창세기

  본서는 성경의 전체적 배경을 제공해 주는 시작의 책으로 주전 1440년 경 모세에 의해 기록된 것으로 믿어지고 있다. 본서는 모든 만물의 기원이 하나님의 창조에서 비롯되었으며 특히 인간은 하나님의 형상을 따라 창조되었으나 하나님의 뜻을 거역하여 타락했고 이에 하나님께서는 타락한 인간을 구원하시기 위한 구원의 역사를 펼쳐나가고 계시다는 것을 보여주기 위해 기록되었다.

 

 

창세기 1:1-2:25

 하나님께서 말씀으로 천지 만물을 엿새 동안 창조하시고 제7일째는 안식하셨다. 하나님께서는 특별히 인간을 흙으로 지으시고 에덴 동산을 만들어 그 곳에서 선악을 알게 하는 나무의 실과를 제외한 모든 실과를 먹으며 살게 하셨다. 그리고 아담의 갈빗대를 취하여 돕는 배필, 즉 여자를 만드셨다.
  
  천지창조(1:1-2:3)    
 
  1. 初めに， 神が 天と 地を 創造した．
  2. 地は 形がなく， 何もなかった． やみが 大いなる 水の 上にあり， 神の 靈は 水の 上を 動いていた．
  3. そのとき， 神が「光よ． あれ． 」と 仰せられた． すると 光ができた．
  4. 神はその 光をよしと 見られた． そして 神はこの 光とやみとを 區別された．
  5. 神は， この 光を ¿と 名づけ， このやみを 夜と 名づけられた． こうして 夕があり， 朝があった． 第一日．
  1. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
  2. The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.
  3. Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light.
  4. God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness.
  5. God called the light day, and the darkness He called night And there was evening and there was morning, one day.
  1. ついで 神は「大空よ． 水の 間にあれ． 水と 水との 間に 區別があるように． 」と 仰せられた．
  2. こうして 神は， 大空を 造り， 大空の 下にある 水と， 大空の 上にある 水とを 區別された． するとそのようになった．
  3. 神は， その 大空を 天と 名づけられた． こうして 夕があり， 朝があった． 第二日．
  4. 神は「天の 下の 水は 一所に 集まれ． かわいた 所が 現われよ． 」と 仰せられた． するとそのようになった．
  5. 神は， かわいた 所を 地と 名づけ， 水の 集まった 所を 海と 名づけられた． 神は 見て， それをよしとされた．
  1. Then God said, "Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters."
  2. God made the expanse, and separated the waters which were below the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so.
  3. God called the expanse heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, a second day.
  4. Then God said, "Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear"; and it was so.
  5. God called the dry land earth, and the gathering of the waters He called seas; and God saw that it was good.
  1. 神が， 「地は 植物， 種を 生じる 草， 種類にしたがって， その 中に 種のある 實を 結ぶ 果樹を 地の 上に 芽生えさせよ． 」と 仰せられると， そのようになった．
  2. それで， 地は 植物， おのおのその 種類にしたがって 種を 生じる 草， おのおのその 種類にしたがって， その 中に 種のある 實を 結ぶ 木を 生じた． 神は 見て， それをよしとされた．
  3. こうして 夕があり， 朝があった． 第三日．
  4. ついで 神は， 「光る 物は 天の 大空にあって， ¿と 夜とを 區別せよ． しるしのため， 季節のため， 日のため， 年のために， 役立て．
  5. 天の 大空で 光る 物となり， 地上を 照らせ． 」と 仰せられた． するとそのようになった．
  1. Then God said, "Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them"; and it was so.
  2. The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, after their kind; and God saw that it was good.
  3. There was evening and there was morning, a third day.
  4. Then God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years;
  5. and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth"; and it was so.
  1. それで 神は 二つの 大きな 光る 物を 造られた． 大きいほうの 光る 物には ¿をつかさどらせ， 小さいほうの 光る 物には 夜をつかさどらせた． また 星を 造られた．
  2. 神はそれらを 天の 大空に 置き， 地上を 照らさせ，
  3. また ¿と 夜とをつかさどり， 光とやみとを 區別するようにされた． 神は 見て， それをよしとされた．
  4. こうして 夕があり， 朝があった． 第四日．
  5. ついで 神は， 「水は 生き 物の 群れが， 群がるようになれ． また 鳥は 地の 上， 天の 大空を 飛べ． 」と 仰せられた．
  1. God made the two great lights, the greater light to govern the day, and the lesser light to govern the night; He made the stars also.
  2. God placed them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth,
  3. and to govern the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness; and God saw that it was good.
  4. There was evening and there was morning, a fourth day.
  5. Then God said, "Let the waters teem with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of the heavens."
  1. それで 神は， 海の 巨¿と， その 種類にしたがって， 水に 群がりうごめくすべての 生き 物と， その 種類にしたがって， 翼のあるすべての 鳥を 創造された． 神は 見て， それをよしとされた．
  2. 神はまた， それらを 祝福して 仰せられた． 「生めよ． ふえよ． 海の 水に 滿ちよ． また 鳥は， 地にふえよ． 」
  3. こうして， 夕があり， 朝があった． 第五日．
  4. ついで 神は， 「地は， その 種類にしたがって， 生き 物， 家畜や， はうもの， その 種類にしたがって 野の ¿を 生ぜよ． 」と 仰せられた． するとそのようになった．
  5. 神は， その 種類にしたがって 野の ¿， その 種類にしたがって 家畜， その 種類にしたがって 地のすべてのはうものを 造られた． 神は 見て， それをよしとされた．
  1. God created the great sea monsters and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind; and God saw that it was good.
  2. God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth."
  3. There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day.
  4. Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind"; and it was so.
  5. God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind; and God saw that it was good.
  1. そして 神は， 「われわれに 似るように， われわれのかたちに， 人を 造ろう． そして 彼らに， 海の 魚， 空の 鳥， 家畜， 地のすべてのもの， 地をはうすべてのものを 支配させよう． 」と 仰せられた．
  2. 神はこのように， 人をご 自身のかたちに 創造された． 神のかたちに 彼を 創造し， 男と 女とに 彼らを 創造された．
  3. 神はまた， 彼らを 祝福し， このように 神は 彼らに 仰せられた． 「生めよ． ふえよ． 地を 滿たせ． 地を 從えよ． 海の 魚， 空の 鳥， 地をはうすべての 生き 物を 支配せよ． 」
  4. ついで 神は 仰せられた． 「見よ． わたしは， 全地の 上にあって， 種を 持つすべての 草と， 種を 持って 實を 結ぶすべての 木をあなたがたに 與えた． それがあなたがたの 食物となる．
  5. また， 地のすべての ¿， 空のすべての 鳥， 地をはうすべてのもので， いのちの 息のあるもののために， 食物として， すべての 綠の 草を 與える． 」すると， そのようになった．
  1. Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."
  2. God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
  3. God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
  4. Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;
  5. and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food"; and it was so.
  1. そのようにして 神はお 造りになったすべてのものをご 覽になった． 見よ． それは 非常によかった． こうして 夕があり， 朝があった． 第六日．
  1. God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.
 
 
  1. こうして， 天と 地とそのすべての 万象が 完成された．
  2. それで 神は， 第七日目に， なさっていたわざの 完成を 告げられた． すなわち， 第七日目に， なさっていたすべてのわざを 休まれた．
  3. 神はその 第七日目を 祝福し， この 日を 聖であるとされた． それは， その 日に， 神がなさっていたすべての 創造のわざを 休まれたからである．
  1. Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their hosts.
  2. By the seventh day God completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.
  3. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.
 
  아담과 하와(2:4-2:25)    
 
  1. これは 天と 地が 創造されたときの 經緯である． 神である 主が 地と 天を 造られたとき，
  2. 地には， まだ 一本の 野の 灌木もなく， まだ 一本の 野の 草も 芽を 出していなかった． それは， 神である 主が 地上に 雨を 降らせず， 土地を 耕す 人もいなかったからである．
  3. ただ， 霧が 地から 立ち 上り， 土地の 全面を 潤していた．
  4. その 後， 神である 主は， 土地のちりで 人を 形造り， その 鼻にいのちの 息を 吹き ¿まれた． そこで， 人は， 生きものとなった．
  5. 神である 主は， 東の 方 エデン に 園を 設け， そこに 主の 形造った 人を 置かれた．
  1. This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made earth and heaven.
  2. Now no shrub of the field was yet in the earth, and no plant of the field had yet sprouted, for the LORD God had not sent rain upon the earth, and there was no man to cultivate the ground.
  3. But a mist used to rise from the earth and water the whole surface of the ground.
  4. Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
  5. The LORD God planted a garden toward the east, in Eden; and there He placed the man whom He had formed.
  1. 神である 主は， その 土地から， 見るからに 好ましく 食べるのに 良いすべての 木を 生えさせた． 園の 中央には， いのちの 木， それから 善惡の 知識の 木とを 生えさせた．
  2. 一つの 川が， この 園を 潤すため， エデン から 出ており， そこから 分かれて， 四つの 源となっていた．
  3. 第一のものの 名は ピション で， それは ハビラ の 全土を 巡って 流れ， そこには 金があった．
  4. その 地の 金は， 良質で， また， そこには， ブドラフ としまめのうもある．
  5. 第二の 川の 名は ギホン で， クシュ の 全土を 巡って 流れる．
  1. Out of the ground the LORD God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
  2. Now a river flowed out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it divided and became four rivers.
  3. The name of the first is Pishon; it flows around the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold.
  4. The gold of that land is good; the bdellium and the onyx stone are there.
  5. The name of the second river is Gihon; it flows around the whole land of Cush.
  1. 第三の 川の 名は ヒデケル で， それは アシュル の 東を 流れる． 第四の 川， それは ユ ― フラテス である．
  2. 神である 主は， 人を 取り， エデン の 園に 置き， そこを 耕させ， またそこを 守らせた．
  3. 神である 主は， 人に 命じて 仰せられた． 「あなたは， 園のどの 木からでも 思いのまま 食べてよい．
  4. しかし， 善惡の 知識の 木からは 取って 食べてはならない． それを 取って 食べるその 時， あなたは 必ず 死ぬ． 」
  5. その 後， 神である 主は 仰せられた． 「人が， ひとりでいるのは 良くない． わたしは 彼のために， 彼にふさわしい 助け 手を 造ろう． 」
  1. The name of the third river is Tigris; it flows east of Assyria And the fourth river is the Euphrates.
  2. Then the LORD God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it.
  3. The LORD God commanded the man, saying, "From any tree of the garden you may eat freely;
  4. but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die."
  5. Then the LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him."
  1. 神である 主が， 土からあらゆる 野の ¿と， あらゆる 空の 鳥を 形造られたとき， それにどんな 名を 彼がつけるかを 見るために， 人のところに 連れて 來られた． 人が， 生き 物につける 名は， みな， それが， その 名となった．
  2. こうして 人は， すべての 家畜， 空の 鳥， 野のあらゆる ¿に 名をつけたが， 人にはふさわしい 助け 手が， 見あたらなかった．
  3. そこで 神である 主が， 深い 眠りをその 人に 下されたので 彼は 眠った． それで， 彼のあばら 骨の 一つを 取り， そのところの 肉をふさがれた．
  4. こうして 神である 主は， 人から 取ったあばら 骨を， ひとりの 女に 造り 上げ， その 女を 人のところに 連れて 來られた．
  5. すると 人は 言った． 「これこそ， 今や， 私の 骨からの 骨， 私の 肉からの 肉． これを 女と 名づけよう． これは 男から 取られたのだから． 」
  1. Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name.
  2. The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him.
  3. So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place.
  4. The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man.
  5. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man."
  1. それゆえ， 男はその 父母を 離れ， 妻と 結び 合い， ふたりは 一體となるのである．
  2. そのとき， 人とその 妻は， ふたりとも 裸であったが， 互いに 恥ずかしいと 思わなかった．
  1. For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.
  2. And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed.
 
  궁창(穹蒼, 1:6)  ‘두들겨 넓게 펼친 판’이라는 의미로 대기권의 하늘을 가리킴
