- わたしは 彼の 子孫を 永遠に 支え ／彼の 王座を 天の 續く 限り 支える．
- しかし， 彼の 子らがわたしの 敎えを 捨て ／わたしの 裁きによって 步まず
- わたしの ¿を 破り ／わたしの 戒めを 守らないならば
- 彼らの 背きに 對しては 杖を ／惡に 對しては 疫病を 罰として 下す．
- それでもなお， わたしは 慈しみを 彼から 取り 去らず ／わたしの 眞實をむなしくすることはない．

- If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
- If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;
- Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
- Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.
- My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.
