	365 일독성경 11월 14일 (1)

	에스겔 18:1-20:9 이스라엘이 화를 당하는 이유가 조상들에게 있다고 원망하는 백성들에게 하나님께서는 사람이 오직 자신의 행위에 따라 심판받게 된다고 말씀하셨으며, 방백들을 위한 애가를 통해 유다의 멸망을 예언하셨다. 또한 야웨께 묻기 위해 선지자에게 온 이스라엘 장로들을 책망하시며, 과거에 이스라엘이 애굽에서 하나님의 은혜에도 불구하고 우상을 숭배했었다고 말씀하셨다.

	심판의 개별성(18:1-18:32)

次のような主のことばが私にあった．

「あなたがたは，イスラエルの地について，『父が酸いぶどうを食べたので，子どもの齒が浮く．』という，このことわざをくり返し言っているが，いったいどうしたことか．

わたしは誓って言う． ··神である主の御告げ． ··あなたがたはこのことわざを，イスラエルで，もう決して用いないようになる．

見よ，すべてのいのちはわたしのもの．父のいのちも，子のいのちもわたしのもの．罪を犯した者は，その者が死ぬ．

もし，正しい者なら，その人は公義と正義とを行ない，

The word of the LORD came to me:

"What do you people mean by quoting this proverb about the land of Israel: " 'The fathers eat sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge'?

"As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, you will no longer quote this proverb in Israel.

For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son--both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die.

"Suppose there is a righteous man who does what is just and right.

丘の上で食事をせず，イスラエルの家の偶像を仰ぎ見ず，隣人の妻を汚さず，さわりのある女に近寄らず，

だれをもしいたげず，質物を返し，物をかすめず，飢えている者に自分の食物を與え，裸の者に着物を着せ，

利息をつけて貸さず，高利を取らず，不正から手を引き，人と人との間を正しくさばき，

わたしのおきてに從って步み，まことをもってわたしの定めを守り行なおう．こういう人が正しい人で，必ず生きる． ··神である主の御告げ． ··

しかし，彼が子を生み，その子が無法の者で，人の血を流し，先に述べたことの一つさえ行なわず，

He does not eat at the mountain shrines or look to the idols of the house of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor's wife or lie with a woman during her period.

He does not oppress anyone, but returns what he took in pledge for a loan. He does not commit robbery but gives his food to the hungry and provides clothing for the naked.

He does not lend at usury or take excessive interest. He withholds his hand from doing wrong and judges fairly between man and man.

He follows my decrees and faithfully keeps my laws. That man is righteous; he will surely live, declares the Sovereign LORD.

"Suppose he has a violent son, who sheds blood or does any of these other things

これらのことをしようともせず，かえって丘の上で食事をし，隣人の妻を汚し，

乏しい者や貧しい者をしいたげ，物をかすめ，質物を返さず，偶像を仰ぎ見て，忌みきらうべきことをし，

利息をつけて貸し，高利を取るなら，こういう者ははたして生きるだろうか．彼は生きられない．自分がこれらすべての忌みきらうべきことをしたのだから，彼は必ず死に，その血の責任は彼自身に歸する．

しかし，彼が子を生み，その子が父の行なったすべての罪を見て反省し，そのようなことを行なわず，

(though the father has done none of them): "He eats at the mountain shrines. He defiles his neighbor's wife.

He oppresses the poor and needy. He commits robbery. He does not return what he took in pledge. He looks to the idols. He does detestable things.

He lends at usury and takes excessive interest. Will such a man live? He will not! Because he has done all these detestable things, he will surely be put to death and his blood will be on his own head.

"But suppose this son has a son who sees all the sins his father commits, and though he sees them, he does not do such things:

"He does not eat at the mountain shrines or look to the idols of the house of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor's wife.

だれをもしいたげず，質物をとどめておかず，物をかすめず，飢えている者に自分の食物を與え，裸の者に着物を着せ，

卑しいことから手を引き，利息や高利を取らず，わたしの定めを行ない，わたしのおきてに從って步むなら，こういう者は自分の父の咎のために死ぬことはなく，必ず生きる．

彼の父は，しいたげを行ない，兄弟の物をかすめ，良くないことを自分の民の中で行なったので，彼は確かに自分の咎のために死ぬ．

あなたがたは，『なぜ，その子は父の咎の罰を負わなくてよいのか．』と言う．その子は，公義と正義とを行ない，わたしのすべてのおきてを守り行なったので，必ず生きる．

罪を犯した者は，その者が死に，子は父の咎について負いめがなく，父も子の咎について負いめがない．正しい者の義はその者に歸し，惡者の惡はその者に歸する．

He does not oppress anyone or require a pledge for a loan. He does not commit robbery but gives his food to the hungry and provides clothing for the naked.

He withholds his hand from sin and takes no usury or excessive interest. He keeps my laws and follows my decrees. He will not die for his father's sin; he will surely live.

But his father will die for his own sin, because he practiced extortion, robbed his brother and did what was wrong among his people.

"Yet you ask, 'Why does the son not share the guilt of his father?' Since the son has done what is just and right and has been careful to keep all my decrees, he will surely live.

The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him.

しかし，惡者でも，自分の犯したすべての罪から立ち返り，わたしのすべてのおきてを守り，公義と正義を行なうなら，彼は必ず生きて，死ぬことはない．

彼が犯したすべてのそむきの罪は覺えられることはなく，彼が行なった正しいことのために，彼は生きる．

わたしは惡者の死を喜ぶだろうか． ··神である主の御告げ． ··彼がその態度を悔い改めて，生きることを喜ばないだろうか．

"But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die.

None of the offenses he has committed will be remembered against him. Because of the righteous things he has done, he will live.

Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?

"But if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked man does, will he live? None of the righteous things he has done will be remembered. Because of the unfaithfulness he is guilty of and because of the sins he has committed, he will die.

"Yet you say, 'The way of the Lord is not just.' Hear, O house of Israel: Is my way unjust? Is it not your ways that are unjust?

正しい人が自分の正しい行ないから遠ざかり，不正をし，そのために死ぬなら，彼は自分の行なった不正によって死ぬ．

しかし，惡者でも，自分がしている惡事をやめ，公義と正義とを行なうなら，彼は自分のいのちを生かす．

彼は反省して，自分のすべてのそむきの罪を悔い改めたのだから，彼は必ず生き，死ぬことはない．

それでも，イスラエルの家は，『主の態度は公正でない．』と言う．イスラエルの家よ．わたしの態度は公正でないのか．公正でないのはあなたがたの態度ではないのか．

If a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin, he will die for it; because of the sin he has committed he will die.

But if a wicked man turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is just and right, he will save his life.

Because he considers all the offenses he has committed and turns away from them, he will surely live; he will not die.

Yet the house of Israel says, 'The way of the Lord is not just.' Are my ways unjust, O house of Israel? Is it not your ways that are unjust?

"Therefore, O house of Israel, I will judge you, each one according to his ways, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.

あなたがたの犯したすべてのそむきの罪をあなたがたの中から放り出せ．こうして，新しい心と新しい靈を得よ．イスラエルの家よ．なぜ，あなたがたは死のうとするのか．

わたしは，だれが死ぬのも喜ばないからだ． ··神である主の御告げ． ··だから，悔い改めて，生きよ．

Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart and a new spirit. Why will you die, O house of Israel?

For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live!

	방백들을 위한 애가(19:1-19:14)

あなたはイスラエルの君主たちのために哀歌を唱えて，

言え．あなたの母である雌獅子は何なのか．雄獅子の間に伏し，若い獅子の間で子獅子を養った．

雌獅子が子獅子のうちの一頭を育て上げると，それは若い獅子となり，獲物を引き裂くことを習い，人を食べた．

諸國の民はその獅子のうわさを聞いた．その獅子は彼らの落とし穴で捕えられた．彼らは一でこれをエジプトの地へ引きずって行った．

雌獅子は，待ちくたびれ，自分の望みが消えうせたことを知ったとき，子獅子のうちのほかの一頭を取り，若い獅子とした．

"Take up a lament concerning the princes of Israel

and say: " 'What a lioness was your mother among the lions! She lay down among the young lions and reared her cubs.

She brought up one of her cubs, and he became a strong lion. He learned to tear the prey and he devoured men.

The nations heard about him, and he was trapped in their pit. They led him with hooks to the land of Egypt.

" 'When she saw her hope unfulfilled, her expectation gone, she took another of her cubs and made him a strong lion.

これも，雄獅子の間を步き回り，若い獅子となって，獲物を引き裂くことを習い，人を食べた．

この獅子は人のやもめたちを犯し，町¿を廢墟とした．そのほえる聲のために，地と，それに滿ちているものはおののいた．

そこで，諸國の民は，回りの州から攻め上り，その獅子に彼らの網を打ちかけた．その獅子は彼らの落とし穴で捕えられた．

彼らはそれを一にかけておりに入れ，バビロンの王のもとに引いて行った．彼らはそれをとりでに閉じ ¿め，二度とその聲がイスラエルの山¿に聞こえないようにした．

He prowled among the lions, for he was now a strong lion. He learned to tear the prey and he devoured men.

He broke down their strongholds and devastated their towns. The land and all who were in it were terrified by his roaring.

Then the nations came against him, those from regions round about. They spread their net for him, and he was trapped in their pit.

With hooks they pulled him into a cage and brought him to the king of Babylon. They put him in prison, so his roar was heard no longer on the mountains of Israel.

" 'Your mother was like a vine in your vineyard planted by the water; it was fruitful and full of branches because of abundant water.

その强い枝は王の杖となり，そのたけは茂みの中できわだって高く，多くの小枝をつけてきわだって見えた．

しかし，それは憤りのうちに引き拔かれ，地に投げ捨てられ，東風はその實を枯らし，その强い枝も折られて枯れ，火に燒き盡くされた．

今や，それは，荒野と砂漠と，潤いのない地に移し植えられ，

火がその枝から出て，その若枝と實を燒き盡くした．もう，それには王の杖となる强い枝がなくなった．」これは悲しみの歌，哀歌となった．

Its branches were strong, fit for a ruler's scepter. It towered high above the thick foliage, conspicuous for its height and for its many branches.

But it was uprooted in fury and thrown to the ground. The east wind made it shrivel, it was stripped of its fruit; its strong branches withered and fire consumed them.

Now it is planted in the desert, in a dry and thirsty land.

Fire spread from one of its main branches and consumed its fruit. No strong branch is left on it fit for a ruler's scepter.' This is a lament and is to be used as a lament."

	유다의 패역상(20:1-20:9)

第七年の第五の月の十日に，イスラエルの長老たちの幾人かが，主に尋ねるために來て，私の前にすわった．

そのとき，私に次のような主のことばがあった．

「人の子よ．イスラエルの長老たちに語って言え．神である主はこう仰せられる．あなたがたが來たのは，わたしに願いを聞いてもらうためなのか．わたしは生きている，わたしは決してあなたがたの願いを聞き入れない． ··神である主の御告げ． ··

あなたは彼らをさばこうとするのか．人の子よ．あなたはさばこうとするのか．彼らの先祖たちの，忌みきらうべきわざを彼らに知らせよ．

彼らに言え．神である主はこう仰せられる．わたしがイスラエルを選んだとき，ヤコブの家の子孫に誓い，エジプトの地で彼らにわたしを知らせ，わたしがあなたがたの神，主であると言って彼らに誓った．

In the seventh year, in the fifth month on the tenth day, some of the elders of Israel came to inquire of the LORD, and they sat down in front of me.

Then the word of the LORD came to me:

"Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel and say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Have you come to inquire of me? As surely as I live, I will not let you inquire of me, declares the Sovereign LORD.'

"Will you judge them? Will you judge them, son of man? Then confront them with the detestable practices of their fathers

and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On the day I chose Israel, I swore with uplifted hand to the descendants of the house of Jacob and revealed myself to them in Egypt. With uplifted hand I said to them, "I am the LORD your God."

その日，彼らをエジプトの地から連れ出し，わたしが彼らのために探り出した乳と蜜の流れる地，どの地よりも麗しい地に入れることを，彼らに誓った．

わたしは彼らに言った．『おのおのその目の慕う忌まわしいものを投げ捨てよ．エジプトの偶像で身を汚すな．わたしがあなたがたの神，主である．』と．

On that day I swore to them that I would bring them out of Egypt into a land I had searched out for them, a land flowing with milk and honey, the most beautiful of all lands.

And I said to them, "Each of you, get rid of the vile images you have set your eyes on, and do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt. I am the LORD your God."

" 'But they rebelled against me and would not listen to me; they did not get rid of the vile images they had set their eyes on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt. So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and spend my anger against them in Egypt.

But for the sake of my name I did what would keep it from being profaned in the eyes of the nations they lived among and in whose sight I had revealed myself to the Israelites by bringing them out of Egypt.
