	에스겔 36:16-37:28 하나님께서는 이스라엘이 우상 숭배 죄로 인해 징계를 받아 여러 나라에 흩어져 비참한 생활을 하게 되었지만 하나님의 거룩한 이름을 위하여 그들을 회복시키시겠다고 약속하셨다. 하나님께서는 마른 뼈들이 부활되는 환상을 통해 이스라엘의 회복을 확증하셨고, 두 막대기를 하나로 연합시키는 상징적 행위를 통해 이스라엘과 유다가 연합될 것을 보여 주셨다. 다윗의 왕국이 영원할 것과 그들이 야웨의 백성이 될 것도 약속하셨다.

	이스라엘의 회복(36:16-36:38)

次のような主のことばが私にあった．

「人の子よ．イスラエルの家が，自分の土地に住んでいたとき，彼らはその行ないとわざとによって，その地を汚した．その行ないは，わたしにとっては，さわりのある女のように汚れていた．

それでわたしは，彼らがその國に流した血のために，また偶像でこれを汚したことのために，わたしの憤りを彼らに注いだ．

わたしは彼らを諸國の民の間に散らし，彼らを國¿に追い散らし，彼らの行ないとわざとに應じて彼らをさばいた．

彼らは，その行く先の國¿に行っても，わたしの聖なる名を汚した．人¿は彼らについて，『この人¿は主の民であるのに，主の國から出されたのだ．』と言ったのだ．

Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman.

Wherefore I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it:

And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them.

And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out of his land.

わたしは，イスラエルの家がその行った諸國の民の間で汚したわたしの聖なる名を惜しんだ．

それゆえ，イスラエルの家に言え．神である主はこう仰せられる．イスラエルの家よ．わたしが事を行なうのは，あなたがたのためではなく，あなたがたが行った諸國の民の間であなたがたが汚した，わたしの聖なる名のためである．

わたしは，諸國の民の間で汚され，あなたがたが彼らの間で汚したわたしの偉大な名の聖なることを示す．わたしが彼らの目の前であなたがたのうちにわたしの聖なることを示すとき，諸國の民は，わたしが主であることを知ろう． ··神である主の御告げ． ··

But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went.

Therefore say unto the house of Israel, thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.

And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.

Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

あなたがたに新しい心を與え，あなたがたのうちに新しい靈を授ける．わたしはあなたがたのからだから石の心を取り除き，あなたがたに肉の心を與える．

わたしの靈をあなたがたのうちに授け，わたしのおきてに從って步ませ，わたしの定めを守り行なわせる．

あなたがたは，わたしがあなたがたの先祖に與えた地に住み，あなたがたはわたしの民となり，わたしはあなたがたの神となる．

わたしはあなたがたをすべての汚れから救い，穀物を呼び寄せてそれをふやし，ききんをあなたがたに送らない．

わたしは木の實と畑の産物をふやす．それであなたがたは，諸國の民の間で二度とききんのためにそしりを受けることはない．

A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.

I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you.

And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen.

あなたがたは，自分たちの惡い行ないと，良くなかったわざとを思い出し，自分たちの不義と忌みきらうべきわざをいとうようになる．

わたしが事を行なうのは，あなたがたのためではない． ··神である主の御告げ． ·· イスラエルの家よ．あなたがたは知らなければならない．恥じよ．あなたがたの行ないによってはずかしめを受けよ．

神である主はこう仰せられる．わたしが，あなたがたをすべての不義からきよめる日に，わたしは町¿を人が住めるようにし，廢墟を建て直す．

この荒れ果てた地は，通り過ぎるすべての者に荒地とみなされていたが，耕されるようになる．

このとき，人¿はこう言おう．『荒れ果てていたこの國は，エデンの園のようになった．廢墟となり，荒れ果て，くつがえされていた町¿も城壁が築かれ，人が住むようになった．』と．

Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations.

Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day that I shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also cause you to dwell in the cities, and the wastes shall be builded.

And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that passed by.

And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited.

あなたがたの回りに殘された諸國の民も，主であるわたしが，くつがえされた所を建て直し，荒れ果てていた所に木を植えたことを知るようになる．主であるわたしがこれを語り，これを行なう．

神である主はこう仰せられる．わたしはイスラエルの家の願いを聞き入れて，次のことをしよう．わたしは，羊の群れのように人をふやそう．

ちょうど，聖別された羊の群れのように，例祭のときのエルサレムの羊の群れのように，廢墟であった町¿を人の群れで滿たそう．このとき，彼らは，わたしが主であることを知ろう．」

Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I the LORD build the ruined places, and plant that that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken it, and I will do it.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock.

As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

	마른 뼈들의 부활(37:1-37:14)

主の御手が私の上にあり，主の靈によって，私は連れ出され，谷間の眞中に置かれた．そこには骨が滿ちていた．

主は私にその上をあちらこちらと行き巡らせた．なんと，その谷間には非常に多くの骨があり，ひどく干からびていた．

主は私に仰せられた．「人の子よ．これらの骨は生き返ることができようか．」私は答えた．「神，主よ．あなたがご存じです．」

主は私に仰せられた．「これらの骨に預言して言え．干からびた骨よ．主のことばを聞け．

神である主はこれらの骨にこう仰せられる．見よ．わたしがおまえたちの中に息を吹き入れるので，おまえたちは生き返る．

The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,

And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.

And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.

Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.

Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:

わたしがおまえたちに筋をつけ，肉を生じさせ，皮膚でおおい，おまえたちの中に息を與え，おまえたちが生き返るとき，おまえたちはわたしが主であることを知ろう．」

私は，命じられたように預言した．私が預言していると，音がした．なんと，大きなとどろき．すると，骨と骨とが互いにつながった．

私が見ていると，なんと，その上に筋がつき，肉が生じ，皮膚がその上をすっかりおおった．しかし，その中に息はなかった．

And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.

And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.

Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.

So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

主は私に仰せられた．「人の子よ．これらの骨はイスラエルの全家である．ああ，彼らは，『私たちの骨は干からび，望みは消えうせ，私たちは斷ち切られる．』と言っている．

それゆえ，預言して彼らに言え．神である主はこう仰せられる．わたしの民よ．見よ．わたしはあなたがたの墓を開き，あなたがたをその墓から引き上げて，イスラエルの地に連れて行く．

わたしの民よ．わたしがあなたがたの墓を開き，あなたがたを墓から引き上げるとき，あなたがたは，わたしが主であることを知ろう．

わたしがまた，わたしの靈をあなたがたのうちに入れると，あなたがたは生き返る．わたしは，あなたがたをあなたがたの地に住みつかせる．このとき，あなたがたは，主であるわたしがこれを語り，これを成し遂げたことを知ろう． ··主の御告げ． ··」

Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.

And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,

And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.

	이스라엘의 통치(37:15-37:28)

次のような主のことばが私にあった．

「人の子よ．一本の杖を取り，その上に，『ユダと，それにつくイスラエル人のために．』と書きしるせ．もう一本の杖を取り，その上に，『エフライムの杖，ヨセフと，それにつくイスラエルの全家のために．』と書きしるせ．

その兩方をつなぎ，一本の杖とし，あなたの手の中でこれを一つとせよ．

あなたの民の者たちがあなたに向かって，『これはどういう意味か，私たちに說明してくれませんか．』と言うとき，

彼らに言え．神である主はこう仰せられる．見よ．わたしは，エフライムの手にあるヨセフの杖と，それにつくイスラエルの諸部族とを取り，それらをユダの杖に合わせて，一本の杖とし，わたしの手の中で一つとする．

The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and for all the house of Israel his companions:

And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.

And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these?

Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.

あなたが書きしるした杖を，彼らの見ている前であなたの手に取り，

彼らに言え．神である主はこう仰せられる．見よ．わたしは，イスラエル人を，その行っていた諸國の民の間から連れ出し，彼らを四方から集め，彼らの地に連れて行く．

わたしが彼らを，その地，イスラエルの山¿で，一つの國とするとき，ひとりの王が彼ら全體の王となる．彼らはもはや二つの國とはならず，もはや決して二つの王國に分かれない．

彼らは二度と，その偶像や忌まわしいもの，またあらゆるそむきの罪によって身を汚さない．わたしは，彼らがかつて罪を犯したその滯在地から彼らを救い，彼らをきよめる．彼らはわたしの民となり，わたしは彼らの神となる．

わたしのしもべダビデが彼らの王となり，彼ら全體のただひとりの牧者となる．彼らはわたしの定めに從って步み，わたしのおきてを守り行なう．

And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.

And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:

And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.

Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.

彼らは，わたしがわたしのしもべヤコブに與えた國，あなたがたの先祖が住んだ國に住むようになる．そこには彼らとその子らとその子孫たちとがとこしえに住み，わたしのしもべダビデが永遠に彼らの君主となる．

わたしは彼らと平和の契約を結ぶ．これは彼らとのとこしえの契約となる．わたしは彼らをかばい，彼らをふやし，わたしの聖所を彼らのうちに永遠に置く．

わたしの住まいは彼らとともにあり，わたしは彼らの神となり，彼らはわたしの民となる．

わたしの聖所が永遠に彼らのうちにあるとき，諸國の民は，わたしがイスラエルを聖別する主であることを知ろう．」

And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.

Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.

My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.
