누가복음 9:7-9:27

 기적을 행하시는 예수님에 대한 소문을 들은 헤롯은 자신이 죽인 세례 요한이 살아났다고 두려워했다. 복음을 전파하고 돌아온 제자들과 함께 벳새다에 가신 예수님께서는 오병 이어의 기적을 행하셨다. 베드로는 예수님을 그리스도라고 고백했으며, 예수님께서는 수난을 예고하시고 자신을 따르는 자들이 지켜야 할 제자된 도리를 교훈하셨다.
  
  기적을 행하심(9:7-9:17)    
 
  1. ところで， 領主 ヘロデ は， これらの 出來事をすべて 聞いて 戶惑った． というのは， イエス について， 「ヨハネ が 死者の 中から 生き 返ったのだ 」と 言う 人もいれば，
  2. 「エリヤ が 現れたのだ 」と 言う 人もいて， 更に， 「だれか 昔の 預言者が 生き 返ったのだ 」と 言う 人もいたからである．
  3. しかし， ヘロデ は 言った． 「ヨハネ なら， わたしが 首をはねた． いったい， 何者だろう． 耳に 入ってくるこんなうわさの 主は． 」そして， イエス に 會ってみたいと 思った．
  4. 使徒たちは 歸って 來て， 自分たちの 行ったことをみな イエス に 告げた． イエス は 彼らを 連れ， 自分たちだけで ベトサイダ という 町に 退かれた．
  5. 群衆はそのことを 知って イエス の 後を 追った． イエス はこの 人¿を 迎え， 神の 國について 語り， 治療の 必要な 人¿をいやしておられた．
  1. Now Herod the tetrarch heard about all that was going on. And he was perplexed, because some were saying that John had been raised from the dead,
  2. others that Elijah had appeared, and still others that one of the prophets of long ago had come back to life.
  3. But Herod said, "I beheaded John. Who, then, is this I hear such things about?" And he tried to see him.
  4. When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done. Then he took them with him and they withdrew by themselves to a town called Bethsaida,
  5. but the crowds learned about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing.
  1. 日が 傾きかけたので， 十二人はそばに 來て イエス に 言った． 「群衆を 解散させてください． そうすれば， 周りの 村や 里へ 行って 宿をとり， 食べ 物を 見つけるでしょう． わたしたちはこんな 人里離れた 所にいるのです． 」
  2. しかし， イエス は 言われた． 「あなたがたが 彼らに 食べ 物を 與えなさい． 」彼らは 言った． 「わたしたちには パン 五つと 魚二匹しかありません， このすべての 人¿のために， わたしたちが 食べ 物を 買いに 行かないかぎり． 」
  3. というのは， 男が 五千人ほどいたからである． イエス は 弟子たちに， 「人¿を 五十人ぐらいずつ 組にして 座らせなさい 」と 言われた．
  4. 弟子たちは， そのようにして 皆を 座らせた．
  5. すると， イエス は 五つの パン と 二匹の 魚を 取り， 天を 仰いで， それらのために 贊美の 祈りを 唱え， 裂いて 弟子たちに 渡しては 群衆に 配らせた．
  1. Late in the afternoon the Twelve came to him and said, "Send the crowd away so they can go to the surrounding villages and countryside and find food and lodging, because we are in a remote place here."
  2. He replied, "You give them something to eat." They answered, "We have only five loaves of bread and two fish--unless we go and buy food for all this crowd."
  3. (About five thousand men were there.) But he said to his disciples, "Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each."
  4. The disciples did so, and everybody sat down.
  5. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to set before the people.
  1. すべての 人が 食べて 滿腹した． そして， 殘った パン の 屑を 集めると， 十二 ζ もあった．
  1. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.
 
  그리스도와 제자(9:18-9:27)    
 
  1. イエス がひとりで 祈っておられたとき， 弟子たちは 共にいた． そこで イエス は， 「群衆は， わたしのことを 何者だと 言っているか 」とお 尋ねになった．
  2. 弟子たちは 答えた． 「『洗禮者 ヨハネ だ 』と 言っています． ほかに， 『エリヤ だ 』と 言う 人も， 『だれか 昔の 預言者が 生き 返ったのだ 』と 言う 人もいます． 」
  3. イエス が 言われた． 「それでは， あなたがたはわたしを 何者だと 言うのか． 」 ペトロ が 答えた． 「神からの メシア です． 」
  4. イエス は 弟子たちを 戒め， このことをだれにも 話さないように 命じて，
  5. 次のように 言われた． 「人の 子は 必ず 多くの 苦しみを 受け， 長老， 祭司長， 律法學者たちから 排斥されて 殺され， 三日目に 復活することになっている． 」
  1. Once when Jesus was praying in private and his disciples were with him, he asked them, "Who do the crowds say I am?"
  2. They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, that one of the prophets of long ago has come back to life."
  3. "But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?" Peter answered, "The Christ of God."
  4. Jesus strictly warned them not to tell this to anyone.
  5. And he said, "The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, chief priests and teachers of the law, and he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life."
  1. それから， イエス は 皆に 言われた． 「わたしについて 來たい 者は， 自分を 捨て， 日¿， 自分の 十字架を 背負って， わたしに 從いなさい．
  2. 自分の 命を 救いたいと 思う 者は， それを 失うが， わたしのために 命を 失う 者は， それを 救うのである．
  3. 人は， たとえ 全世界を 手に 入れても， 自分の 身を 滅ぼしたり， 失ったりしては， 何の 得があろうか．
  4. わたしとわたしの 言葉を 恥じる 者は， 人の 子も， 自分と 父と 聖なる 天使たちとの 榮光に 輝いて 來るときに， その 者を 恥じる．
  5. 確かに 言っておく． ここに 一緖にいる 人¿の 中には， 神の 國を 見るまでは 決して 死なない 者がいる． 」
  1. Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.
  2. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it.
  3. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?
  4. If anyone is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.
  5. I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God."
