- 「僞預言者を 警戒しなさい． 彼らは 羊の 皮を 身にまとってあなたがたのところに 來るが， その 內側は ·欲な 狼である．
- あなたがたは， その 實で 彼らを 見分ける． 茨からぶどうが， あざみからいちじくが 採れるだろうか．
- すべて 良い 木は 良い 實を 結び， 惡い 木は 惡い 實を 結ぶ．
- 良い 木が 惡い 實を 結ぶことはなく， また， 惡い 木が 良い 實を 結ぶこともできない．
- 良い 實を 結ばない 木はみな， 切り 倒されて 火に 投げ ¿まれる．

- Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
- Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
- Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
- A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
- Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

- このように， あなたがたはその 實で 彼らを 見分ける． 」
- 「わたしに 向かって， 『主よ， 主よ 』と 言う 者が 皆， 天の 國に 入るわけではない． わたしの 天の 父の 御心を 行う 者だけが 入るのである．
- かの 日には， 大勢の 者がわたしに， 『主よ， 主よ， わたしたちは 御名によって 預言し， 御名によって 惡靈を 追い 出し， 御名によって 奇跡をいろいろ 行ったではありませんか 』と 言うであろう．
- そのとき， わたしはきっぱりとこう 言おう． 『あなたたちのことは 全然知らない． 不法を ¿く 者ども， わたしから 離れ 去れ． 』」
- 「そこで， わたしのこれらの 言葉を 聞いて 行う 者は 皆， 岩の 上に 自分の 家を 建てた 賢い 人に 似ている．

- Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
- Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
- Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
- And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
- Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

- 雨が 降り， 川があふれ， 風が 吹いてその 家を 襲っても， 倒れなかった． 岩を 土台としていたからである．
- わたしのこれらの 言葉を 聞くだけで 行わない 者は 皆， 砂の 上に 家を 建てた 愚かな 人に 似ている．
- 雨が 降り， 川があふれ， 風が 吹いてその 家に 襲いかかると， 倒れて， その 倒れ 方がひどかった． 」
- イエス がこれらの 言葉を 語り 終えられると， 群衆はその 敎えに 非常に 驚いた．
- 彼らの 律法學者のようにではなく， 權威ある 者としてお 敎えになったからである．

- And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
- And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
- And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
- And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
- For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
