- わたしは 主を 愛する． 主は 嘆き 祈る 聲を 聞き
- わたしに 耳を 傾けてくださる． 生涯， わたしは 主を 呼ぼう．
- 死の 綱がわたしにからみつき ／陰府の 脅威にさらされ ／苦しみと 嘆きを 前にして
- 主の 御名をわたしは 呼ぶ． 「どうか 主よ， わたしの 魂をお 救いください． 」
- 主は 憐れみ 深く， 正義を 行われる． わたしたちの 神は 情け 深い．

- I love the LORD, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy.
- Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.
- The cords of death entangled me, the anguish of the grave came upon me; I was overcome by trouble and sorrow.
- Then I called on the name of the LORD : "O LORD, save me!"
- The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.

- 哀れな 人を 守ってくださる 主は ／弱り 果てたわたしを 救ってくださる．
- わたしの 魂よ， 再び 安らうがよい ／主はお 前に 報いてくださる．
- あなたはわたしの 魂を 死から ／わたしの 目を 淚から ／わたしの 足を 突き 落とそうとする 者から ／助け 出してくださった．
- 命あるものの 地にある 限り ／わたしは 主の 御前に 步み 續けよう．
- わたしは 信じる ／「激しい 苦しみに 襲われている 」と 言うときも

- The LORD protects the simplehearted; when I was in great need, he saved me.
- Be at rest once more, O my soul, for the LORD has been good to you.
- For you, O LORD, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling,
- that I may walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
- I believed; therefore I said, "I am greatly afflicted."
