sand of the sea, Which cannot be measured or numbered; And in the place Where it is said to them, "You are not My people," It will be said to them, "You are the sons of the living God."
  1. そして ユダ の 人¿と イスラエル の 人¿は 共に 集まり， ひとりの 長を 立てて， その 地からのぼって 來る． エズレル の 日は 大いなるものとなる．
  1. And the sons of Judah and the sons of Israel will be gathered together, And they will appoint for themselves one leader, And they will go up from the land, For great will be the day of Jezreel.
 
  고멜의 부정(2:1-4:19)    
 
  1. あなたがたの 兄弟に 向かっては「アンミ （わが 民 ）」と 言い， あなたがたの 姉妹に 向かっては「ルハマ （あわれまれる 者 ）」と 言え．
  2. 「あなたがたの 母とあげつらえ， あげつらえ ――彼女はわたしの 妻ではない， わたしは 彼女の 夫ではない ――そして 彼女にその 顔から 淫行を 除かせ， その 乳ぶさの 間から 姦淫を 除かせよ．

  1. Say to your brothers, "Ammi," and to your sisters, "Ruhamah."
  2. "Contend with your mother, contend, For she is not my wife, and I am not her husband; And let her put away her harlotry from her face And her adultery from between her breasts,
  3. Or I will strip her naked And expose her as on the day when she was born I will also make her like a wilderness, Make her like desert land And slay her with thirst.
  4. "Also, I will have no compassion on her children, Because they are children of harlotry.
  5. "For their mother has played the harlot; She who conceived them has acted shamefully For she said, 'I will go after my lovers, Who give me my bread and my water, My wool and my flax, my oil and my drink.'
  1. それゆえ， わたしはいばらで 彼女の 道をふさぎ， かきをたてて， 彼女には ／その 道がわからないようにする．

  1. "Therefore, behold, I will hedge up her way with thorns, And I will build a wall against her so that she cannot find her paths.
  2. "She will pursue her lovers, but she will not overtake them; And she will seek them, but will not find them Then she will say, 'I will go back to my first husband, For it was better for me then than now!'
  3. "For she does not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the new wine and the oil, And lavished on her silver and gold, Which they used for Baal.
  4. "Therefore, I will take back My grain at harvest time And My new wine in its season. I will also take away My wool and My flax Given to cover her nakedness.
  5. "And then I will uncover her lewdness In the sight of her lovers, And no one will rescue her out of My hand.
  1. わたしは 彼女のすべての 樂しみ， すなわち 祝， 新月， 安息日， すべての 祭をやめさせる．

  2. "I will destroy her vines and fig trees, Of which she said, 'These are my wages Which my lovers have given me ' And I will make them a forest, And the beasts of the field will devour them.
  3. "I will punish her for the days of the Baals When she used to offer sacrifices to them And adorn herself with her earrings and jewelry, And follow her lovers, so that she forgot Me," declares the LORD.
  4. "Therefore, behold, I will allure her, Bring her into the wilderness And speak kindly to her.
  5. "Then I will give her her vineyards from there, And the valley of Achor as a door of hope And she will sing there as in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt.
  1. 主は 言われる， その 日には， あなたはわたしを『わが 夫 』と 呼び， もはや『わが バアル 』とは 呼ばない．
  2. わたしはもろもろの バアル の 名を 彼女の 口から 取り 除き， 重ねてその 名をとなえることのないようにする．

  3. "In that day I will also make a covenant for them With the beasts of the field, The birds of the sky And the creeping things of the ground And I will abolish the bow, the sword and war from the land, And will make them lie down in safety.
  4. "I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and in justice, In lovingkindness and in compassion,
  5. And I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness. Then you will know the LORD.
  1. 主は 言われる， その 日わたしは 天に 答え， 天は 地に 答える．
  2. 地は 穀物と 酒と 油とに 答え， またこれらのものは エズレル に 答える．
  3. わたしはわたしのために 彼を 地にまき， あわれまれぬ 者をあわれみ， わたしの 民でない 者に 向かって， 『あなたはわたしの 民である 』と 言い， 彼は『あなたはわたしの 神である 』と 言う 」．
  1. "It will come about in that day that I will respond," declares the LORD. "I will respond to the heavens, and they will respond to the earth,
  2. And the earth will respond to the grain, to the new wine and to the oil, And they will respond to Jezreel.
  3. "I will sow her for Myself in the land I will also have compassion on her who had not obtained compassion, And I will say to those who were not My people, 'You are My people!' And they will say, 'You are my God!'"
 
 
  1. 主はわたしに 言われた， 「あなたは 再び 行って， イスラエル の 人¿が 他の 神¿に 轉じて， 干ぶどうの 菓子を 愛するにもかかわらず， 主がこれを 愛せられるように， 姦夫に 愛せられる 女， 姦淫を 行う 女を 愛せよ 」と．

  2. So I bought her for myself for fifteen shekels of silver and a homer and a half of barley.
  3. Then I said to her, "You shall stay with me for many days. You shall not play the harlot, nor shall you have a man; so I will also be toward you."
  4. For the sons of Israel will remain for many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred pillar and without ephod or household idols.
  5. Afterward the sons of Israel will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king; and they will come trembling to the LORD and to His goodness in the last days.
 
 
  1. イスラエル の 人¿よ， 主の 言葉を 聞け． 主はこの 地に 住む 者と 爭われる． この 地には 眞實がなく， 愛情がなく， また 神を 知ることもないからである．
  2. ただのろいと， 僞りと， 人殺しと， 盜みと， 姦淫することのみで， 人¿は 皆荒れ 狂い， 殺害に 殺害が 續いている．

  2. There is swearing, deception, murder, stealing and adultery They employ violence, so that bloodshed follows bloodshed.
  3. Therefore the land mourns, And everyone who lives in it languishes Along with the beasts of the field and the birds of the sky, And also the fish of the sea disappear.
  4. Yet let no one find fault, and let none offer reproof; For your people are like those who contend with the priest.
  5. So you will stumble by day, And the prophet also will stumble with you by night; And I will destroy your mother.
  1. わたしの 民は 知識がないために 滅ぼされる． あなたは 知識を 捨てたゆえに， わたしもあなたを 捨てて， わたしの 祭司としない． あなたはあなたの 神の 律法を 忘れたゆえに， わたしもまたあなたの 子らを 忘れる．
  2. 彼らは 大きくなるにしたがって， ますますわたしに 罪を 犯したゆえ， わたしは 彼らの 榮えを 恥に 變える．

  1. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
  2. The more they multiplied, the more they sinned against Me; I will change their glory into shame.
  3. They feed on the sin of My people And direct their desire toward their iniquity.
  4. And it will be, like people, like priest; So I will punish them for their ways And repay them for their deeds.
  5. They will eat, but not have enough; They will play the harlot, but not increase, Because they have stopped giving heed to the LORD.
  1. 酒と 新しい 酒とは 思慮を 奪う．
  2. わが 民は 木に 向かって 事を 尋ねる． またそのつえは 彼らに 事を 示す． これは 淫行の 靈が 彼らを 迷わしたからである． 彼らはその 神を 捨てて 淫行をなした．
  3. 彼らは 山¿の 頂で ¿牲をささげ， 丘の 上， かしの 木， 柳の 木， テレビン の 木の 下で 供え 物をささげる． これはその 木陰がここちよいためである． それゆえ， あなたがたの 娘は 淫行をなし， あなたがたの 嫁は 姦淫を 行う．
  4. わたしはあなたがたの 娘が 淫行をしても 罰しない． またあなたがたの 嫁が 姦淫を 行っても 罰しない． 男たちみずから 遊女と 共に 離れ 去り， 宮の 遊女と 共に ¿牲をささげているからである． 悟りのない 民は 滅びる．
  5. イスラエル よ， あなたは 淫行をなしても， ユダ に 罪を 犯させてはならない． ギルガル へ 行ってはならない． ベテアベン にのぼってはならない． また「主は 生きておられる 」と 言って ／誓ってはならない．
  1. Harlotry, wine and new wine take away the understanding.
  2. My people consult their wooden idol, and their diviner's wand informs them; For a spirit of harlotry has led them astray, And they have played the harlot, departing from their God.
  3. They offer sacrifices on the tops of the mountains And burn incense on the hills, Under oak, poplar and terebinth, Because their shade is pleasant. Therefore your daughters play the harlot And your brides commit adultery.
  4. I will not punish your daughters when they play the harlot Or your brides when they commit adultery, For the men themselves go apart with harlots And offer sacrifices with temple prostitutes; So the people without understanding are ruined.
  5. Though you, Israel, play the harlot, Do not let Judah become guilty; Also do not go to Gilgal, Or go up to Beth-aven And take the oath: "As the LORD lives!"
  1. イスラエル は 强情な 雌牛のように 强情である． 今， 主は 小羊を 廣い 野に 放つようにして， 彼らを 養うことができようか．

  3. Their liquor gone, They play the harlot continually; Their rulers dearly love shame.
  4. The wind wraps them in its wings, And they will be ashamed because of their sacrifices.
