	에스겔 22:23-23:49 하나님께서는 지도자들을 위시한 온 유다 백성들의 죄악상을 지적하셨다. 그리고 북왕국 이스라엘을 ‘오홀라’로, 남왕국 유다를 ‘오홀리바’라는 이름을 가진 자매로 비유하심으로, 애굽과 앗수르와 바벨론의 우상을 숭배한 죄를 지적하시고 그 대가로 그들이 사모하던 강대국에 의해 철저하게 더럽혀지고 유린당할 것이라고 예고하셨다.

	모든 사람의 방종(22:23-22:31)

主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

「人の子よ，エルサレムに語りなさい．お前は憤りの日に，雨も降らず淸められることもない土地だ．

都の中に預言者たちの陰謀がある．獅子がほえ，獲物を引き裂くように，都の中で人¿は食われ，富や財寶が奪われ，やもめの數は增した．

祭司たちはわたしの律法を犯し，わたしの聖なるものを汚した．彼らは聖と俗とを區別せず，／淨と汚れの區別を敎えず，わたしの安息日に目を覆った．こうして，わたしは彼らの間で汚されている．

また，高官たちは都の中で獲物を引き裂く狼のようだ．彼らは不正の利を得るために，血を流し，人¿を殺す．

And the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

"Son of man, say to her, 'You are a land that is not cleansed or rained on in the day of indignation.'

"There is a conspiracy of her prophets in her midst like a roaring lion tearing the prey They have devoured lives; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have made many widows in the midst of her.

"Her priests have done violence to My law and have profaned My holy things; they have made no distinction between the holy and the profane, and they have not taught the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they hide their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

"Her princes within her are like wolves tearing the prey, by shedding blood and destroying lives in order to get dishonest gain.

また，預言者たちは，城壁に漆¿で上塗りをした．彼らは空しい幻を見，欺きの占いをし，主が語られないのに，『主なる神はこう言われる』と言う．

國の民は抑壓を行い，强奪をした．彼らは貧しい者，乏しい者を苦しめ，寄留の外國人を不當に抑壓した．

この地を滅ぼすことがないように，わたしは，わが前に石垣を築き，石垣の破れ口に立つ者を彼らの中から探し求めたが，見いだすことができなかった．

それゆえ，わたしは憤りを彼らの上に注ぎ，怒りの火によって彼らを滅ぼし，彼らの行いの報いをその頭上に返す」と主なる神は言われる．

"Her prophets have smeared whitewash for them, seeing false visions and divining lies for them, saying, 'Thus says the Lord GOD,' when the LORD has not spoken.

"The people of the land have practiced oppression and committed robbery, and they have wronged the poor and needy and have oppressed the sojourner without justice.

"I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one.

"Thus I have poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; their way I have brought upon their heads," declares the Lord GOD.

	오홀라와 오홀리바의 비유(23:1-23:49)

主の言葉がわたしに臨んだ．

「人の子よ，かつて二人の女性がいた．彼女たちは同じ母の娘であった．

彼女たちはエジプトで淫行を行った．まだ若いのに淫行を行った．その地で，彼女たちの乳房は握られ，處女の乳首は摘まれた．

彼女たちの名は，姉はオホラ，妹はオホリバといった．彼女たちはわたしのものとなり，息子，娘たちを産んだ．彼女たちの名前であるオホラはサマリア，オホリバはエルサレムのことである．

オホラはわたしのもとにいながら，姦淫を行い，その愛人である戰士アッシリア人に欲情を抱いた．

The word of the LORD came to me again, saying,

"Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother;

and they played the harlot in Egypt. They played the harlot in their youth; there their breasts were pressed and there their virgin bosom was handled.

"Their names were Oholah the elder and Oholibah her sister. And they became Mine, and they bore sons and daughters. And as for their names, Samaria is Oholah and Jerusalem is Oholibah.

"Oholah played the harlot while she was Mine; and she lusted after her lovers, after the Assyrians, her neighbors,

それは紫の衣を着た高官，知事，長官という皆，好ましい男たち，馬に乘る騎士たちであった．

彼女はこの者どもと姦淫を行ったが，彼らは皆，アッシリアの支配者たちであった．彼女は欲情を抱いていたすべての者，およびその偶像によって身を汚した．

彼女はエジプト以來の淫行から離れなかった．人¿は彼女の若いときに彼女と寢て，處女の乳首を摘み，淫行を彼女に注いだからである．

それゆえ，わたしは彼女をその愛人の手に，彼女が欲情を抱いたアッシリアの人¿の手に渡した．

彼らは彼女の裸をあらわにし，彼女の息子，娘たちを奪い，ついに彼女を劍で殺した．このように彼らは彼女を裁き，彼女は女たちの物笑いとなった．

who were clothed in purple, governors and officials, all of them desirable young men, horsemen riding on horses.

"She bestowed her harlotries on them, all of whom were the choicest men of Assyria; and with all whom she lusted after, with all their idols she defiled herself.

"She did not forsake her harlotries from the time in Egypt; for in her youth men had lain with her, and they handled her virgin bosom and poured out their lust on her.

"Therefore, I gave her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, after whom she lusted.

"They uncovered her nakedness; they took her sons and her daughters, but they slew her with the sword. Thus she became a byword among women, and they executed judgments on her.

妹オホリバはこれを見たが，彼女の欲情は姉よりも激しく，その淫行は姉よりもひどかった．

彼女はアッシリアの人¿に欲情を抱いた．彼らは知事，長官，戰士，盛裝した者，馬に乘る騎兵たちで，皆，好ましい男たちであった．

彼女が自らを汚すのをわたしは見たが，二人とも同じ仕方であった．

彼女は淫行を更に加え，次には壁に浮き彫りされた人¿，朱色に描かれたカルデア人の像に目を留めた．

彼らは腰に帶を締め，頭には端を垂らすタ ― バンを卷いており，皆，指揮官のようであった．彼らはカルデア出身のバビロン人の樣子をしていた．

"Now her sister Oholibah saw this, yet she was more corrupt in her lust than she, and her harlotries were more than the harlotries of her sister.

"She lusted after the Assyrians, governors and officials, the ones near, magnificently dressed, horsemen riding on horses, all of them desirable young men.

"I saw that she had defiled herself; they both took the same way.

"So she increased her harlotries. And she saw men portrayed on the wall, images of the Chaldeans portrayed with vermilion,

girded with belts on their loins, with flowing turbans on their heads, all of them looking like officers, like the Babylonians in Chaldea, the land of their birth.

彼女が彼らの有樣に目を留めると欲情を抱き，使者をカルデアの彼らのもとに遣わした．

そこで，バビロンの人¿は愛の床を共にするために彼女のもとに來り，淫行をもって彼女を汚した．彼女は彼らと共に自分を汚したが，やがてその心は彼らから離れた．

彼女がこれ見よがしに姦淫を行い，裸をあらわにしたので，わたしの心は，姉から離れたように彼女からも離れた．

彼女は，かつてエジプトの地で淫行を行った若いころを思い起こして，淫行を重ねた．

彼女は，ろばのような肉をもち，馬のような精をもった者の側女であることに欲情を燃やした．

"When she saw them she lusted after them and sent messengers to them in Chaldea.

"The Babylonians came to her to the bed of love and defiled her with their harlotry. And when she had been defiled by them, she became disgusted with them.

"She uncovered her harlotries and uncovered her nakedness; then I became disgusted with her, as I had become disgusted with her sister.

"Yet she multiplied her harlotries, remembering the days of her youth, when she played the harlot in the land of Egypt.

"She lusted after their paramours, whose flesh is like the flesh of donkeys and whose issue is like the issue of horses.

このように，彼女はエジプトでその若い乳房を握られ，乳首を摘まれた若い日の不貞を再び味わった．

それゆえ，オホリバよ．主なる神はこう言われる．わたしは，お前の心が離れた愛人どもを呼び起こし，お前に立ち向かわせ，彼らを周圍からお前のもとに來させる．

それはバビロンの人¿とカルデアのすべての人¿，ペコド，ショア，コアおよびアッシリアのすべての人¿である．彼らは皆，好ましい男たちで，知事，長官，指揮官，戰士，すべて馬に乘る者たちである．

彼らは，武裝した戰車，車，軍勢をもってお前を攻め，大盾，小盾，兜をもってお前を取り圍む．わたしが裁きを彼らにゆだねたので，彼らは自分たちの裁きの仕方でお前を裁く．

わたしは熱情をもってお前に立ち向かい，彼らは憤りをもってお前をあしらう．彼らはお前の鼻と耳をそぎ取り，殘った者は劍に倒れる．彼らはお前の息子，娘たちを連れ去り，殘った者は火で燒き盡くされる．

"Thus you longed for the lewdness of your youth, when the Egyptians handled your bosom because of the breasts of your youth.

"Therefore, O Oholibah, thus says the Lord GOD, 'Behold I will arouse your lovers against you, from whom you were alienated, and I will bring them against you from every side:

the Babylonians and all the Chaldeans, Pekod and Shoa and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them; desirable young men, governors and officials all of them, officers and men of renown, all of them riding on horses.

'They will come against you with weapons, chariots and wagons, and with a company of peoples They will set themselves against you on every side with buckler and shield and helmet; and I will commit the judgment to them, and they will judge you according to their customs.

'I will set My jealousy against you, that they may deal with you in wrath They will remove your nose and your ears; and your survivors will fall by the sword They will take your sons and your daughters; and your survivors will be consumed by the fire.

彼らはお前の衣服をはぎ取り，美しい飾りを奪う．

わたしはお前の不貞と，エジプトの地にいたとき以來の淫行をやめさせる．お前はそれらに目を向けず，もはやエジプトを思い起こさない．

主なる神はこう言われる．わたしはお前が憎む者の手に，旣にお前の心が離れてしまった者の手にお前を渡す．

彼らは憎しみをもってお前をあしらい，勞苦によって得たものを奪い，お前を裸にして捨てる．お前の淫行と不貞と姦淫は，裸にされて暴かれる．

これらのことが臨むのは，お前が諸國民と姦淫を行い，彼らの偶像によって身を汚したためである．

'They will also strip you of your clothes and take away your beautiful jewels.

'Thus I will make your lewdness and your harlotry brought from the land of Egypt to cease from you, so that you will not lift up your eyes to them or remember Egypt anymore.'

"For thus says the Lord GOD, 'Behold, I will give you into the hand of those whom you hate, into the hand of those from whom you were alienated.

'They will deal with you in hatred, take all your property, and leave you naked and bare. And the nakedness of your harlotries will be uncovered, both your lewdness and your harlotries.

'These things will be done to you because you have played the harlot with the nations, because you have defiled yourself with their idols.

お前は姉の步んだ道を步んだので，わたしは彼女の杯をお前の手に渡す．

主なる神はこう言われる．姉の杯を，お前は飮まねばならぬ／深くて大きい杯を．お前は嘲られ，侮られる．杯は滿ち溢れている．

お前は醉いと悲しみで滿たされる．恐れと滅びの杯／お前の姉サマリアの杯

お前はそれを飮み干して／杯のかけらまでかまねばならない．そして自分の乳房をかき裂く．わたしがこれを語ったからだと／主なる神が言われる．

それゆえ，主なる神はこう言われる．お前はわたしを忘れ，わたしを後ろに投げ捨てたのだから，不貞と淫行の責めを自分で負わねばならぬ．

'You have walked in the way of your sister; therefore I will give her cup into your hand.'

"Thus says the Lord GOD, 'You will drink your sister's cup, Which is deep and wide You will be laughed at and held in derision; It contains much.

'You will be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, The cup of horror and desolation, The cup of your sister Samaria.

'You will drink it and drain it. Then you will gnaw its fragments And tear your breasts; for I have spoken,' declares the Lord GOD.

"Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD, 'Because you have forgotten Me and cast Me behind your back, bear now the punishment of your lewdness and your harlotries.'"

主はわたしに言われた．人の子よ，あなたはオホラとオホリバを裁くのか．あなたは彼女らにその忌まわしいことを告げ知らせるがよい．

彼女たちは姦淫を行い，その手には血がある．彼女たちは自分の偶像と姦淫を行った．そしてわたしのために産んだ彼女たちの息子らさえ，食物として偶像にささげた．

更に，彼女たちはわたしに對して次のことを行った．すなわち，その日にわたしの聖所を汚し，わたしの安息日を汚した．

彼女たちはその息子を殺して偶像にささげたその日に，わたしの聖所に來てそれを汚した．このようなことを，彼女たちはわたしの家の中で行った．

また，彼女たちは遠くから來る者たちのために人を遣わした．彼らのもとに使者が遣わされた．そして，彼らがやって來ると，彼女は彼らのために身を洗い，目にくま取りをし，飾り物で身を飾り，

Moreover, the LORD said to me, "Son of man, will you judge Oholah and Oholibah? Then declare to them their abominations.

"For they have committed adultery, and blood is on their hands. Thus they have committed adultery with their idols and even caused their sons, whom they bore to Me, to pass through the fire to them as food.

"Again, they have done this to Me: they have defiled My sanctuary on the same day and have profaned My sabbaths.

"For when they had slaughtered their children for their idols, they entered My sanctuary on the same day to profane it; and lo, thus they did within My house.

"Furthermore, they have even sent for men who come from afar, to whom a messenger was sent; and lo, they came--for whom you bathed, painted your eyes and decorated yourselves with ornaments;

華やかなベッドに座った．また，その前に宴の座を用意し，わたしの香と油をそこに置いた．

そこには，輕薄な群衆，荒れ野から連れて來られた多くの人¿の ¿ぎの聲が起こった．彼らは彼女たちの手に，腕輪をはめ，頭には美しい冠をかぶせた．

わたしは，淫行に疲れ果てた彼女について言った．今も彼らは彼女と淫行を重ねるのか．また彼女も．

やはり，彼らは彼女のもとへ行った．遊女のもとに行くように，彼らはこの不貞の女オホラとオホリバのもとへ行った．

正しい人¿は，姦淫の女の裁きと血を流す者の裁きに從って，彼女たちを裁く．彼女たちが姦淫の女であり，その手が血に染まっているからである．

and you sat on a splendid couch with a table arranged before it on which you had set My incense and My oil.

"The sound of a carefree multitude was with her; and drunkards were brought from the wilderness with men of the common sort And they put bracelets on the hands of the women and beautiful crowns on their heads.

"Then I said concerning her who was worn out by adulteries, 'Will they now commit adultery with her when she is thus?'

"But they went in to her as they would go in to a harlot. Thus they went in to Oholah and to Oholibah, the lewd women.

"But they, righteous men, will judge them with the judgment of adulteresses and with the judgment of women who shed blood, because they are adulteresses and blood is on their hands.

主なる神はこう言われる．彼女たちのために會衆を召集せよ．彼女らを恐怖と略奪の的とせよ．

會衆は彼女らを石で打ち殺し，劍で切り倒す．また，彼女らの息子，娘たちを殺し，家を火で燒く．

こうして，わたしはこの地の不貞をやめさせる．すべての女たちはこれに學び，お前たちの不貞に從うことはない．

お前たちの不貞の報いはお前たちに歸し，お前たちは偶像による過ちの責めを負わねばならない．そのとき，お前たちはわたしが主なる神であることを知るようになる．」

"For thus says the Lord GOD, 'Bring up a company against them and give them over to terror and plunder.

'The company will stone them with stones and cut them down with their swords; they will slay their sons and their daughters and burn their houses with fire.

'Thus I will make lewdness cease from the land, that all women may be admonished and not commit lewdness as you have done.

'Your lewdness will be requited upon you, and you will bear the penalty of worshiping your idols; thus you will know that I am the Lord GOD.'"
