- 彼らは， 海に 船を 出し ／大海を 渡って 商う 者となった．
- 彼らは 深い 淵で 主の 御業を ／驚くべき 御業を 見た．
- 主は 仰せによって 嵐を 起こし ／波を 高くされたので
- 彼らは 天に 上り， 深淵に 下り ／苦難に 魂は 溶け
- 醉った 人のようによろめき， ¿らぎ ／どのような 知惠も 呑み ¿まれてしまった．

- They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters;
- These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep.
- For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof.
- They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.
- They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wit's end.

- 苦難の 中から 主に 助けを 求めて 叫ぶと ／主は 彼らを 苦しみから 導き 出された．
- 主は 嵐に ¿きかけて 沈默させられたので ／波はおさまった．
- 彼らは 波が 靜まったので 喜び 祝い ／望みの 港に 導かれて 行った．
- 主に 感謝せよ． 主は 慈しみ 深く ／人の 子らに 驚くべき 御業を 成し 遂げられる．
- 民の 集會で 主をあがめよ． 長老の 集いで 主を 贊美せよ．

- Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.
- He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.
- Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven.
- Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
- Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.
