- だれが 御怒りの 力を 知っているでしょう． だれがあなたの 激しい 怒りを 知っているでしょう． その 恐れにふさわしく．
- それゆえ， 私たちに 自分の 日を 正しく 數えることを 敎えてください． そうして 私たちに 知惠の 心を 得させてください．
- 歸って 來てください． 主よ． いつまでこのようなのですか． あなたのしもべらを， あわれんでください．
- どうか， 朝には， あなたの 惠みで 私たちを 滿ち 足らせ， 私たちのすべての 日に， 喜び 歌い， 樂しむようにしてください．

- The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
