- 兄弟としていつも 愛し 合いなさい．
- 旅人をもてなすことを 忘れてはいけません． そうすることで， ある 人たちは， 氣づかずに 天使たちをもてなしました．
- 自分も 一緖に 捕らわれているつもりで， 牢に 捕らわれている 人たちを 思いやり， また， 自分も 體を 持って 生きているのですから， 虐待されている 人たちのことを 思いやりなさい．
- 結婚はすべての 人に 尊ばれるべきであり， 夫婦の 關係は 汚してはなりません． 神は， みだらな 者や 姦淫する 者を 裁かれるのです．
- 金錢に 執着しない 生活をし， 今持っているもので 滿足しなさい． 神御自身， 「わたしは， 決してあなたから 離れず， 決してあなたを 置き 去りにはしない 」と 言われました．

- Keep on loving each other as brothers.
- Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.
- Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.
- Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
- Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

- だから， わたしたちは， はばからずに 次のように 言うことができます． 「主はわたしの 助け 手． わたしは 恐れない． 人はわたしに 何ができるだろう． 」
- あなたがたに 神の 言葉を 語った 指導者たちのことを， 思い 出しなさい． 彼らの 生涯の 終わりをしっかり 見て， その 信仰を 見倣いなさい．
- イエス · キリスト は， きのうも 今日も， また 永遠に 變わることのない 方です．
- いろいろ 異なった 敎えに 迷わされてはなりません． 食べ 物ではなく， 惠みによって 心が 强められるのはよいことです． 食物の 規定に 從って 生活した 者は， 益を 受けませんでした．
- わたしたちには 一つの 祭壇があります． 幕屋に 仕えている 人たちは， それから 食べ 物を 取って 食べる 權利がありません．

- So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?"
- Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.
- Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
- Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings. It is good for our hearts to be strengthened by grace, not by ceremonial foods, which are of no value to those who eat them.

- なぜなら， 罪を ·うための 動物の 血は， 大祭司によって 聖所に 運び 入れられますが， その 體は 宿營の 外で 燒かれるからです．
- それで， イエス もまた， 御自分の 血で 民を 聖なる 者とするために， 門の 外で 苦難に 遭われたのです．
- だから， わたしたちは， イエス が 受けられた 辱めを 擔い， 宿營の 外に 出て， そのみもとに 赴こうではありませんか．
- わたしたちはこの 地上に 永續する 都を 持っておらず， 來るべき 都を 探し 求めているのです．
- だから， イエス を 通して 贊美のいけにえ， すなわち 御名をたたえる 唇の 實を， 絶えず 神に 獻げましょう．

- The high priest carries the blood of animals into the Most Holy Place as a sin offering, but the bodies are burned outside the camp.
- And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood.
- Let us, then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore.
- For here we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the city that is to come.

- 善い 行いと 施しとを 忘れないでください． このようないけにえこそ， 神はお 喜びになるのです．
- 指導者たちの 言うことを 聞き 入れ， 服從しなさい． この 人たちは， 神に 申し 述べる 者として， あなたがたの 魂のために 心を 配っています． 彼らを 嘆かせず， 喜んでそうするようにさせなさい． そうでないと， あなたがたに 益となりません．
- わたしたちのために 祈ってください． わたしたちは， 明らかな 良心を 持っていると 確信しており， すべてのことにおいて， 立派にふるまいたいと 思っています．
- 特にお 願いします． どうか， わたしがあなたがたのところへ 早く 歸れるように， 祈ってください．

- And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
- Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.
- Pray for us. We are sure that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way.
- I particularly urge you to pray so that I may be restored to you soon.
