- 主よ， あなたをあがめます． あなたは 敵を 喜ばせることなく ／わたしを 引き 上げてくださいました．
- わたしの 神， 主よ， 叫び 求めるわたしを ／あなたは 癒してくださいました．
- 主よ， あなたはわたしの 魂を 陰府から 引き 上げ ／墓穴に 下ることを 免れさせ ／わたしに 命を 得させてくださいました．
- 主の 慈しみに 生きる 人¿よ ／主に 贊美の 歌をうたい ／聖なる 御名を 唱え， 感謝をささげよ．

- I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
- O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
- O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
- Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
- For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

- ひととき， お 怒りになっても ／命を 得させることを 御旨としてくださる． 泣きながら 夜を 過ごす 人にも ／喜びの 歌と 共に 朝を 迎えさせてくださる．
- 平穩なときには， 申しました ／「わたしはとこしえに ¿らぐことがない 」と．
- 主よ， あなたが 御旨によって ／砦の 山に 立たせてくださったからです． しかし， 御顔を 隱されると ／わたしはたちまち 恐怖に 陷りました．
- 主よ， わたしはあなたを 呼びます． 主に 憐れみを 乞います．
- わたしが 死んで 墓に 下ることに ／何の 益があるでしょう． 塵があなたに 感謝をささげ ／あなたのまことを 告げ 知らせるでしょうか．

- And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
- LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
- I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
- What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
- Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.

- Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
