- だが， これらの 日の 苦難に 續いてすぐに， 太陽は 暗くなり， 月は 光を 放たず， 星は 天から 落ち， 天の 万象は ¿り 動かされます．
- そのとき， 人の 子のしるしが 天に 現われます． すると， 地上のあらゆる 種族は， 悲しみながら， 人の 子が 大能と 輝かしい 榮光を 帶びて 天の 雲に 乘って 來るのを 見るのです．
- 人の 子は 大きな ラッパ の 響きとともに， 御使いたちを 遣わします． すると 御使いたちは， 天の 果てから 果てまで， 四方からその 選びの 民を 集めます．
- いちじくの 木から， たとえを 學びなさい． 枝が 柔らかになって， 葉が 出て 來ると， 夏の 近いことがわかります．
- そのように， これらのことのすべてを 見たら， あなたがたは， 人の 子が 戶口まで 近づいていると 知りなさい．

- Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
- And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
- And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
- Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
- So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

- まことに， あなたがたに 告げます． これらのことが 全部起こってしまうまでは， この 時代は 過ぎ 去りません．
- この 天地は 滅び 去ります． しかし， わたしのことばは 決して 滅びることがありません．
- ただし， その 日， その 時がいつであるかは， だれも 知りません． 天の 御使いたちも 子も 知りません． ただ 父だけが 知っておられます．
- 人の 子が 來るのは， ちょうど， ノア の 日のようだからです．
- 洪水前の 日¿は， ノア が 箱舟にはいるその 日まで， 人¿は， 飮んだり， 食べたり， めとったり， とついだりしていました．

- Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
- Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
- But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
- But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
- For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

- そして， 洪水が 來てすべての 物をさらってしまうまで， 彼らはわからなかったのです． 人の 子が 來るのも， そのとおりです．
- そのとき， 畑にふたりいると， ひとりは 取られ， ひとりは 殘されます．
- ふたりの 女が 臼をひいていると， ひとりは 取られ， ひとりは 殘されます．
- だから， 目をさましていなさい． あなたがたは， 自分の 主がいつ 來られるか， 知らないからです．
- しかし， このことは 知っておきなさい． 家の 主人は， どろぼうが 夜の 何時に 來ると 知っていたら， 目を 見張っていたでしょうし， また， おめおめと 自分の 家に 押し 入られはしなかったでしょう．

- And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
- Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
- Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
- Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
- But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

- だから， あなたがたも 用心していなさい． なぜなら， 人の 子は， 思いがけない 時に 來るのですから．
- 主人から， その 家のしもべたちを 任されて， 食事時には 彼らに 食事をきちんと 與えるような 忠實な 思慮深いしもべとは， いったいだれでしょうか．
- 主人が 歸って 來たときに， そのようにしているのを 見られるしもべは 幸いです．
- まことに， あなたがたに 告げます． その 主人は 彼に 自分の 全財産を 任せるようになります．
- ところが， それが 惡いしもべで， 『主人はまだまだ 歸るまい． 』と 心の 中で 思い，

- Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
- Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
- Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
- Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
- But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

- その 仲間を 打ちたたき， 酒飮みたちと 飮んだり 食べたりし 始めていると，
- そのしもべの 主人は， 思いがけない 日の 思わぬ 時間に 歸って 來ます．
- そして， 彼をきびしく 罰して， その 報いを 僞善者たちと 同じにするに 違いありません． しもべはそこで 泣いて 齒ぎしりするのです．

- And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
- The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
- And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
