	신명기 24:1-26:11 모세는 일상 생활과 관련된 여러 가지 율법들을 제시하면서, 특별히 가난한 자들에 대한 배려를 잊지 말 것을 권고했다. 그리고 범법자에 대한 처벌은 경중을 따져 적절히 시행할 것과, 상거래에 있어 정당한 저울 추를 사용할 것과, 아말렉을 도말할 것을 명령했다. 또한 가나안 정착 후 땅의 첫 소산물을 하나님께 드리며 신앙을 고백하라고 명했다.

	가정사에 대한 규례(24:1-24:22)

人が妻をめとり，その夫となってから，妻に何か恥ずべきことを見いだし，氣に入らなくなったときは，離緣狀を書いて彼女の手に渡し，家を去らせる．

その女が家を出て行き，別の人の妻となり，

次の夫も彼女を嫌って離緣狀を書き，それを手に渡して家を去らせるか，あるいは彼女をめとって妻とした次の夫が死んだならば，

彼女は汚されているのだから，彼女を去らせた最初の夫は，彼女を再び妻にすることはできない．これは主の御前にいとうべきことである．あなたの神，主が嗣業として與えられる土地を罪で汚してはならない．

If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house,

and if after she leaves his house she becomes the wife of another man,

and her second husband dislikes her and writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, or if he dies,

then her first husband, who divorced her, is not allowed to marry her again after she has been defiled. That would be detestable in the eyes of the LORD. Do not bring sin upon the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.

If a man has recently married, he must not be sent to war or have any other duty laid on him. For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married.

挽き臼あるいはその上石を質に取ってはならない．命そのものを質に取ることになるからである．

同胞であるイスラエルの人¿の一人を誘拐して，これを奴隷のように扱うか，人に賣るのを見つけたならば，誘拐したその者を殺し，あなたの中から惡を取り除かねばならない．

Do not take a pair of millstones--not even the upper one--as security for a debt, because that would be taking a man's livelihood as security.

In cases of leprous diseases be very careful to do exactly as the priests, who are Levites, instruct you. You must follow carefully what I have commanded them.

Remember what the LORD your God did to Miriam along the way after you came out of Egypt.

When you make a loan of any kind to your neighbor, do not go into his house to get what he is offering as a pledge.

外にいて，あなたが貸す相手の人があなたのところに擔保を持って出て來るのを待ちなさい．

もし，その人が貧しい場合には，その擔保を取ったまま床に就いてはならない．

日¿には必ず擔保を返しなさい．そうすれば，その人は自分の上着を掛けて寢ることができ，あなたを祝福するであろう．あなたはあなたの神，主の御前に報いを受けるであろう．

同胞であれ，あなたの國であなたの町に寄留している者であれ，貧しく乏しい雇い人を搾取してはならない．

賃金はその日のうちに，日¿前に支拂わねばならない．彼は貧しく，その賃金を當てにしているからである．彼があなたを主に訴えて，罪を負うことがないようにしなさい．

Stay outside and let the man to whom you are making the loan bring the pledge out to you.

If the man is poor, do not go to sleep with his pledge in your possession.

Return his cloak to him by sunset so that he may sleep in it. Then he will thank you, and it will be regarded as a righteous act in the sight of the LORD your God.

Do not take advantage of a hired man who is poor and needy, whether he is a brother Israelite or an alien living in one of your towns.

Pay him his wages each day before sunset, because he is poor and is counting on it. Otherwise he may cry to the LORD against you, and you will be guilty of sin.

父は子のゆえに死に定められず，子は父のゆえに死に定められない．人は，それぞれ自分の罪のゆえに死に定められる．

寄留者や孤兒の權利をゆがめてはならない．寡婦の着物を質に取ってはならない．

あなたはエジプトで奴隷であったが，あなたの神，主が救い出してくださったことを思い起こしなさい．わたしはそれゆえ，あなたにこのことを行うように命じるのである．

Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin.

Do not deprive the alien or the fatherless of justice, or take the cloak of the widow as a pledge.

Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you from there. That is why I command you to do this.

When you are harvesting in your field and you overlook a sheaf, do not go back to get it. Leave it for the alien, the fatherless and the widow, so that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

When you beat the olives from your trees, do not go over the branches a second time. Leave what remains for the alien, the fatherless and the widow.

ぶどうの取り入れをするときは，後で摘み盡くしてはならない．それは寄留者，孤兒，寡婦のものとしなさい．

あなたは，エジプトの國で奴隷であったことを思い起こしなさい．わたしはそれゆえ，あなたにこのことを行うように命じるのである．

When you harvest the grapes in your vineyard, do not go over the vines again. Leave what remains for the alien, the fatherless and the widow.

Remember that you were slaves in Egypt. That is why I command you to do this.

	인간 관계에 대한 규례(25:1-25:19)

二人の間に爭いが生じ，彼らが法廷に出頭するならば，正しい者を無罪とし，惡い者を有罪とする判決が下されねばならない．

もし有罪の者が鞭打ちの刑に定められる場合，裁判人は彼をうつ伏せにし，自分の前で罪狀に應じた數だけ打たせねばならない．

四十回までは打ってもよいが，それ以上はいけない．それ以上鞭打たれて，同胞があなたの前で卑しめられないためである．

脫穀している牛に口 ζ を掛けてはならない．

When men have a dispute, they are to take it to court and the judges will decide the case, acquitting the innocent and condemning the guilty.

If the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall make him lie down and have him flogged in his presence with the number of lashes his crime deserves,

but he must not give him more than forty lashes. If he is flogged more than that, your brother will be degraded in your eyes.

Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.

For the LORD your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.

Remember what the Amalekites did to you along the way when you came out of Egypt.

When you were weary and worn out, they met you on your journey and cut off all who were lagging behind; they had no fear of God.

When the LORD your God gives you rest from all the enemies around you in the land he is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven. Do not forget!

	맏물을 바치는 신앙 고백(26:1-26:11)

あなたの神，主が嗣業の土地として得させるために與えられる土地にあなたが入り，そこに住むときには，

あなたの神，主が與えられる土地から取れるあらゆる地の實りの初物を取って ζ に入れ，あなたの神，主がその名を置くために選ばれる場所に行きなさい．

あなたは，そのとき任に就いている祭司のもとに行き，「今日，わたしはあなたの神，主の御前に報告いたします．わたしは，主がわたしたちに與えると先祖たちに誓われた土地に入りました」と言いなさい．

祭司はあなたの手から ζ を受け取って，あなたの神，主の祭壇の前に供える．

あなたはあなたの神，主の前で次のように告白しなさい．「わたしの先祖は，滅びゆく一アラム人であり，わずかな人を伴ってエジプトに下り，そこに寄留しました．しかしそこで，强くて數の多い，大いなる國民になりました．

When you have entered the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance and have taken possession of it and settled in it,

take some of the firstfruits of all that you produce from the soil of the land the LORD your God is giving you and put them in a basket. Then go to the place the LORD your God will choose as a dwelling for his Name

and say to the priest in office at the time, "I declare today to the LORD your God that I have come to the land the LORD swore to our forefathers to give us."

The priest shall take the basket from your hands and set it down in front of the altar of the LORD your God.

Then you shall declare before the LORD your God: "My father was a wandering Aramean, and he went down into Egypt with a few people and lived there and became a great nation, powerful and numerous.

But the Egyptians mistreated us and made us suffer, putting us to hard labor.

So the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, with great terror and with miraculous signs and wonders.

He brought us to this place and gave us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey;

and now I bring the firstfruits of the soil that you, O LORD, have given me." Place the basket before the LORD your God and bow down before him.
