	에스겔 29:1-30:26 하나님께서는 애굽이 바벨론에 의해 멸망되었다가 40년 후에 연약한 나라로 회복될 것이며, 애굽이 함락되는 날 그의 동맹국들도 함께 멸망할 것이라고 예고하셨다. 그리고 애굽의 멸망은 하나님께서 바벨론 왕의 팔을 강하게 붙드시고 바로의 팔을 꺾어 약하게 하신 결과라고 밝히셨다.

	애굽에 대한 심판(29:1-29:21)

第十年の十月十二日に主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

「人の子よ，あなたの顔をエジプトの王ファラオに向けて，王とエジプトの全土に對して預言し，

語って言いなさい．主なる神はこう言われる．エジプトの王，ファラオよ／わたしはお前に立ち向かう．ナイル川の眞ん中に橫たわる巨大なわによ／お前は言う．『ナイル川はわたしのもの／わたしが自分のために造ったものだ』と．

わたしはお前の顎に一をかけ／うろこにナイル川の魚をつけさせ／ナイル川の眞ん中から引き上げる／お前のうろこについた川のすべての魚と共に．

わたしはお前を荒れ野に捨てる／ナイル川のすべての魚と共に．お前は地面に倒れたままで／引き取る者も，葬る者もない．わたしは野の ¿，空の鳥に／お前を食物として與える．

In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:

Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.

But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales.

And I will leave thee thrown into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven.

エジプトのすべての住民は／わたしが主であることを知るようになる．お前は，イスラエルの家にとって／葦の杖にすぎない．

彼らがお前の手をつかむと／お前は折れ，彼らの肩は ¿けた．彼らが寄りかかると，お前は裂け／彼らの腰はすべてふらついた．

それゆえ，主なる神はこう言われる．わたしはお前に劍を臨ませ，お前の中から人も ¿も絶ち滅ぼす．

エジプトの地は荒野に變わり，廢虛となる．そのとき，彼らはわたしが主であることを知るようになる．お前が，『ナイル川はわたしのもの，わたしが造ったものだ』と言ったからだ．

それゆえ，わたしはお前とお前のナイル川に立ち向かい，エジプトの地を廢虛とし，ミグドルからセベネを經て，クシュの境に至るまで荒野にする．

And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the LORD, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.

When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and rend all their shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee.

And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it.

Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.

もはや人の足はそこを通らず，動物の足すら通ることなく，こうして四十年の間住む人はない．

わたしはエジプト人の地を，荒れ果てた國¿の中で，最も荒れ果てた地とする．その町¿は荒れ廢れた町¿の中で，四十年の間最も荒れ果てたものとなる．わたしはエジプト人を諸國民の中に散らし，國¿の間に追いやる．

まことに主なる神はこう言われる．四十年が終わると，わたしは散らされていた諸國民の間からエジプト人を集める．

わたしはエジプトの繁榮を回復する．わたしは彼らを出身地である上エジプト人の地に歸らせる．そこで彼らはささやかな王國を造る．

それは他の王國よりも低く，もはや彼らが他の國¿の上に立つことはない．彼らが他の國¿を踏みつけることがないように，わたしは彼らを小さくする．

No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.

And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

Yet thus saith the Lord GOD; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:

And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom.

It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.

イスラエルの家は，もはや，彼らに賴らず，かつて彼らを賴みにして犯した罪を思い起こす．そのとき，彼らはわたしが主なる神であることを知るようになる．」

第二十七年の一月一日に，主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

「人の子よ，バビロンの王ネブカドレツァルはティルスに對し，軍隊を差し向けて勞苦の多い戰いを行わせた．すべての戰士の頭ははげ，肩は擦りむけてしまった．しかし，王もその軍隊も，ティルスに對して費やした勞苦の報酬を何も得なかった．

それゆえ，主なる神はこう言われる．わたしはバビロンの王ネブカドレツァルにエジプトの土地を與える．彼はその富を運び去り，戰利品を分捕り，略奪をほしいままにする．こうして，エジプトは彼の軍隊の報酬となる．

ティルスに對して費やした王の ¿きの報いとして，わたしは王にエジプトの土地を與える．彼らが，わたしに代わって，このことをしたからである，と主なる神は言われる．

And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth their iniquity to remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.

And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.

I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord GOD.

その日，わたしはイスラエルの家のために一つの角を生えさせ，彼らの間にあってその口を開かせる．そのとき，彼らはわたしが主であることを知るようになる．」

In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

	애굽과 그 동맹국들의 파멸(30:1-30:26)

主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

「人の子よ，預言して言いなさい．主なる神はこう言われる．泣き叫べ，ああ，その日は災いだ．

その日は近い．主の日は近い．それは密雲の日，諸國民の裁きの時である．

劍がエジプトに臨み，戰慄がクシュを襲う．エジプトで，人¿は刺されて倒れ／富は奪い去られ，國の基は覆される．

クシュ，プト，リディア，諸種族の群れ，クブおよびその他の同盟國の住民も，彼らと共に劍で倒れる．

The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Howl ye, Woe worth the day!

For the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen.

And the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great pain shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be broken down.

Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.

主はこう言われる．エジプトを支える者は倒れ／その梶れる力は覆る．ミグドルからセベネに至るまで／人¿は劍に倒れる，と主なる神は言われる．

荒れ果てた國¿の中でも，エジプトの荒廢は甚だしく，荒れ廢れた町¿の中でも，その町¿は甚だしい廢虛となる．

わたしがエジプトに火を放って，これを助ける者がすべて滅ぼされるとき，彼らはわたしが主であることを知るようになる．

その日，わたしのもとから使者が船で出發し，安心しているクシュをおののかせる．エジプトの日に，戰慄が彼らを襲う．その日が來るからである．

主なる神がこう言われる．わたしはバビロンの王ネブカドレツァルの手によってエジプトの富を絶つ．

Thus saith the LORD; They also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: from the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord GOD.

And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted.

And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have set a fire in Egypt, and when all her helpers shall be destroyed.

In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.

彼とその軍隊，諸國の中で最も凶暴な軍隊が，この國を滅ぼすために動員される．彼らは劍を拔いてエジプトを攻め，この國を殺された者で滿たす．

わたしはナイル川を干上がらせ，この國を惡しき者たちの手に賣り渡し，他國の人¿によって，その地とその地を滿たしているものを滅ぼし盡くす，と主なるわたしが告げる．

主なる神はこう言われる．わたしは偶像を打ち壞し，メンフィスから僞りの神¿を絶つ．エジプトの國には，もはや支配者がいなくなる．わたしはエジプトの地に恐れを與える．

わたしは上エジプトを滅ぼし，ツォアンに火を放ち，テ ― ベに裁きを下す．

また，わが憤りをエジプトの砦であるシンに注ぎ，テ ― ベの富を絶つ．

He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to destroy the land: and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain.

And I will make the rivers dry, and sell the land into the hand of the wicked: and I will make the land waste, and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers: I the LORD have spoken it.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause their images to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.

And I will make Pathros desolate, and will set fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments in No.

And I will pour my fury upon Sin, the strength of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No.

わたしはエジプトに火を放つ．シンは苦しみにもだえ，テ ― ベは引き裂かれ，メンフィスは白¿，敵に襲われる．

オンとピ · ベセトの若者たちは劍に倒れ，他の人¿は捕囚として連れ去られる．

わたしがテハフネヘスで，エジプトの阿を ¿くとき，そこでは ¿も暗くなり，その梶れる力は絶たれる．密雲が町を覆い，その娘たちも捕囚として連れ去られる．

わたしがエジプトに裁きを行うとき，彼らはわたしが主であることを知るようになる．」

第十一年の一月七日に，主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

And I will set fire in Egypt: Sin shall have great pain, and No shall be rent asunder, and Noph shall have distresses daily.

The young men of Aven and of Pibeseth shall fall by the sword: and these cities shall go into captivity.

At Tehaphnehes also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt: and the pomp of her strength shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.

Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

「人の子よ，わたしはエジプトの王ファラオの腕を折った．見よ，彼の腕は手當てを受けて卷かれることなく，力を補う添え木を當てて卷かれることもないので，劍を取ることができない．

それゆえ，主なる神はこう言われる．わたしはエジプトの王ファラオに立ち向かい，その强い腕と折られた腕を共に打ち ¿き，その手から劍を落とさせる．

わたしはエジプトの人¿を諸國民の中に散らし，國¿の間に追いやる．

わたしはバビロンの王の腕を强め，その手に劍を與える．わたしはファラオの腕を折る．彼はバビロンの王の前で，刺された者のように呻き聲を發する．

わたしはバビロンの王の腕を强くする．ファラオの腕は弱くなる．わたしがバビロンの王の手に劍を與え，彼がそれをエジプトの地に伸ばすとき，彼らはわたしが主であることを知るようになる．

Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed, to put a roller to bind it, to make it strong to hold the sword.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.

And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my sword in his hand: but I will break Pharaoh's arms, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.

But I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt.

わたしがエジプトの人¿を諸國民の中に散らし，國¿の間に追いやるとき，彼らはわたしが主であることを知るようになる．」

And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
