미가

미가는 북이스라엘과 남유다를 향해 예언한 선지자로, 요담 말기부터 히스기야 시대까지 활동한 것으로 보인다. 당시 앗수르는 디글랏 빌레셋 3세가 왕위에 올라 남진 정책을 폈다. 이로 인해 북이스라엘과 남유다는 앗수르의 침략 위협에 직면하고 있었다. 이러한 상황에서 남유다와 북이스라엘에는 국력을 정비하는 일이 무엇보다도 급선무였다. 그러나 그들은 국력을 정비하기보다는 정치적, 사회적, 종교적, 도덕적으로 더욱 타락해 가는 양상을 보였다. 이러한 상황에서 미가는 남북 왕국의 멸망과 그 후에 있을 하나님의 구원을 전하기 위해 본서를 기록하였다.

본서는 하나님을 격노케 한 사마리아와 예루살렘의 죄상을 고발하고 하나님의 심판이 이미 정해졌음을 경고하며 그들의 회개를 촉구하고 있다. 또한 다윗의 언약이 장차 메시아 왕국의 도래로 인해 성취될 것임을 예언함으로써 소망을 주고 있다.

	미가 1:1-3:12 미가는 하나님의 말씀에 따라 전 이스라엘을 향해 심판을 선포하고 사마리아의 멸망을 예언하였다. 그는 약하고 가난한 자를 억압한 권세자들의 죄와 참선지자의 예언보다 자신의 뜻에 맞춰 주는 거짓 선지자의 말을 청종했던 백성들의 죄를 책망한 후, 예루살렘과 성전의 파괴를 예언하였다.

	이스라엘의 심판(1:1-3:12)

ユダの王ヨタム，アハズ，ヒゼキヤの時代に，モレシェテ人ミカにあった主のことば．これは彼がサマリヤとエルサレムについて見た幻である．

すべての國¿の民よ．聞け．地と，それに滿ちるものよ．耳を傾けよ．神である主は，あなたがたのうちで證人となり，主はその聖なる宮から來て證人となる．

The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.

Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the LORD from his holy temple.

For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.

And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.

For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?

わたしはサマリヤを野原の廢虛とし，ぶどうを植える畑とする．わたしはその石を谷に投げ入れ，その基をあばく．

そのすべての刻んだ像は打ち ¿かれ，その儲けはみな，火で燒かれる．わたしはそのすべての偶像を荒廢させる．それらは遊女の儲けで集められたのだから，遊女の儲けに返る．

このために，わたしは嘆き，泣きわめき，はだしで，裸で步こう．わたしはジャッカルのように嘆き，だちょうのように悲しみ泣こう．

まことに，その打ち傷はいやしがたく，それはユダにまで及び，わたしの民の門，エルサレムにまで達する．

ガテで告げるな．激しく泣きわめくな．ベテ · レアフラでちりの中にころび回れ．

Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.

And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.

Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.

For her wound is incurable; for it is come unto Judah; he is come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.

Declare ye it not at Gath, weep ye not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll thyself in the dust.

シャフィルに住む者よ．裸で恥じながら過ぎて行け．ツァアナンに住む者は出て來ない．ベテ · エツェルの嘆きは，あなたがたから，立つ所を奪い取る．

マロテに住む者が，どうして，しあわせを待ち望めよう．エルサレムの門に，主からわざわいが下ったのに．

ラキシュに住む者よ．戰車に早馬をつなげ．それはシオンの娘にとって罪の初めであった．イスラエルの犯したそむきの罪が，あなたのうちに見つけられたからだ．

それゆえ，あなたは贈り物をモレシェテ · ガテに與える．アクジブの家¿は，イスラエルの王たちにとって，欺く者となる．

マレシャに住む者よ．わたしはまた，侵略者をあなたのところに送る．イスラエルの榮光はアドラムまで行こう．

Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.

For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem.

O thou inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in thee.

Therefore shalt thou give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.

Yet will I bring an heir unto thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.

あなたの喜びとする子らのために，あなたの頭をそれ．そのそった所を，はげ鷲のように大きくせよ．彼らが捕えられて，あなたから去って行ったから．

Make thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate children; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from thee.

ああ．惡巧みを計り，寢床の上で惡を行なう者．朝の光とともに，彼らはこれを實行する．自分たちの手に力があるからだ．

彼らは畑を欲しがって，これをかすめ，家¿をも取り上げる．彼らは人とその持ち家を，人とその相續地をゆすり取る．

それゆえ，主はこう仰せられる．「見よ．わたしは，こういうやからに，わざわいを下そうと考えている．あなたがたは首をもたげることも，いばって步くこともできなくなる．それはわざわいの時だからだ．」

その日，あなたがたについて，あざけりの聲があがり，嘆きの歌が起こって言う．「私たちはすっかり荒らされてしまい，私の民の割り當て地は取り替えられてしまった．どうしてそれは私から移され，私たちの畑は裏切る者に分け與えられるのか．」

それゆえ，主の集會で，あなたのために，くじを引いて測り綱を張る者がいなくなる．

Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.

And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is evil.

In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! turning away he hath divided our fields.

Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the LORD.

「たわごとを言うな．」と言って，彼らはたわごとを言っている．そんなたわごとを言ってはならない．恥を避けることはできない．

ヤコブの家がそんなことを言われてよいものか．主がこれをがまんされるだろうか．これは主のみわざだろうか．私のことばは，正しく步む者に益とならないだろうか．

以前から，わたしの民は敵として立ち上がっている．しかし，あなたがたは，戰いをやめて安らかに過ごしている者たちのみごとな上着をはぎ取る．

あなたがたは，わたしの民の女たちを，その樂しみの家から追い出し，その幼子たちから，わたしの譽れを永遠に取り去る．

さあ，立ち去れ．ここはいこいの場所ではない．ここは汚れているために滅びる．それはひどい滅びだ．

Prophesy ye not, say they to them that prophesy: they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not take shame.

O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?

Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.

The women of my people have ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have ye taken away my glory for ever.

Arise ye, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.

もし人が風のまにまに步き回り，僞りを言って，「私はあなたがたに，ぶどう酒と强い酒について一言しよう．」と言うなら，その者こそ，この民のたわごとを言う者だ．

ヤコブよ．わたしはあなたをことごとく必ず集める．わたしはイスラエルの殘りの者を必ず集める．わたしは彼らを，おりの中の羊のように，牧場の中の群れのように一つに集める．こうして人¿のざわめきが起ころう．

打ち破る者は，彼らの先頭に立って上って行き，彼らは門を打ち破って進んで行き，そこを出て行く．彼らの王は彼らの前を進み，主が彼らの眞先に進まれる．

If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.

I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.

The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.

わたしは言った．聞け．ヤコブのかしらたち，イスラエルの家の首領たち．あなたがたは公義を知っているはずではないか．

あなたがたは善を憎み，惡を愛し，人¿の皮をはぎ，その骨から肉をそぎ取り，

わたしの民の肉を食らい，皮をはぎ取り，その骨を粉¿に ¿き，鉢の中にあるように，また大がまの中の肉切れのように，切れ切れに裂く．

それで，彼らが主に叫んでも，主は彼らに答えない．その時，主は彼らから顔を隱される．彼らの行ないが惡いからだ．

預言者たちについて，主はこう仰せられる．彼らはわたしの民を惑わせ，齒でかむ物があれば，「平和があるように．」と叫ぶが，彼らの口に何も與えない者には，聖戰を宣言する．

And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?

Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;

Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.

Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.

それゆえ，夜になっても，あなたがたには幻がなく，暗やみになっても，あなたがたには占いがない．太陽も預言者たちの上に沈み， ¿も彼らの上で暗くなる．

先見者たちは恥を見，占い師たちははずかしめを受ける．彼らはみな，口ひげをおおう．神の答えがないからだ．

しかし，私は，力と，主の靈と，公義と，勇氣とに滿ち，ヤコブにはそのそむきの罪を，イスラエルにはその罪を告げよう．

これを聞け．ヤコブの家のかしらたち，イスラエルの家の首領たち．あなたがたは公義を忌みきらい，あらゆる正しいことを曲げている．

血を流してシオンを建て，不正を行なってエルサレムを建てている．

Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.

But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.

Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.

They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.

そのかしらたちはわいろを取ってさばき，その祭司たちは代金を取って敎え，その預言者たちは金を取って占いをする．しかもなお，彼らは主に寄りかかって，「主は私たちの中におられるではないか．わざわいは私たちの上にかかって來ない．」と言う．

それゆえ，シオンは，あなたがたのために，畑のように耕され，エルサレムは廢虛となり，この宮の山は森の丘となる．

The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.

Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
