	365 일독성경 3월 2일 (1)

	레위기 19:1-20:27 언약의 백성인 이스라엘은 일상 생활 가운데서도 하나님의 성품인 거룩과 공의에 따라 하나님과 이웃에 대한 법도를 지켜야 했다. 하나님께서는 우상 숭배와 성적인 음란죄를 가장 가증스럽게 여기셨으므로 이에 대한 구체적인 형벌을 말씀하셨다. 이스라엘 백성들에게는 선민으로서 거룩한 생활을 해야 하는 의무가 주어졌다.

	거룩한 생활을 위한 규례(19:1-19:37)

主はモ ― セに仰せになった．

イスラエルの人¿の共同體全體に告げてこう言いなさい．あなたたちは聖なる者となりなさい．あなたたちの神，主であるわたしは聖なる者である．

父と母とを敬いなさい．わたしの安息日を守りなさい．わたしはあなたたちの神，主である．

偶像を仰いではならない．神¿の偶像を鑄造してはならない．わたしはあなたたちの神，主である．

和解の獻げ物を主にささげるときは，それが受け入れられるようにささげなさい．

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.

Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God.

Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God.

And if ye offer a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, ye shall offer it at your own will.

獻げ物の肉は，ささげた當日とその翌日に食べねばならない．三日目まで殘ったものは燒き捨てよ．

もし，三日目にわずかでも食べるなら，それは不淨なことであって，受け入れられることではない．

それを食べた者は責めを負う．主にささげられた聖なるものを汚したからである．その人は民の中から斷たれる．

穀物を收穫するときは，畑の隅まで刈り盡くしてはならない．收穫後の落ち穗を拾い集めてはならない．

ぶどうも，摘み盡くしてはならない．ぶどう畑の落ちた實を拾い集めてはならない．これらは貧しい者や寄留者のために殘しておかねばならない．わたしはあなたたちの神，主である．

It shall be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the morrow: and if ought remain until the third day, it shall be burnt in the fire.

And if it be eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; it shall not be accepted.

Therefore every one that eateth it shall bear his iniquity, because he hath profaned the hallowed thing of the LORD: and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest.

And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I am the LORD your God.

あなたたちは盜んではならない．うそをついてはならない．互いに欺いてはならない．

わたしの名を用いて僞り誓ってはならない．それによってあなたの神の名を汚してはならない．わたしは主である．

あなたは隣人を虐げてはならない．奪い取ってはならない．雇い人の勞賃の支拂いを翌朝まで延ばしてはならない．

耳の聞こえぬ者を惡く言ったり，目の見えぬ者の前に障害物を置いてはならない．あなたの神を畏れなさい．わたしは主である．

あなたたちは不正な裁判をしてはならない．あなたは弱い者を偏ってかばったり，力ある者におもねってはならない．同胞を正しく裁きなさい．

Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.

And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.

Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.

Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

民の間で中傷をしたり，隣人の生命にかかわる僞證をしてはならない．わたしは主である．

心の中で兄弟を憎んではならない．同胞を率直に戒めなさい．そうすれば彼の罪を負うことはない．

復讐してはならない．民の人¿に恨みを抱いてはならない．自分自身を愛するように隣人を愛しなさい．わたしは主である．

あなたたちはわたしの ¿を守りなさい．二種の家畜を交配させたり，一つの畑に二種の種を蒔いてはならない．また二種の絲で織った衣服を身に着けてはならない．

もし，男が女奴隷と寢た場合，その女が別の男の奴隷になるはずでありながら，まだ金も支拂われておらず，自由の身にもなっていないならば，男は，損害賠償金を支拂わねばならない．しかし，二人の行爲は死罪には當たらない．彼女は自由の身ではなかったからである．

Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour; I am the LORD.

Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.

And whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.

男は罰として，主に賠償の獻げ物の雄羊を臨在の幕屋の入り口に携えて行く．

祭司が獻げ物の雄羊をもって，彼の犯した罪のために主の御前で彼のために ·いの儀式を行うと，彼の罪は赦される．

あなたたちが入ろうとしている土地で，果樹を植えるときは，その實は無割禮のものと見なさねばならない．それは三年の間，無割禮のものであるから，それを食べてはならない．

四年目にすべての實は聖なるものとなり，主への贊美の獻げ物となる．

And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, even a ram for a trespass offering.

And the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering before the LORD for his sin which he hath done: and the sin which he hath done shall be forgiven him.

And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of.

But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the LORD withal.

And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the LORD your God.

あなたたちは血を含んだ肉を食べてはならない．占いや呪術を行ってはならない．

もみあげをそり落としたり，ひげの兩端をそってはならない．

死者を悼んで身を傷つけたり，入れ墨をしてはならない．わたしは主である．

あなたの娘に遊女のすることをさせて汚してはならない．あなたの土地をそれによって汚し，恥ずべきことで滿たしてはならない．

わたしの安息日を守り，わたしの聖所を敬いなさい．わたしは主である．

Ye shall not eat any thing with the blood: neither shall ye use enchantment, nor observe times.

Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard.

Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.

Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness.

Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

靈媒を訪れたり，口寄せを尋ねたりして，汚れを受けてはならない．わたしはあなたたちの神，主である．

白髮の人の前では起立し，長老を尊び，あなたの神を畏れなさい．わたしは主である．

寄留者があなたの土地に共に住んでいるなら，彼を虐げてはならない．

あなたたちのもとに寄留する者をあなたたちのうちの土地に生まれた者同樣に扱い，自分自身のように愛しなさい．なぜなら，あなたたちもエジプトの國においては寄留者であったからである．わたしはあなたたちの神，主である．

あなたたちは，不正な物差し，秤，升を用いてはならない．

Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.

Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the LORD.

And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him.

But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.

正しい天秤，正しい重り，正しい升，正しい容器を用いなさい．わたしは，あなたたちをエジプトの國から導き出したあなたたちの神，主である．

わたしのすべての ¿，すべての法を守り，それを行いなさい．わたしは主である．

Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.

Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.

	사형에 해당되는 범죄(20:1-20:27)

主はモ ― セに仰せになった．

イスラⅵΩ 看伎 귄 � 瑞 �罵 ┴ㅬ紛 Ø 　ㄺ � 엑� Ω 看伎 귄 ㏃咫手� 丞 � 엑� Ω 磵景幼 ㅟ ㏖麥 �咫手� 恂站伊 쿵왝藺 ┢뱀咫蕣失器─ 贅ㄱ ㅦ楚 ��戍 ㅱ�牀 ⓔⓒ 긋麥 � ⅰ ㄱ ㅮ臂 �碑日 딛溪 �묄�묄�送 ㄲ�亶 ��舍地 �퀸 ª

わたしは，その者にわたしの顔を向け，民の中から斷つ．自分の子をモレク神にささげ，わたしの聖所を汚し，わたしの聖なる名を冒瀆したからである．

もし，國の民が，自分の子をモレク神にささげる者を默認し，殺さないならば，

わたしがその者と家族に顔を向け，彼および彼に倣ってモレク神を求めて淫行を行うすべての者を民の中から斷つ．

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.

And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:

Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.

口寄せや靈媒を訪れて，これを求めて淫行を行う者があれば，わたしはその者にわたしの顔を向け，彼を民の中から斷つ．

自らを淸く保ち，聖なる者となりなさい．わたしはあなたたちの神，主だからである．

わたしの ¿を忠實に守りなさい．わたしは主であって，あなたたちを聖なる者とする．

自分の父母を呪う者は，必ず死刑に處せられる．父母を呪うことは死罪に當たる．

人の妻と姦淫する者，すなわち隣人の妻と姦淫する者は姦淫した男も女も共に必ず死刑に處せられる．

And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.

Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.

And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.

For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.

And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

父の妻と寢る者は，父を辱める者であるから，兩者共に必ず死刑に處せられる．彼らの行爲は死罪に當たる．

嫁と寢る者は兩者共に必ず死刑に處せられる．この秩序を亂す行爲は死罪に當たる．

女と寢るように男と寢る者は，兩者共にいとうべきことをしたのであり，必ず死刑に處せられる．彼らの行爲は死罪に當たる．

一人の女とその母とを共にめとる者は，恥ずべきことをしたのであり，三者共に燒き殺される．あなたたちの中に恥ずべきことがあってはならない．

動物と交わった男は必ず死刑に處せられる．その動物も殺さねばならない．

And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.

And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.

いかなる動物とであれ，これに近づいて交わる女と動物を殺さねばならない．彼らは必ず死刑に處せられる．彼らの行爲は死罪に當たる．

自分の姉妹，すなわち父または母の娘をめとり，その姉妹の裸を見，女はその兄弟の裸を見るならば，これは恥ずべき行爲であり，彼らは民の目の前で斷たれる．彼は自分の姉妹を犯した罪を負わねばならない．

生理期間中の女と寢て，これを犯した者は，女の血の源をあらわにし，女は自分の血の源をあらわにしたのであって，兩者共に民の中から斷たれる．

おばを犯してはならない．彼らは，肉親を辱める行爲の罪を負わねばならない．

おばと寢て，おじを辱めるならば，罰を受け，男も女も子に惠まれることなく死ぬ．

And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.

And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister, nor of thy father's sister: for he uncovereth his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.

And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

兄弟の妻をめとる者は，汚らわしいことをし，兄弟を辱めたのであり，男も女も子に惠まれることはない．

あなたたちはわたしのすべての ¿と法を忠實に守りなさい．そうすれば，わたしがあなたたちを住まわせるために導き入れる國から吐き出されることはない．

あなたたちの前からわたしが追い拂おうとしている國の風習に從ってはならない．彼らの行爲はすべてわたしの嫌惡するものである．

わたしはあなたたちに言う．あなたたちは彼らの土地を得るであろう．わたしはそれをあなたたちに得させるであろう．それは，乳と蜜の流れる土地である．わたしはあなたたちの神，主である．わたしはあなたたちと諸國の民を分かつから，

あなたたちは，淸い動物と汚れた動物，淸い鳥と汚れた鳥とを區別しなければならない．動物，鳥，すべて地上を這うものによって，自らを憎むべきものにしてはならない．これらは，わたしが汚れたものとして，あなたたちに區別することを敎えたものである．

And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.

Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.

And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.

Ye shall therefore put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by fowl, or by any manner of living thing that creepeth on the ground, which I have separated from you as unclean.

あなたたちはわたしのものとなり，聖なる者となりなさい．主なるわたしは聖なる者だからである．わたしはあなたたちをわたしのものとするため諸國の民から區別したのである．

男であれ，女であれ，口寄せや靈媒は必ず死刑に處せられる．彼らを石で打ち殺せ．彼らの行爲は死罪に當たる．

And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.

A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.
