- 主のみおしえは 完全で， たましいを 生き 返らせ， 主のあかしは 確かで， わきまえのない 者を 賢くする．
- 主の 戒めは 正しくて， 人の 心を 喜ばせ， 主の 仰せはきよくて， 人の 目を 明るくする．
- 主への 恐れはきよく， とこしえまでも 變わらない． 主のさばきはまことであり， ことごとく 正しい．
- それらは， 金よりも， 多くの 純金よりも 好ましい． 蜜よりも， 蜜蜂の 巢のしたたりよりも 甘い．
- また， それによって， あなたのしもべは 戒めを 受ける． それを 守れば， 報いは 大きい．

- The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
- The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

- Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

- だれが 自分の 數¿のあやまちを 悟ることができましょう． どうか， 隱れている 私の 罪をお 赦しください．
- あなたのしもべを， 傲慢の 罪から 守ってください． それらが 私を 支配しませんように． そうすれば， 私は 全き 者となり， 大きな 罪を， 免れて， きよくなるでしょう．
