- 若獅子は 獲物がなくて 飢えても ／主に 求める 人には 良いものの 欠けることがない．
- 子らよ， わたしに 聞き 從え． 主を 畏れることを 敎えよう．
- 喜びをもって 生き ／長生きして 幸いを 見ようと 望む 者は
- 舌を 惡から ／唇を 僞りの 言葉から 遠ざけ
- 惡を 避け， 善を 行い ／平和を 尋ね 求め， 追い 求めよ．

- Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
- Who is the man who desires life And loves length of days that he may see good?
- Keep your tongue from evil And your lips from speaking deceit.
- Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.
- The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous And His ears are open to their cry.

- 主は， 從う 人に 目を 注ぎ ／助けを 求める 叫びに 耳を 傾けてくださる．
- 主は 惡を 行う 者に 御顔を 向け ／その 名の 記念を 地上から 絶たれる．
- 主は 助けを 求める 人の 叫びを 聞き ／苦難から 常に 彼らを 助け 出される．
- 主は 打ち ¿かれた 心に 近くいまし ／悔いる 靈を 救ってくださる．
- 主に 從う 人には 災いが 重なるが ／主はそのすべてから 救い 出し

- The face of the LORD is against evildoers, To cut off the memory of them from the earth.
- The righteous cry, and the LORD hears And delivers them out of all their troubles.
- The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
- Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.
- He keeps all his bones, Not one of them is broken.

- 骨の 一本も 損なわれることのないように ／彼を 守ってくださる．
- 主に 逆らう 者は 災いに 遭えば 命を 失い ／主に 從う 人を 憎む 者は 罪に 定められる．

- Evil shall slay the wicked, And those who hate the righteous will be condemned.
- The LORD redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who take refuge in Him will be condemned.
