- さて， 安息日が 終わって， 週の 初めの 日の 明け 方に， マグダラ の マリア ともう 一人の マリア が， 墓を 見に 行った．
- すると， 大きな 地震が 起こった． 主の 天使が 天から 降って 近寄り， 石をわきへ 轉がし， その 上に 座ったのである．
- その 姿は 稻妻のように 輝き， 衣は 雪のように 白かった．
- 番兵たちは， 恐ろしさのあまり 震え 上がり， 死人のようになった．
- 天使は 婦人たちに 言った． 「恐れることはない． 十字架につけられた イエス を 搜しているのだろうが，

- In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
- And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
- His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
- And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.
- And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.

- あの 方は， ここにはおられない． かねて 言われていたとおり， 復活なさったのだ． さあ， 遺體の 置いてあった 場所を 見なさい．
- それから， 急いで 行って 弟子たちにこう 告げなさい． 『あの 方は 死者の 中から 復活された． そして， あなたがたより 先に ガリラヤ に 行かれる． そこでお 目にかかれる． 』確かに， あなたがたに 傳えました． 」
- 婦人たちは， 恐れながらも 大いに 喜び， 急いで 墓を 立ち 去り， 弟子たちに 知らせるために 走って 行った．
- すると， イエス が 行く 手に 立っていて， 「おはよう 」と 言われたので， 婦人たちは 近寄り， イエス の 足を 抱き， その 前にひれ 伏した．
- イエス は 言われた． 「恐れることはない． 行って， わたしの 兄弟たちに ガリラヤ へ 行くように 言いなさい． そこでわたしに 會うことになる． 」

- He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
- And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.
- And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word.
- And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.
- Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.

- 婦人たちが 行き 着かないうちに， 數人の 番兵は 都に 歸り， この 出來事をすべて 祭司長たちに 報告した．
- そこで， 祭司長たちは 長老たちと 集まって 相談し， 兵士たちに 多額の 金を 與えて，
- 言った． 「『弟子たちが 夜中にやって 來て， 我¿の 寢ている 間に 死體を 盜んで 行った 』と 言いなさい．
- もしこのことが 總督の 耳に 入っても， うまく 總督を 說得して， あなたがたには 心配をかけないようにしよう． 」
- 兵士たちは 金を 受け 取って， 敎えられたとおりにした． この 話は， 今日に 至るまで ユダヤ 人の 間に 廣まっている．

- Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done.
- And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers,
- Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
- And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you.
- So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

- さて， 十一人の 弟子たちは ガリラヤ に 行き， イエス が 指示しておかれた 山に 登った．
- そして， イエス に 會い， ひれ 伏した． しかし， 疑う 者もいた．
- イエス は， 近寄って 來て 言われた． 「わたしは 天と 地の 一切の 權能を 授かっている．
- だから， あなたがたは 行って， すべての 民をわたしの 弟子にしなさい． 彼らに 父と 子と 聖靈の 名によって 洗禮を 授け，
- あなたがたに 命じておいたことをすべて 守るように 敎えなさい． わたしは 世の 終わりまで， いつもあなたがたと 共にいる． 」

- Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.
- And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.
- And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
- Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
- Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
