- イエス は， そこを 出て ツロ の 地方へ 行かれた． 家にはいられたとき， だれにも 知られたくないと 思われたが， 隱れていることはできなかった．
- 汚れた 靈につかれた 小さい 娘のいる 女が， イエス のことを 聞きつけてすぐにやって 來て， その 足もとにひれ 伏した．
- この 女は ギリシヤ 人で， スロ · フェニキヤ の 生まれであった． そして， 自分の 娘から 惡靈を 追い 出してくださるように イエス に 願い 續けた．
- すると イエス は 言われた． 「まず 子どもたちに 滿腹させなければなりません． 子どもたちの パン を 取り 上げて， 小犬に 投げてやるのはよくないことです． 」
- しかし， 女は 答えて 言った． 「主よ． そのとおりです． でも， 食卓の 下の 小犬でも， 子どもたちの パン くずをいただきます． 」

- And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.
- For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
- The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
- But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.
- And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

- そこで イエス は 言われた． 「そうまで 言うのですか． それなら 家にお 歸りなさい． 惡靈はあなたの 娘から 出て 行きました． 」
- 女が 家に 歸ってみると， その 子は 床の 上に 伏せっており， 惡靈はもう 出ていた．
- それから， イエス は ツロ の 地方を 去り， シドン を 通って， もう 一度， デカポリス 地方のあたりの ガリラヤ 湖に 來られた．
- 人¿は， 耳が 聞こえず， 口のきけない 人を 連れて 來て， 彼の 上に 手を 置いてくださるように 願った．
- そこで， イエス は， その 人だけを 群衆の 中から 連れ 出し， その 兩耳に 指を 差し 入れ， それからつばきをして， その 人の 舌にさわられた．

- And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.
- And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.
- And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.
- And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.
- And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;

- そして， 天を 見上げ， 深く 嘆息して， その 人に「エパタ ． 」すなわち， 「開け． 」と 言われた．
- すると 彼の 耳が 開き， 舌のもつれもすぐに 解け， はっきりと 話せるようになった．
- イエス は， このことをだれにも 言ってはならない， と 命じられたが， 彼らは 口止めされればされるほど， かえって 言いふらした．
- 人¿は 非常に 驚いて 言った． 「この 方のなさったことは， みなすばらしい． つんぼを 聞こえるようにし， おしを 話せるようにしてくださった． 」

- And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.
- And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.
- And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;
- And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
