- 主よ． 私の 祈りを 聞いてください． 私の 叫びが， あなたに 屆きますように．
- 私が 苦しんでいるときに， 御顔を 私に 隱さないでください． 私に 耳を 傾けてください． 私が 呼ぶときに， 早く 私に 答えてください．
- 私の 日は 煙の 中に 盡き 果て， 私の 骨は 爐のように 燃えていますから．
- 私の 心は， 靑菜のように 打たれ， しおれ， パン を 食べることさえ 忘れました．
- 私の 嘆く 聲で 私の 骨と 皮はくっついてしまいました．

- Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.
- Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.
- For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.
- My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
- By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.
