- 神よ． 私の 祈りを 耳に 入れ， 私の 切なる 願いから， 身を 隱さないでください．
- 私に 御心を 留め， 私に 答えてください． 私は 苦しんで， 心にうめき， 泣きわめいています．
- それは 敵の 叫びと， 惡者の 迫害のためです． 彼らは 私にわざわいを 投げかけ， 激しい 怒りをもって 私に 恨みをいだいています．
- 私の 心は， うちにもだえ， 死の 恐怖が， 私を 襲っています．
- 恐れとおののきが 私に 臨み， 戰慄が 私を 包みました．

- Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication.
- Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
- Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.
- My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.
- Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and horror hath overwhelmed me.
