- 私の 神， 主よ． 私はあなたのもとに 身を 避けました． どうか， 追い 迫るすべての 者から 私を 救ってください． 私を 救い 出してください．
- 救い 出す 者がいない 間に 彼らが 獅子のように， 私のたましいを 引き 裂き， さらって 行くことがないように．
- 私の 神， 主よ． もし 私がこのことをしたのなら， もし 私の 手に 不正があるのなら，
- もし 私が 親しい 友に 惡い 仕打ちをしたのなら， また， 私に 敵對する 者から， ゆえなく 奪ったのなら，
- 敵に 私を 追わせ， 追いつかせ， 私のいのちを 地に 踏みにじらせてください． 私のたましいをちりの 中にとどまらせてください． セラ

- O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
- Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
- O LORD my God, If I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
- If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
- Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.

- 主よ． 御怒りをもって 立ち 上がってください． 私の 敵の 激しい 怒りに 向かって 立ち， 私のために 目をさましてください． あなたはさばきを 定められました．
- 國民のつどいをあなたの 回りに 集め， その 上の 高いみくらにお 歸りください．
- 主は 諸國の 民をさばかれる． 主よ． 私の 義と， 私にある 誠實とにしたがって， 私を 弁護してください．
- どうか， 惡者の 惡があとを 絶ち， あなたが 正しい 者を 堅く 立てられますように． 正しい 神は， 心と 思いを 調べられます．
- 私の 盾は 神にあり， 神は 心の 直ぐな 人を 救われる．

- Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
- So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
- The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
- Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
- My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
