- いったい， 律法には， やがて 來る 良いことの 影があるばかりで， そのものの 實體はありません． 從って， 律法は 年ごとに 絶えず 獻げられる 同じいけにえによって， 神に 近づく 人たちを 完全な 者にすることはできません．
- もしできたとするなら， 禮拜する 者たちは 一度淸められた 者として， もはや 罪の 自覺がなくなるはずですから， いけにえを 獻げることは 中止されたはずではありませんか．
- ところが 實際は， これらのいけにえによって 年ごとに 罪の 記憶がよみがえって 來るのです．
- 雄牛や 雄山羊の 血は， 罪を 取り 除くことができないからです．
- それで， キリスト は 世に 來られたときに， 次のように 言われたのです． 「あなたは， いけにえや 獻げ 物を 望まず， ／むしろ， わたしのために ／體を 備えてくださいました．

- The law is only a shadow of the good things that are coming--not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship.
- If it could, would they not have stopped being offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt guilty for their sins.
- But those sacrifices are an annual reminder of sins,
- because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
- Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said: "Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me;

- あなたは， 燒き 盡くす 獻げ 物や ／罪を ·うためのいけにえを 好まれませんでした．
- そこで， わたしは 言いました． 『御覽ください． わたしは 來ました． 聖書の 卷物にわたしについて 書いてあるとおり， ／神よ， 御心を 行うために． 』」
- ここで， まず， 「あなたはいけにえ， 獻げ 物， 燒き 盡くす 獻げ 物， 罪を ·うためのいけにえ， つまり 律法に 從って 獻げられるものを 望みもせず， 好まれもしなかった 」と 言われ，
- 次いで， 「御覽ください． わたしは 來ました． 御心を 行うために 」と 言われています． 第二のものを 立てるために， 最初のものを 廢止されるのです．
- この 御心に 基づいて， ただ 一度 イエス · キリスト の 體が 獻げられたことにより， わたしたちは 聖なる 者とされたのです．

- with burnt offerings and sin offerings you were not pleased.
- Then I said, 'Here I am--it is written about me in the scroll-- I have come to do your will, O God.' "
- First he said, "Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them" (although the law required them to be made).
- Then he said, "Here I am, I have come to do your will." He sets aside the first to establish the second.
- And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

- すべての 祭司は， 每日禮拜を 獻げるために 立ち， 決して 罪を 除くことのできない 同じいけにえを， 繰り 返して 獻げます．
- しかし キリスト は， 罪のために 唯一のいけにえを 獻げて， 永遠に 神の 右の 座に 着き，
- その 後は， 敵どもが 御自分の 足台となってしまうまで， 待ち 續けておられるのです．
- なぜなら， キリスト は 唯一の 獻げ 物によって， 聖なる 者とされた 人たちを 永遠に 完全な 者となさったからです．
- 聖靈もまた， わたしたちに 次のように 證ししておられます．

- Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.
- But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God.
- Since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool,
- because by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.
- The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says:

- 「『それらの 日の 後， わたしが ／彼らと 結ぶ 契約はこれである 』と， ／主は 言われる． 『わたしの 律法を 彼らの 心に 置き， ／彼らの 思いにそれを 書きつけよう．
- もはや 彼らの 罪と 不法を 思い 出しはしない． 』」
- 罪と 不法の 赦しがある 以上， 罪を ·うための 供え 物は， もはや 必要ではありません．

- "This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds."
- Then he adds: "Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more."
- And where these have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin.
