	시편 102:12-102:22 시인은 자신의 곤고함에도 불구하고 영원하신 하나님이 이스라엘을 회복하실 것을 확신하며 그의 구원을 찬송하고 있다.

しかし，主よ．あなたはとこしえに御座に着き，あなたの御名は代¿に及びます．

あなたは立ち上がり，シオンをあわれんでくださいます．今やいつくしみの時です．定めの時が來たからです．

まことに，あなたのしもべはシオンの石を愛し，シオンのちりをいつくしみます．

こうして，國¿は主の御名を恐れ，地のすべての王はあなたの榮光を恐れましょう．

なぜなら，主はシオンを建て，その榮光のうちに現われ，

But thou, O LORD, shall endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.

Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.

So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.

When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.

窮した者の祈りを顧み，彼らの祈りをないがしろにされなかったからです．

次のことが，後の時代のために書きしるされ，新しく造られる民が主を贊美しますように．

主はその聖なるいと高き所から見おろし，天から地の上に目を注がれました．

捕われ人のうめきを聞き，死に定められた者を解き放つために．

人¿が，主の名をシオンで語り，エルサレムで主を贊美するために．

He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.

This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.

For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;

To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;

To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;

When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
