	365 일독성경 9월 2일 (1)

	욥기 30:1-31:40 욥은 현재 환난 가운데 있는 자신은 사람들의 조롱거리가 되었다고 비통하게 노래하면서, 하나님께서 자신을 고통 가운데 있게 하셨다고 하였다. 그리고 하나님께 부르짖으나 하나님께서 대답하지 아니하시므로 자신은 애통한 상태에 있다고 하면서, 하나님께서 자신의 정직함을 알기를 원하며 자신에게 대답해 주시기를 간구하였다.

	계속되는 욥의 독백(30:1-31:40)

しかし今は，私よりも若い者たちが，私をあざ笑う．彼らの父は，私が輕く見て，私の群れの番犬とともにいさせたものだ．

彼らの手の力も私に何の役に立とうか．彼らから氣力が消え失せた．

彼らは欠乏とききんでやつれ，荒れ果てた廢墟の暗やみで砂漠をかじる．

彼らはやぶの中のおかひじきを摘み，えにしだの根を彼らの食物とする．

彼らは世間から追い出され，人¿は盜人を追うように，彼らに大聲で叫ぶ．

But now they that are younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.

Yea, whereto might the strength of their hands profit me, in whom old age was perished?

For want and famine they were solitary; fleeing into the wilderness in former time desolate and waste.

Who cut up mallows by the bushes, and juniper roots for their meat.

They were driven forth from among men, (they cried after them as after a thief;)

彼らは谷の斜面や，土や岩の穴に住み，

やぶの中でつぶやき，いらくさの下に群がる．

彼らはしれ者の子たち，つまらぬ者の子たち，國からむちでたたき出された者たちだ．

それなのに，今や，私は彼らのあざけりの歌となり，その笑いぐさとなっている．

彼らは私を忌みきらって，私から遠ざかり，私の顔に情け容赦もなくつばきを吐きかける．

To dwell in the cliffs of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks.

Among the bushes they brayed; under the nettles they were gathered together.

They were children of fools, yea, children of base men: they were viler than the earth.

And now am I their song, yea, I am their byword.

They abhor me, they flee far from me, and spare not to spit in my face.

神が私の綱を解いて，私を惱まされたので，彼らも手綱を私の前に投げ捨てた．

この惡童どもは，私の右手に立ち，私の足をもつれさせ，私に向かって滅びの道を築いた．

彼らは私の通り道をこわし，私の滅びを推し進める．だれも彼らを押し止める者はいない．

彼らは，廣い破れ口からはいって來るように，あらしの中を押し寄せて來る．

恐怖が私にふりかかり，私の威嚴を，あの風のように追い立てる．私の繁榮は雨雲のように過ぎ去った．

Because he hath loosed my cord, and afflicted me, they have also let loose the bridle before me.

Upon my right hand rise the youth; they push away my feet, and they raise up against me the ways of their destruction.

They mar my path, they set forward my calamity, they have no helper.

They came upon me as a wide breaking in of waters: in the desolation they rolled themselves upon me.

Terrors are turned upon me: they pursue my soul as the wind: and my welfare passeth away as a cloud.

今，私は心を自分に注ぐ．惱みの日に私は捕えられた．

夜は私の骨を私からえぐりとり，私をむしばむものは，休まない．

それは大きな力で，私の着物に姿を變え，まるで長服のように私に卷きついている．

神は私を泥の中に投げ ¿み，私はちりや灰のようになった．

私はあなたに向かって叫びますが，あなたはお答えになりません．私が立っていても，あなたは私に目を留めてくださいません．

And now my soul is poured out upon me; the days of affliction have taken hold upon me.

My bones are pierced in me in the night season: and my sinews take no rest.

By the great force of my disease is my garment changed: it bindeth me about as the collar of my coat.

He hath cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust and ashes.

I cry unto thee, and thou dost not hear me: I stand up, and thou regardest me not.

あなたは，私にとって，殘酷な方に變わられ，御手の力で，私を攻めたてられます．

あなたは私を吹き上げて風に乘せ，すぐれた知性で，私をきりもみにされます．

私は知っています，あなたは私を死に歸らせ，すべての生き物の集まる家に歸らせることを．

それでも，廢墟の中で人は手を差し伸べないだろうか．その衰えているとき，助けを叫ばないだろうか．

私は不運な人のために泣かなかっただろうか．私のたましいは貧しい者のために悲しまなかっただろうか．

Thou art become cruel to me: with thy strong hand thou opposest thyself against me.

Thou liftest me up to the wind; thou causest me to ride upon it, and dissolvest my substance.

For I know that thou wilt bring me to death, and to the house appointed for all living.

Howbeit he will not stretch out his hand to the grave, though they cry in his destruction.

Did not I weep for him that was in trouble? was not my soul grieved for the poor?

私が善を望んだのに，惡が來，光を待ち望んだのに，暗やみが來た．

私のはらわたは，休みなく煮えたぎる．惱みの日が私に立ち向かっている．

私は，日にも當たらず，泣き悲しんで步き回り，つどいの中に立って助けを叫び求める．

私はジャッカルの兄弟となり，だちょうの仲間となった．

私の皮膚は黑ずんではげ落ち，骨は熱で燒けている．

When I looked for good, then evil came unto me: and when I waited for light, there came darkness.

My bowels boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.

I went mourning without the sun: I stood up, and I cried in the congregation.

I am a brother to dragons, and a companion to owls.

My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat.

私の立琴は喪のためとなり，私の笛は泣き悲しむ聲となった．

My harp also is turned to mourning, and my organ into the voice of them that weep.

私は自分の目と契約を結んだ．どうしておとめに目を留めよう．

神が上から分けてくださる分け前は何か．全能者が高い所から下さる相續財産は何か．

不正をする者にはわざわいが，不法を行なう者には災難が來るのではないか．

神は私の道を見られないのだろうか．私の步みをことごとく數えられないのだろうか．

もし私がうそとともに步み，この足が欺きに急いだのなら，

I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?

For what portion of God is there from above? and what inheritance of the Almighty from on high?

Is not destruction to the wicked? and a strange punishment to the workers of iniquity?

Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?

If I have walked with vanity, or if my foot hath hasted to deceit;

正しいはかりで私を量るがよい．そうすれば神に私の潔白がわかるだろう．

もし，私の步みが道からそれ，私の心が自分の目に從って步み，私の手によごれがついていたなら，

私が種を蒔いて他の人が食べるがよい．私の作物は根こぎにされるがよい．

もしも，私の心が女に惑わされ，隣人の門で待ち伏せしたことがあったなら，

私の妻が他人のために粉をひいてもよい．また，他人が彼女と寢てもよい．

Let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine integrity.

If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;

Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.

If mine heart have been deceived by a woman, or if I have laid wait at my neighbour's door;

Then let my wife grind unto another, and let others bow down upon her.

これは恥ずべき行ない，裁判にかけて罰せられる罪だ．

實に，それは滅びの淵まで燒き盡くす火だ．私の收穫をことごとく根こぎにする．

私のしもべや，はしためが，私と爭ったとき，もし，私が彼らの言い分をないがしろにしたことがあるなら，

神が立たれるとき，私はどうすればよいか．また，神がお調べになるとき，何と答えたらよいか．

私を胎內で造られた方は，彼らをも造られたのではないか．私たちを母の胎內に形造られた方は，ただひとりではないか．

For this is an heinous crime; yea, it is an iniquity to be punished by the judges.

For it is a fire that consumeth to destruction, and would root out all mine increase.

If I did despise the cause of my manservant or of my maidservant, when they contended with me;

What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?

Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?

もし，私が寄るべのない者の望みを退け，やもめの目を衰え果てさせ，

私ひとりだけで食物を食べて，みなしごにそれを食べさせなかったのなら，

··私の若いときから，彼は私を父のようにして育ち，私は，母の胎にいたときから，彼女を導いた． ··

もし，私が，着る物がなくて死にかかっている者や，身をおおう物を持っていない貧しい者を見たとき，

彼の腰が私にあいさつをせず，私の子羊の毛でそれが暖められなかったのなら，

If I have withheld the poor from their desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;

Or have eaten my morsel myself alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;

(For from my youth he was brought up with me, as with a father, and I have guided her from my mother's womb;)

If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;

If his loins have not blessed me, and if he were not warmed with the fleece of my sheep;

あるいは，私を助ける者が門のところにいるのを見ながら，みなしごに向かって私の手を振り上げたことがあるなら，

私の肩の骨が肩から落ち，私の腕がつけ根から折れてもよい．

神からのわざわいは私をおびえさせ，その威嚴のゆえに，私は何もすることができないからだ．

もし，私が金をおのれの賴みとし，黃金に向かって，私の據り賴むもの，と言ったことがあるなら，

あるいは，私の富が多いので喜び，私の手が多くの物を得たので，喜んだこと� ェあるなら，

If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:

Then let mine arm fall from my shoulder blade, and mine arm be broken from the bone.

For destruction from God was a terror to me, and by reason of his highness I could not endure.

If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, Thou art my confidence;

If I rejoice because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much;

あるいは，輝く日の光を見，照りながら動く月を見て，

私の心がひそかに惑わされ，手をもって口づけを投げかけたことがあるなら，

これもまた裁判にかけて罰せられる罪だ．私が上なる神を否んだためだ．

あるいは，私を憎む者の衰えているのを私が見て喜び，彼にわざわいが下ったとき，喜び勇んだことがあろうか．

私は自分の口に罪を犯させなかった．のろって彼のいのちを求めようともしなかった．

If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking in brightness;

And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:

This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge: for I should have denied the God that is above.

If I rejoice at the destruction of him that hated me, or lifted up myself when evil found him:

Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul.

いったい，私の天幕の人¿で，「だれか，彼の肉に飽き足りなかった者はいないか．」と言わなかったことがあろうか．

異國人は外で夜を過ごさず，私は戶口を通りに向けてあけている．

あるいは，私がアダムのように，自分のそむきの罪をおおい隱し，自分の咎を胸の中に秘めたことがあろうか．

私が群集の ¿ぎにおびえ，一族のさげすみを恐れて默り，門を出なかったことがあろうか．

だれか私に聞いてくれる者はないものか．見よ．私を確認してくださる方，全能者が私に答えてくださる．私を訴える者が書いた告訴狀があれば，

If the men of my tabernacle said not, Oh that we had of his flesh! we cannot be satisfied.

The stranger did not lodge in the street: but I opened my doors to the traveller.

If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:

Did I fear a great multitude, or did the contempt of families terrify me, that I kept silence, and went not out of the door?

Oh that one would hear me! behold, my desire is, that the Almighty would answer me, and that mine adversary had written a book.

私はそれを肩に負い，冠のように，それをこの身に結びつけ，

私の步みの數をこの方に告げ，君主のようにして近づきたい．

もし，私の土地が私に向かって叫び，そのうねが共に泣くことがあるなら，

あるいは，私が金を拂わないでその産物を食べ，その持ち主のいのちを失わせたことがあるなら，

小麥の代わりにいばらが生え，大麥の代わりに雜草がはびこるように．ヨブのことばは終わった．

Surely I would take it upon my shoulder, and bind it as a crown to me.

I would declare unto him the number of my steps; as a prince would I go near unto him.

If my land cry against me, or that the furrows likewise thereof complain;

If I have eaten the fruits thereof without money, or have caused the owners thereof to lose their life:

Let thistles grow instead of wheat, and cockle instead of barley. The words of Job are ended.
