- 主よ． あなたの 大きな 怒りで 私を 責めないでください． あなたの 激しい 憤りで 私を 懲らしめないでください．
- あなたの 矢が 私の 中に 突き 刺さり， あなたの 手が 私の 上に 激しく 下って 來ました．
- あなたの 憤りのため， 私の 肉には 完全なところがなく， 私の 罪のため 私の 骨には 健全なところがありません．
- 私の 咎が， 私の 頭を 越え， 重荷のように， 私には 重すぎるからです．
- 私の 傷は， 惡臭を 放ち， ただれました． それは 私の 愚かしさのためです．

- O lord, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
- For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore.
- There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.
- For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.
- My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.

- 私はかがみ， 深くうなだれ， 一日中， 嘆いて 步いています．
- 私の 腰はやけどでおおい 盡くされ， 私の 肉には 完全なところがありません．
- 私はしびれ， ¿き 盡くされ， 心の 亂れのためにうめいています．
- 主よ． 私の 願いはすべてあなたの 御前にあり， 私の 嘆きはあなたから 隱されていません．
- 私の 心はわななきにわななき， 私の 力は 私を 見捨て， 目の 光さえも， 私にはなくなりました．

- I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.
- For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh.
- I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.
- Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.
- My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me.

- 私の 愛する 者や 私の 友も， 私のえやみを 避けて 立ち， 私の 近親の 者も 遠く 離れて 立っています．
- 私のいのちを 求める 者はわなを 仕掛け， 私を 痛めつけようとする 者は 私の 破滅を 告げ， 一日中， 欺きを 語っています．
- しかし 私には 聞こえません． 私は 耳しいのよう． 口を 開かないおしのよう．
- まことに 私は， 耳が 聞こえず， 口で 言い 爭わない 人のようです．

- My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off.
- They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long.
- But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.
- Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs.
