- 『荒らす 憎むべきもの 』が， 自分の 立ってはならない 所に 立っているのを 見たならば（讀者はよく 讀み 取るように． ） ユダヤ にいる 人¿は 山へ 逃げなさい．
- 屋上にいる 者は 降りてはいけません． 家から 何かを 取り 出そうとして 中に 入ってはいけません．
- 畑にいる 者は 着物を 取りに 戾ってはいけません．
- だが， その 日， 悲慘なのは 身重の 女と 乳飮み 子を 持つ 女です．
- ただ， このことが 冬に 起こらないように 祈りなさい．

- "When you see 'the abomination that causes desolation'standing where it does not belong--let the reader understand--then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

- その 日は， 神が 天地を 創造された 初めから， 今に 至るまで， いまだかつてなかったような， またこれからもないような 苦難の 日だからです．
- そして， もし 主がその 日數を 少なくしてくださらないなら， ひとりとして 救われる 者はないでしょう． しかし， 主は， ご 自分で 選んだ 選びの 民のために， その 日數を 少なくしてくださったのです．
- そのとき， あなたがたに， 『そら， キリスト がここにいる． 』とか， 『ほら， あそこにいる． 』とか 言う 者があっても， 信じてはいけません．
- にせ キリスト ， にせ 預言者たちが 現われて， できれば 選民を 惑わそうとして， しるしや 不思議なことをして 見せます．
- だから， 氣をつけていなさい． わたしは， 何もかも 前もって 話しました．

- because those will be days of distress unequaled from the beginning, when God created the world, until now--and never to be equaled again.
- If the Lord had not cut short those days, no one would survive. But for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened them.

- 星は 天から 落ち， 天の 万象は ¿り 動かされます．
- そのとき， 人¿は， 人の 子が 偉大な 力と 榮光を 帶びて 雲に 乘って 來るのを 見るのです．
- そのとき， 人の 子は， 御使いたちを 送り， 地の 果てから 天の 果てまで， 四方からその 選びの 民を 集めます．
- いちじくの 木から， たとえを 學びなさい． 枝が 柔らかになって， 葉が 出て 來ると， 夏の 近いことがわかります．

- Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that it is near, right at the door.
- I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.
- Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

- だから， 目をさましていなさい． 家の 主人がいつ 歸って 來るか， 夕方か， 夜中か， 鷄の 鳴くころか， 明け 方か， わからないからです．
- 主人が 不意に 歸って 來たとき 眠っているのを 見られないようにしなさい．
- わたしがあなたがたに 話していることは， すべての 人に 言っているのです． 目をさましていなさい． 」

- It's like a man going away: He leaves his house and puts his servants in charge, each with his assigned task, and tells the one at the door to keep watch.
- "Therefore keep watch because you do not know when the owner of the house will come back--whether in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or at dawn.
- If he comes suddenly, do not let him find you sleeping.
- What I say to you, I say to everyone: 'Watch!' "
