역대하

  역대상과 마찬가지로 본서도 영적인 유산을 회복해야 할 포로 귀환민들을 위해 쓰여졌다. 그래서 과거 이스라엘의 영광스런 역사를 회복하고, 어두운 역사를 극복하는 개혁, 신앙의 갱신을 강조하고 있다. 또한 인간의 반역 속에서도 선민을 향한 하나님의 영원하신 언약과 구원의 역사가 성취되어 나가고 있음을 보여 주고 있다.

  1장부터 9장까지는 솔로몬의 통치기로 성전 건축, 성전 예배 확립, 영토 확장, 해외 무역을 통한 번영과 부귀에 대하여 기록하였으며, 10장부터 36장까지는 유다 열왕들의 선하고 악한 사적을 선별적으로 기록하고 있다. 이를 통하여 본서는 하나님을 찾는 신앙만이 영적, 물질적 부국을 이룰 수 있는 근본 원리임을 교훈하고 있다.

 

 

역대하 1:1-3:17

 솔로몬이 일천 번제를 드리자 하나님께서 지혜를 구한 솔로몬에게 지혜는 물론, 재물과 존영까지도 주실 것을 약속하셨다. 그는 두로 왕 후람의 도움으로 성전 건축 준비를 마치고 건축에 착수하였다.
  
  지혜를 구한 솔로몬(1:1-1:17)    
 
  1. ダビデ の 子 ソロモン は 自分の 支配を 固めた． 彼の 神， 主が 共にいて， 彼を 高め 偉大な 者とされた．
  2. ソロモン は， すべての イスラエル ， 千人隊と 百人隊の 長， 裁判官， 全 イスラエル のすべての 指導者， 家系の 長に 呼びかけ，
  3. 全會衆と 共に ギブオン にある 聖なる 高台に 行った． そこには， かつて 荒れ 野で 主の 僕 モ ― セ が 造った 神の 臨在の 幕屋があった．
  4. ただし 神の 箱は， 旣に ダビデ が キルヤト · エアリム から エルサレム に 幕屋を 張って 備えた 場所に 移してあった．
  5. 主の 幕屋の 前には， フル の 孫で ウリ の 子である ベツァルエル の 造った 靑銅の 祭壇があった． ソロモン は 會衆と 共に 主に 尋ね，
  1. Now Solomon the son of David established himself securely over his kingdom, and the LORD his God was with him and exalted him greatly.
  2. Solomon spoke to all Israel, to the commanders of thousands and of hundreds and to the judges and to every leader in all Israel, the heads of the fathers' households.
  3. Then Solomon and all the assembly with him went to the high place which was at Gibeon, for God's tent of meeting was there, which Moses the servant of the LORD had made in the wilderness.
  4. However, David had brought up the ark of God from Kiriath-jearim to the place he had prepared for it, for he had pitched a tent for it in Jerusalem.
  5. Now the bronze altar, which Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, had made, was there before the tabernacle of the LORD, and Solomon and the assembly sought it out.
  1. そこで 臨在の 幕屋にいます 主の 御前にある 靑銅の 祭壇に 上り， その 上で 燒き 盡くす 獻げ 物一千頭をささげた．
  2. その 夜， 神は ソロモン に 現れて 言われた． 「何事でも 願うがよい， あなたに 與えよう． 」
  3. ソロモン は 神に 答えた． 「あなたは 父 ダビデ に 豊かな 慈しみをお 示しになり， 父に 代わる 王としてわたしをお 立てになりました．
  4. 神なる 主よ， あなたは 父 ダビデ になさった 約束を 今實現し， 地の 塵のように 數の 多い 民の 上に， わたしを 王としてお 立てになりました．
  5. 今このわたしに 知惠と 識見を 授け， この 民をよく 導くことができるようにしてください． そうでなければ， 誰が， あなたのこの 大いなる 民を 裁くことができましょうか． 」
  1. Solomon went up there before the LORD to the bronze altar which was at the tent of meeting, and offered a thousand burnt offerings on it.
  2. In that night God appeared to Solomon and said to him, "Ask what I shall give you."
  3. Solomon said to God, "You have dealt with my father David with great lovingkindness, and have made me king in his place.
  4. "Now, O LORD God, Your promise to my father David is fulfilled, for You have made me king over a people as numerous as the dust of the earth.
  5. "Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people, for who can rule this great people of Yours?"
  1. 神は ソロモン に 言われた． 「あなたはこのことを 望み， 富も， 財寶も， 名譽も， 宿敵の 命も 求めず， また 長壽も 求めず， わたしがあなたをその 王として 立てた 民を 裁くために， 知惠と 識見を 求めたのだから，
  2. あなたに 知惠と 識見が 授けられる． またわたしは 富と 財寶， 名譽もあなたに 與える． あなたのような 王はかつていたことがなく， またこれからもいない． 」
  3. ソロモン は ギブオン にある 聖なる 高台， その 臨在の 幕屋を 後にして エルサレム に 歸り， イスラエル を 治めた．
  4. ソロモン は 戰車と 騎兵を 集め， 戰車千四百， 騎兵一万二千を 保有した． 彼はそれを 戰車隊の 町¿および エルサレム の 王のもとに 配置した．
  5. 王は エルサレム で 銀と 金を 石のように， レバノン 杉を シェフェラ のいちじく 桑のように 大量に 供給した．
  1. God said to Solomon, "Because you had this in mind, and did not ask for riches, wealth or honor, or the life of those who hate you, nor have you even asked for long life, but you have asked for yourself wisdom and knowledge that you may rule My people over whom I have made you king,
  2. wisdom and knowledge have been granted to you. And I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings who were before you has possessed nor those who will come after you."
  3. So Solomon went from the high place which was at Gibeon, from the tent of meeting, to Jerusalem, and he reigned over Israel.
  4. Solomon amassed chariots and horsemen He had 1,400 chariots and 12,000 horsemen, and he stationed them in the chariot cities and with the king at Jerusalem.
  5. The king made silver and gold as plentiful in Jerusalem as stones, and he made cedars as plentiful as sycamores in the lowland.
  1. ソロモン の 馬は エジプト と クエ から 輸入された． 王の 商人は 代價を 拂って クエ からそれを 買い 入れた．

  1. Solomon's horses were imported from Egypt and from Kue; the king's traders procured them from Kue for a price.
  2. They imported chariots from Egypt for 600 shekels of silver apiece and horses for 150 apiece, and by the same means they exported them to all the kings of the Hittites and the kings of Aram.
 
  성전 건축 준비(2:1-2:18)    
 
  1. ソロモン は 荷役の 勞¿者七万人， 山中で 石を 切り 出す 勞¿者八万人， その 監督三千六百人を 動員した．
  2. 彼はまた ティルス の 王 フラム に 使節を 遣わして， こう 言わせた． 「あなたは， 父 ダビデ に 協力を 惜しまず， 父の 住まいとなる 王宮の 建築のために レバノン 杉を 送ってくださいました．
  3. わたしはわが 神なる 主の 御名のために 神殿を 建て， これを 主のために 聖別して， その 御前に 香草の 香をたき， 絶えず パン を 供え， 朝に 夕に， 安息日と 新月祭， 我らの 神なる 主の 祝祭日に， 燒き 盡くす 獻げ 物をささげ， この 事が イスラエル においていつまでも 守られるようにしようとしています．
  4. わたしが 建てようとしている 神殿は 大いなるものです． わたしたちの 神はすべての 神¿にまさる 大いなる 方だからです．
  5. しかし， この 方のために 神殿を 建てる 力が 誰にありましょうか． 天も， 天の 天もこの 方をお 納めすることができないからです． 主のために 神殿を 建てようとするわたしは 何者でしょうか． 神殿はただ 主の 御前に 香をたくためのものでしかありません．
  1. Now Solomon decided to build a house for the name of the LORD and a royal palace for himself.
  2. So Solomon assigned 70,000 men to carry loads and 80,000 men to quarry stone in the mountains and 3,600 to supervise them.
  3. Then Solomon sent word to Huram the king of Tyre, saying, "As you dealt with David my father and sent him cedars to build him a house to dwell in, so do for me.
  4. "Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of the LORD my God, dedicating it to Him, to burn fragrant incense before Him and to set out the showbread continually, and to offer burnt offerings morning and evening, on sabbaths and on new moons and on the appointed feasts of the LORD our God, this being required forever in Israel.
  5. "The house which I am about to build will be great, for greater is our God than all the gods.
  1. 從って， 今， 金， 銀， 靑銅， 鐵， 深紅の 織物， 緋の 織物， 靑の 織物を 扱う 熟練した 者で， 種¿の 彫刻にたけた 者を 一人こちらに 送ってください． 父 ダビデ がそろえて， わたしのもとにいる ユダ と エルサレム の 熟練した 者に 力添えをさせていただきたいのです．
  2. また レバノン から レバノン 杉， 絲杉， 白檀の 木材を 送ってください． わたしは， あなたの 家臣たちが レバノン の 山林の 伐採のことをよくわきまえていることを 知っています． わたしの 家臣をあなたの 家臣と 共に ¿かせ，
  3. 大量の 木材を 準備させていただけないでしょうか． わたしは 輝かしく 偉容を 誇る 神殿を 建てようとしているのです．
  4. 伐採作業に 當たるきこり， あなたの 家臣に， わたしは 小麥二万 コル ， 大麥二万 コル ， ぶどう 酒二万 バト ， オリ ― ブ 油二万 バト を 送り 屆けます． 」
  5. ティルス の 王 フラム は， ソロモン に 次のような 返書を 送ってきた． 「主は 御自分の 民を 愛して， あなたをその 王とされた． 」
  1. "But who is able to build a house for Him, for the heavens and the highest heavens cannot contain Him? So who am I, that I should build a house for Him, except to burn incense before Him?
  2. "Now send me a skilled man to work in gold, silver, brass and iron, and in purple, crimson and violet fabrics, and who knows how to make engravings, to work with the skilled men whom I have in Judah and Jerusalem, whom David my father provided.
  3. "Send me also cedar, cypress and algum timber from Lebanon, for I know that your servants know how to cut timber of Lebanon; and indeed my servants will work with your servants,
  4. to prepare timber in abundance for me, for the house which I am about to build will be great and wonderful.
  5. "Now behold, I will give to your servants, the woodsmen who cut the timber, 20,000 kors of crushed wheat and 20,000 kors of barley, and 20,000 baths of wine and 20,000 baths of oil."
  1. 彼はまたこう 言った． 「天と 地をお 造りになった イスラエル の 神なる 主はたたえられますように． 主は ダビデ 王に 賢明で 聰明な 洞察力のある 子をお 與えになり， その 子が 主のために 神殿を， 國のために 王宮を 建てようとしています．
  2. 今わたしは， 聰明で 熟練した 者， 職人の 頭 フラム を 送ります．

  4. お 申し 出のあった 小麥， 大麥， ぶどう 酒， オリ ― ブ 油はわたしの 家臣にお 送りください．
  5. 我¿はあなたの 必要とする 木材を レバノン で 伐採し， いかだに 組んで 海路 ヤッファ まで 屆けます． それを エルサレム まで 運ぶのは， そちらでお 願いします． 」
  1. Then Huram, king of Tyre, answered in a letter sent to Solomon: "Because the LORD loves His people, He has made you king over them."
  2. Then Huram continued, "Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, who has made heaven and earth, who has given King David a wise son, endowed with discretion and understanding, who will build a house for the LORD and a royal palace for himself.
  3. "Now I am sending Huram-abi, a skilled man, endowed with understanding,
  4. the son of a Danite woman and a Tyrian father, who knows how to work in gold, silver, bronze, iron, stone and wood, and in purple, violet, linen and crimson fabrics, and who knows how to make all kinds of engravings and to execute any design which may be assigned to him, to work with your skilled men and with those of my lord David your father.
  5. "Now then, let my lord send to his servants wheat and barley, oil and wine, of which he has spoken.
  1. ソロモン は， 父 ダビデ が 人口を 調べたように， イスラエル の 地にいるすべての 寄留民の 人口を 調べたところ， その 數は 十五万三千六百人であった．
  2. そのうち 七万人を 荷役の 勞¿者， 八万人を 山で 石を 切り 出す 勞¿者， 三千六百人を 民を ¿かせるための 監督とした．
  1. "We will cut whatever timber you need from Lebanon and bring it to you on rafts by sea to Joppa, so that you may carry it up to Jerusalem."
  2. Solomon numbered all the aliens who were in the land of Israel, following the census which his father David had taken; and 153,600 were found.
  3. He appointed 70,000 of them to carry loads and 80,000 to quarry stones in the mountains and 3,600 supervisors to make the people work.
 
  성전 건축(3:1-3:17)    
 
  1. ソロモン は エルサレム の モリヤ 山で， 主の 神殿の 建築を 始めた． そこは， 主が 父 ダビデ に 御自身を 現され， ダビデ があらかじめ 準備しておいた 所で， かつて エブス 人 オルナン の 麥打ち 場があった．
  2. 建築を 始めたのは， その 治世第四年の 第二の 月の 二日であった．
  3. 神殿建築のために ソロモン が 据えた 基礎は， 次のような 規模のものであった． 奧行きは 古い 尺度に 從って 六十 アンマ ， 間口は 二十 アンマ ．
  4. 前廊は， 奧行きが 神殿の 間口と 同じ 二十 アンマ ． 高さは 百二十 アンマ ． 彼は 純金で 內部を 覆った．
  5. この 大いなる 神殿に 絲杉材をはり 付け， それを 上質の 金で 覆い， その 上になつめやしと 網目模樣の 浮き 彫りを 施し，
  1. Then Solomon began to build the house of the LORD in Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where the LORD had appeared to his father David, at the place that David had prepared on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.
  2. He began to build on the second day in the second month of the fourth year of his reign.
  3. Now these are the foundations which Solomon laid for building the house of God. The length in cubits, according to the old standard was sixty cubits, and the width twenty cubits.
  4. The porch which was in front of the house was as long as the width of the house, twenty cubits, and the height 120; and inside he overlaid it with pure gold.
  5. He overlaid the main room with cypress wood and overlaid it with fine gold, and ornamented it with palm trees and chains.
  1. 寶石で 神殿を 美しく 飾った． 金は パルワイム の 金であった．
  2. 神殿の 梁， 敷居， 壁， 扉も 金で 覆い， 壁には ケルビム の 浮き 彫りをつけた．
  3. また 彼は 至聖所を 造った． その 奧行きは 神殿の 間口と 同じ 二十 アンマ ， その 間口も 二十 アンマ であり， 上質の 金六百 キカル で 覆った．
  4. 釘は 金で 重さが 五十 シェケル ， 階上の 部屋も 金で 覆った．
  5. 彼は， 至聖所の 中に 二體の ケルビム を 鑄物で 造り， それを 金で 覆った．
  1. Further, he adorned the house with precious stones; and the gold was gold from Parvaim.
  2. He also overlaid the house with gold--the beams, the thresholds and its walls and its doors; and he carved cherubim on the walls.
  3. Now he made the room of the holy of holies: its length across the width of the house was twenty cubits, and its width was twenty cubits; and he overlaid it with fine gold, amounting to 600 talents.
  4. The weight of the nails was fifty shekels of gold. He also overlaid the upper rooms with gold.
  5. Then he made two sculptured cherubim in the room of the holy of holies and overlaid them with gold.
  1. その 二體の ケルビム の 翼は 長さが 合わせて 二十 アンマ であった． 一方の ケルビム の 翼の 一つは 五 アンマ で 神殿の 壁に 觸れ， もう 一つの 翼も 五 アンマ で， もう 一方の ケルビム の 翼に 觸れていた．
  2. このもう 一方の ケルビム の 翼も， 一つは 五 アンマ で 神殿の 壁に 觸れ， もう 一つの 翼も 五 アンマ で， 他方の ケルビム の 翼に 觸れていた．
  3. この ケルビム の 廣げた 翼は 合わせて 二十 アンマ であった． ケルビム は 顔を 內側に 向けて 足で 立っていた．
  4. 彼は， 靑の 織物， 深紅の 織物， 緋の 織物， 麻の 織物で 垂れ 幕を 作ったが， それにも ケルビム の 縫い 取りを 施した．
  5. 彼は 神殿の 前に 二本の 柱を 作った． 高さは 三十五 アンマ ， 頂の 柱頭は 五 アンマ であった．
  1. The wingspan of the cherubim was twenty cubits; the wing of one, of five cubits, touched the wall of the house, and its other wing, of five cubits, touched the wing of the other cherub.
  2. The wing of the other cherub, of five cubits, touched the wall of the house; and its other wing of five cubits was attached to the wing of the first cherub.
  3. The wings of these cherubim extended twenty cubits, and they stood on their feet facing the main room.
  4. He made the veil of violet, purple, crimson and fine linen, and he worked cherubim on it.
  5. He also made two pillars for the front of the house, thirty-five cubits high, and the capital on the top of each was five cubits.
  1. また 內陣に 網目模樣の 浮き 彫りを 造り， それを 柱頭につけ， 百個のざくろを 造って， 網目模樣の 浮き 彫りにつけた．
  2. その 柱を 聖所の 正面の 右と 左に 一本ずつ 立て， 右の 柱を ヤキン ， 左の 柱を ボアズ と 名付けた．
  1. He made chains in the inner sanctuary and placed them on the tops of the pillars; and he made one hundred pomegranates and placed them on the chains.
  2. He erected the pillars in front of the temple, one on the right and the other on the left, and named the one on the right Jachin and the one on the left Boaz.
