- 不信者と， つり 合わぬくびきをいっしょにつけてはいけません． 正義と 不法とに， どんなつながりがあるでしょう． 光と 暗やみとに， どんな 交わりがあるでしょう．
- キリスト と ベリアル とに， 何の 調和があるでしょう． 信者と 不信者とに， 何のかかわりがあるでしょう．
- 神の 宮と 偶像とに， 何の 一致があるでしょう． 私たちは 生ける 神の 宮なのです． 神はこう 言われました． 「わたしは 彼らの 間に 住み， また 步む． わたしは 彼らの 神となり， 彼らはわたしの 民となる．
- それゆえ， 彼らの 中から 出て 行き， 彼らと 分離せよ， と 主は 言われる． 汚れたものに 觸れないようにせよ． そうすれば， わたしはあなたがたを 受け 入れ，
- わたしはあなたがたの 父となり， あなたがたはわたしの 息子， 娘となる， と 全能の 主が 言われる． 」

- What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people."
- "Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you."
- "I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."
