	365 일독성경 11월 14일 (1)

	에스겔 18:1-20:9 이스라엘이 화를 당하는 이유가 조상들에게 있다고 원망하는 백성들에게 하나님께서는 사람이 오직 자신의 행위에 따라 심판받게 된다고 말씀하셨으며, 방백들을 위한 애가를 통해 유다의 멸망을 예언하셨다. 또한 야웨께 묻기 위해 선지자에게 온 이스라엘 장로들을 책망하시며, 과거에 이스라엘이 애굽에서 하나님의 은혜에도 불구하고 우상을 숭배했었다고 말씀하셨다.

	심판의 개별성(18:1-18:32)

主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

「お前たちがイスラエルの地で，このことわざを繰り返し口にしているのはどういうことか．『先祖が酢いぶどうを食べれば／子孫の齒が浮く』と．

わたしは生きている，と主なる神は言われる．お前たちはイスラエルにおいて，このことわざを二度と口にすることはない．

すべての命はわたしのものである．父の命も子の命も，同樣にわたしのものである．罪を犯した者，その人が死ぬ．

もし，ある人が正しく，正義と惠みの業を行うなら，

The word of the LORD came to me:

"What do you people mean by quoting this proverb about the land of Israel: " 'The fathers eat sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge'?

"As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, you will no longer quote this proverb in Israel.

For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son--both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die.

"Suppose there is a righteous man who does what is just and right.

すなわち，山の上で偶像の供え物を食べず，イスラエルの家の偶像を仰ぎ見ず，隣人の妻を犯さず，生理中の女性に近づかず，

人を抑壓せず，負債者の質物を返し，力ずくで奪わず，飢えた者に自分のパンを與え，裸の者に衣服を着せ，

利息を天引きして金を貸さず，高利を取らず，不正から手を引き，人と人との間を眞實に裁き，

わたしの ¿に從って步み，わたしの裁きを忠實に守るなら，彼こそ正しい人で，彼は必ず生きる，と主なる神は言われる．

彼に生まれた息子が亂暴者で，これらの事の一つでも行う人の血を流し，

He does not eat at the mountain shrines or look to the idols of the house of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor's wife or lie with a woman during her period.

He does not oppress anyone, but returns what he took in pledge for a loan. He does not commit robbery but gives his food to the hungry and provides clothing for the naked.

He does not lend at usury or take excessive interest. He withholds his hand from doing wrong and judges fairly between man and man.

He follows my decrees and faithfully keeps my laws. That man is righteous; he will surely live, declares the Sovereign LORD.

"Suppose he has a violent son, who sheds blood or does any of these other things

自分自身はこれらすべての事の一つですら行わず，かえって山の上で偶像の供え物を食べ，隣人の妻を犯し，

貧しい者，乏しい者を抑壓し，力ずくで奪い，質物を返さず，偶像を仰ぎ見て忌まわしいことを行い，

利息を天引きして金を貸し，高利を取るならば，彼は生きることができようか．彼は生きることはできない．彼はこれらの忌まわしいことをしたのだから，必ず死ぬ．その死の責任は彼にある．

ところで，その人にまた息子が生まれ，彼が父の行ったすべての過ちを見て省み，このような事を行わないなら，

すなわち，山の上で偶像の供え物を食べず，イスラエルの家の偶像を仰ぎ見ず，隣人の妻を犯さず，

(though the father has done none of them): "He eats at the mountain shrines. He defiles his neighbor's wife.

He oppresses the poor and needy. He commits robbery. He does not return what he took in pledge. He looks to the idols. He does detestable things.

He lends at usury and takes excessive interest. Will such a man live? He will not! Because he has done all these detestable things, he will surely be put to death and his blood will be on his own head.

"But suppose this son has a son who sees all the sins his father commits, and though he sees them, he does not do such things:

"He does not eat at the mountain shrines or look to the idols of the house of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor's wife.

人を抑壓せず，質物を取らず，力ずくで奪わず，飢えた者に自分のパンを與え，裸の者に衣服を着せ，

貧しい者の抑壓から手を引き，天引きの利息や高利を取らず，わたしの裁きを行い，わたしの ¿に從って步むなら，彼は父の罪のゆえに死ぬことはない．必ず生きる．

彼の父は搾取を行い，兄弟のものを力ずくで奪い，自分の民の中で善くない事をしたので，自分の罪のゆえに死んだのである．

それなのにお前たちは，『なぜ，子は父の罪を負わないのか』と言う．しかし，その子は正義と惠みの業を行い，わたしの ¿をことごとく守り，行ったのだから，必ず生きる．

罪を犯した本人が死ぬのであって，子は父の罪を負わず，父もまた子の罪を負うことはない．正しい人の正しさはその人だけのものであり，惡人の惡もその人だけのものである．

He does not oppress anyone or require a pledge for a loan. He does not commit robbery but gives his food to the hungry and provides clothing for the naked.

He withholds his hand from sin and takes no usury or excessive interest. He keeps my laws and follows my decrees. He will not die for his father's sin; he will surely live.

But his father will die for his own sin, because he practiced extortion, robbed his brother and did what was wrong among his people.

"Yet you ask, 'Why does the son not share the guilt of his father?' Since the son has done what is just and right and has been careful to keep all my decrees, he will surely live.

The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him.

惡人であっても，もし犯したすべての過ちから離れて，わたしの ¿をことごとく守り，正義と惠みの業を行うなら，必ず生きる．死ぬことはない．

彼の行ったすべての背きは思い起こされることなく，行った正義のゆえに生きる．

わたしは惡人の死を喜ぶだろうか，と主なる神は言われる．彼がその道から立ち歸ることによって，生きることを喜ばないだろうか．

しかし，正しい人でも，その正しさから離れて不正を行い，惡人がするようなすべての忌まわしい事を行うなら，彼は生きることができようか．彼の行ったすべての正義は思い起こされることなく，彼の背信の行爲と犯した過ちのゆえに彼は死ぬ．

それなのにお前たちは，『主の道は正しくない』と言う．聞け，イスラエルの家よ．わたしの道が正しくないのか．正しくないのは，お前たちの道ではないのか．

"But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die.

None of the offenses he has committed will be remembered against him. Because of the righteous things he has done, he will live.

Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?

"But if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked man does, will he live? None of the righteous things he has done will be remembered. Because of the unfaithfulness he is guilty of and because of the sins he has committed, he will die.

"Yet you say, 'The way of the Lord is not just.' Hear, O house of Israel: Is my way unjust? Is it not your ways that are unjust?

正しい人がその正しさから離れて不正を行い，そのゆえに死ぬなら，それは彼が行った不正のゆえに死ぬのである．

しかし，惡人が自分の行った惡から離れて正義と惠みの業を行うなら，彼は自分の命を救うことができる．

彼は悔い改めて，自分の行ったすべての背きから離れたのだから，必ず生きる．死ぬことはない．

それなのにイスラエルの家は，『主の道は正しくない』と言う．イスラエルの家よ，わたしの道が正しくないのか．正しくないのは，お前たちの道ではないのか．

それゆえ，イスラエルの家よ．わたしはお前たちひとりひとりをその道に從って裁く，と主なる神は言われる．悔い改めて，お前たちのすべての背きから立ち歸れ．罪がお前たちをつまずかせないようにせよ．

If a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin, he will die for it; because of the sin he has committed he will die.

But if a wicked man turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is just and right, he will save his life.

Because he considers all the offenses he has committed and turns away from them, he will surely live; he will not die.

Yet the house of Israel says, 'The way of the Lord is not just.' Are my ways unjust, O house of Israel? Is it not your ways that are unjust?

"Therefore, O house of Israel, I will judge you, each one according to his ways, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.

お前たちが犯したあらゆる背きを投げ捨てて，新しい心と新しい靈を造り出せ．イスラエルの家よ，どうしてお前たちは死んでよいだろうか．

わたしはだれの死をも喜ばない．お前たちは立ち歸って，生きよ」と主なる神は言われる．

Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart and a new spirit. Why will you die, O house of Israel?

For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live!

	방백들을 위한 애가(19:1-19:14)

イスラエルの君侯たちのために，あなたは悲しみの歌をうたって，

言いなさい．お前の母は獅子たちの中にあって／どんな雌獅子だったろうか．お前の母は子獅子の間に伏し／若獅子たちを育てた．

お前の母は子獅子の中から一頭を取り上げた．その子獅子は若獅子に成長し／獲物を取ることを覺え／人¿を餌食とした．

しかし，諸國の民は子獅子について聞いた． ┼に捕らえられ，一にかけられて／エジプトの地へ連れて行かれたと．

お前の母は期待が破れ，望みがうせたのを見て／別の子獅子を取り，若獅子に育てた．

"Take up a lament concerning the princes of Israel

and say: " 'What a lioness was your mother among the lions! She lay down among the young lions and reared her cubs.

She brought up one of her cubs, and he became a strong lion. He learned to tear the prey and he devoured men.

The nations heard about him, and he was trapped in their pit. They led him with hooks to the land of Egypt.

" 'When she saw her hope unfulfilled, her expectation gone, she took another of her cubs and made him a strong lion.

この子獅子は獅子たちの間を步き回り／若獅子に成長し／獲物を取ることを覺え／人¿を餌食とした．

彼は彼らの城郭を破壞し，町¿を荒廢させた．そのほえたける聲に／地と地を滿たすものはおびえた．

諸國民は周圍の國¿から彼に立ち向かい／彼の上に網を廣げ／彼は ┼に捕らえられた．

彼は一にかけられ， ζ に入れられ／バビロンの王のもとに連れて行かれた．彼らは獄に彼を閉じ ¿め／二度とその聲が，イスラエルの山¿に／聞こえないようにした．

He prowled among the lions, for he was now a strong lion. He learned to tear the prey and he devoured men.

He broke down their strongholds and devastated their towns. The land and all who were in it were terrified by his roaring.

Then the nations came against him, those from regions round about. They spread their net for him, and he was trapped in their pit.

With hooks they pulled him into a cage and brought him to the king of Babylon. They put him in prison, so his roar was heard no longer on the mountains of Israel.

" 'Your mother was like a vine in your vineyard planted by the water; it was fruitful and full of branches because of abundant water.

その木には／支配者たちの杖となる强い枝があった．丈は雲間に屆くほど高くなり／丈高く，枝が多いゆえに際立って見えた．

怒りによって，木は引き拔かれ／地に投げ捨てられた．東風はその實を枯らし／强い枝はもぎ取られて枯れ／火がそれを燒き盡くした．

今や，その木は／荒れ野に，乾いた水なき地に／移し植えられた．

また，若枝の茂る太い枝から／火が出て，實を燒き盡くした．それゆえ，この木には／支配者の杖となる强い枝はなくなった．この歌は悲しみの歌．悲しみの歌としてうたわれた．

Its branches were strong, fit for a ruler's scepter. It towered high above the thick foliage, conspicuous for its height and for its many branches.

But it was uprooted in fury and thrown to the ground. The east wind made it shrivel, it was stripped of its fruit; its strong branches withered and fire consumed them.

Now it is planted in the desert, in a dry and thirsty land.

Fire spread from one of its main branches and consumed its fruit. No strong branch is left on it fit for a ruler's scepter.' This is a lament and is to be used as a lament."

	유다의 패역상(20:1-20:9)

第七年の五月のことであった．その月の十日に，イスラエルの長老たち數人が，主の御心を問うために來て，わたしの前に座った．

そのとき，主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

「人の子よ，イスラエルの長老たちに語り，彼らに言いなさい．主なる神はこう言われる．お前たちはわたしの意志を問うために來たのか．わたしは生きている．お前たちが尋ねても，わたしは答えない，と主なる神は言われる．

あなたは彼らを裁くのか．人の子よ．彼らを裁くのなら，彼らの先祖たちの行った忌まわしいことを彼らに告げなさい．

彼らに言いなさい，と主なる神はこう言われる．わたしがイスラエルを選んだ日に，わたしはヤコブの家の子孫に誓い，エジプトの地で彼らにわたしを知らせたとき，彼らに誓って，わたしはお前たちの神，主であると言った．

In the seventh year, in the fifth month on the tenth day, some of the elders of Israel came to inquire of the LORD, and they sat down in front of me.

Then the word of the LORD came to me:

"Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel and say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Have you come to inquire of me? As surely as I live, I will not let you inquire of me, declares the Sovereign LORD.'

"Will you judge them? Will you judge them, son of man? Then confront them with the detestable practices of their fathers

and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On the day I chose Israel, I swore with uplifted hand to the descendants of the house of Jacob and revealed myself to them in Egypt. With uplifted hand I said to them, "I am the LORD your God."

その日，わたしは彼らに誓い，わたしは彼らをエジプトの地から連れ出して，彼らのために探し求めた土地，乳と蜜の流れる地，すべての國¿の中で最も美しい土地に導く，と言った．

わたしはまた，彼らに言った．『おのおの，目の前にある憎むべきものを投げ捨てよ．エジプトの偶像によって自分を汚してはならない．わたしはお前たちの神，主である』と．

しかし，彼らはわたしに逆らい，わたしに聞き從おうとはしなかった．おのおの，目の前の憎むべきものを投げ捨てず，エジプトの偶像を捨てようとはしなかった．そこで，わたしは言った．『わたしは憤りを彼らの上に注ぎ，エジプトの地でわたしの怒りを浴びせる』と．

しかし，わたしはわが名のために，彼らがその中に住んでいる諸國民の目の前では，わが名を汚すことがないようにした．その諸國民の目の前で，わたしはイスラエルをエジプトの地から導き出して，わたしを示したのである．

On that day I swore to them that I would bring them out of Egypt into a land I had searched out for them, a land flowing with milk and honey, the most beautiful of all lands.

And I said to them, "Each of you, get rid of the vile images you have set your eyes on, and do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt. I am the LORD your God."

" 'But they rebelled against me and would not listen to me; they did not get rid of the vile images they had set their eyes on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt. So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and spend my anger against them in Egypt.

But for the sake of my name I did what would keep it from being profaned in the eyes of the nations they lived among and in whose sight I had revealed myself to the Israelites by bringing them out of Egypt.
