- わたしの 魂は 主によって 喜び 躍り ／御救いを 喜び 樂しみます．
- わたしの 骨はことごとく 叫びます． 「主よ， あなたに ¿ぶものはありません． 貧しい 人を 强い 者から ／貧しく 乏しい 人を 搾取する 者から ／助け 出してくださいます． 」
- 不法の 證人が 數多く 立ち， わたしを 追及しますが ／わたしの 知らないことばかりです．
- 彼らはわたしの 善意に 惡意をもってこたえます． わたしの 魂を 滅ぼそうとして， 子供を 奪いました．
- 彼らが 病にかかっていたとき ／わたしは 粗布をまとって 斷食し， 魂を 苦しめ ／胸の 內に 祈りを 繰り 返し

- And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
- All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?
- False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.
- They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.
- But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

- 彼らの 友， 彼らの 兄弟となり ／母の 死を 悼む 子のように 嘆きの 衣をまとい ／うなだれて 行き 來したのに
- わたしが 倒れれば 彼らは 喜び， 押し 寄せます． わたしに 向かって 押し 寄せ ／わたしの 知らないことについてわたしを 打ち ／とめどもなく 引き 裂きます．
- 神を 無視する 者がわたしを 圍んで 嘲笑い ／わたしに 向かって 齒をむき 出します．

- I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.
- But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yea, the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:
- With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.
