- 兄弟たち， わたしがあなたがたに 告げ 知らせた 福音を， ここでもう 一度知らせます． これは， あなたがたが 受け 入れ， 生活のよりどころとしている 福音にほかなりません．
- どんな 言葉でわたしが 福音を 告げ 知らせたか， しっかり 覺えていれば， あなたがたはこの 福音によって 救われます． さもないと， あなたがたが 信じたこと 自體が， 無馱になってしまうでしょう．
- 最も 大切なこととしてわたしがあなたがたに 傳えたのは， わたしも 受けたものです． すなわち， キリスト が， 聖書に 書いてあるとおりわたしたちの 罪のために 死んだこと，
- 葬られたこと， また， 聖書に 書いてあるとおり 三日目に 復活したこと，
- ケファ に 現れ， その 後十二人に 現れたことです．

- Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand,
- by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.
- For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
- and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,
- and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.

- 次いで， 五百人以上もの 兄弟たちに 同時に 現れました． そのうちの 何人かは 旣に 眠りについたにしろ， 大部分は 今なお 生き 殘っています．
- 次いで， ヤコブ に 現れ， その 後すべての 使徒に 現れ，
- そして 最後に， 月足らずで 生まれたようなわたしにも 現れました．
- わたしは， 神の 敎會を 迫害したのですから， 使徒たちの 中でもいちばん 小さな 者であり， 使徒と 呼ばれる 値打ちのない 者です．
- 神の 惠みによって 今日のわたしがあるのです． そして， わたしに 與えられた 神の 惠みは 無馱にならず， わたしは 他のすべての 使徒よりずっと 多く ¿きました． しかし， ¿いたのは， 實はわたしではなく， わたしと 共にある 神の 惠みなのです．

- After that He appeared to more than five hundred brethren at one time, most of whom remain until now, but some have fallen asleep;
- then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles;
- and last of all, as to one untimely born, He appeared to me also.
- For I am the least of the apostles, and not fit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
- But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me.

- とにかく， わたしにしても 彼らにしても， このように 宣べ 傳えているのですし， あなたがたはこのように 信じたのでした．
- キリスト は 死者の 中から 復活した， と 宣べ 傳えられているのに， あなたがたの 中のある 者が， 死者の 復活などない， と 言っているのはどういうわけですか．
- 死者の 復活がなければ， キリスト も 復活しなかったはずです．
- そして， キリスト が 復活しなかったのなら， わたしたちの 宣敎は 無馱であるし， あなたがたの 信仰も 無馱です．
- 更に， わたしたちは 神の 僞證人とさえ 見なされます． なぜなら， もし， 本當に 死者が 復活しないなら， 復活しなかったはずの キリスト を 神が 復活させたと 言って， 神に 反して 證しをしたことになるからです．

- Whether then it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed.
- Now if Christ is preached, that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
- But if there is no resurrection of the dead, not even Christ has been raised;
- and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain.
- Moreover we are even found to be false witnesses of God, because we testified against God that He raised Christ, whom He did not raise, if in fact the dead are not raised.

- 死者が 復活しないのなら， キリスト も 復活しなかったはずです．
- そして， キリスト が 復活しなかったのなら， あなたがたの 信仰はむなしく， あなたがたは 今もなお 罪の 中にあることになります．
- そうだとすると， キリスト を 信じて 眠りについた 人¿も 滅んでしまったわけです．
- この 世の 生活で キリスト に 望みをかけているだけだとすれば， わたしたちはすべての 人の 中で 最も 慘めな 者です．
- しかし， 實際， キリスト は 死者の 中から 復活し， 眠りについた 人たちの 初穗となられました．

- For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised;
- and if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins.
- Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
- If we have hoped in Christ in this life only, we are of all men most to be pitied.
- But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep.

- 死が 一人の 人によって 來たのだから， 死者の 復活も 一人の 人によって 來るのです．
- つまり， アダム によってすべての 人が 死ぬことになったように， キリスト によってすべての 人が 生かされることになるのです．
- ただ， 一人一人にそれぞれ 順序があります． 最初に キリスト ， 次いで， キリスト が 來られるときに， キリスト に 屬している 人たち，
- 次いで， 世の 終わりが 來ます． そのとき， キリスト はすべての 支配， すべての 權威や 勢力を 滅ぼし， 父である 神に 國を 引き 渡されます．

- For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead.
- For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
- But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ's at His coming,
- then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power.
- For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.

- 最後の 敵として， 死が 滅ぼされます．
- 「神は， すべてをその 足の 下に 服從させた 」からです． すべてが 服從させられたと 言われるとき， すべてを キリスト に 服從させた 方自身が， それに 含まれていないことは， 明らかです．
- すべてが 御子に 服從するとき， 御子自身も， すべてを 御自分に 服從させてくださった 方に 服從されます． 神がすべてにおいてすべてとなられるためです．

- The last enemy that will be abolished is death.
- For HE HAS PUT ALL THINGS IN SUBJECTION UNDER HIS FEET But when He says, "All things are put in subjection," it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him.
- When all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all.
