	레위기 4:1-5:19 하나님께서는 죄를 속하기 위한 속죄제의 규례를 지시하셨다. 속죄제를 드려야 할 범죄의 유형에 대해서도 말씀하셨다. 속죄제는 의무제로서 신분에 따라 각기 다른 제물로 드려졌다. 속건제는 야웨의 성물에 대해 범죄하거나 금령을 범했을 경우에 드려졌다.

	속죄제(4:1-5:13)

ついで主はモ ― セに告げて仰せられた．

「イスラエル人に告げて言え．もし人が，主がするなと命じたすべてについてあやまって罪を犯し，その一つでも行なった場合，

もし油そそがれた祭司が，罪を犯して，民に罪過をもたらすなら，その人は，自分の犯した罪のために，傷のない若い雄牛を，罪のためのいけにえとして主にささげなければならない．

その雄牛を會見の天幕の入口の所，主の前に連れて來て，その雄牛の頭の上に手を置き，主の前にその雄牛をほふりなさい．

油そそがれた祭司はその雄牛の血を取り，それを會見の天幕に持ってはいりなさい．

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

"Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,

if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer to the LORD a bull without defect as a sin offering for the sin he has committed.

'He shall bring the bull to the doorway of the tent of meeting before the LORD, and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull and slay the bull before the LORD.

'Then the anointed priest is to take some of the blood of the bull and bring it to the tent of meeting,

その祭司は指を血の中に浸し，主の前，すなわち聖所の垂れ幕の前に，その血を七たび振りかけなさい．

祭司はその血を，會見の天幕の中にある主の前のかおりの高い香の祭壇の角に塗りなさい．その雄牛の血を全部，會見の天幕の入口にある全燒のいけにえの祭壇の土台に注がなければならない．

その罪のためのいけにえの雄牛の脂肪全部を，それから取り除かなければならない．すなわち，內臟をおおう脂肪と，內臟についている脂肪全部，

二つの腎臟と，それについていて腰のあたりにある脂肪，さらに腎臟といっしょに取り除いた肝臟の上の小葉とを取り除かなければならない．

これは和解のいけにえの牛から取り除く場合と同樣である．祭司はそれらを全燒のいけにえの祭壇の上で燒いて煙にしなさい．

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before the LORD, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.

'The priest shall also put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense which is before the LORD in the tent of meeting; and all the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.

'He shall remove from it all the fat of the bull of the sin offering: the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat which is on the entrails,

and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall remove with the kidneys

(just as it is removed from the ox of the sacrifice of peace offerings), and the priest is to offer them up in smoke on the altar of burnt offering.

ただし，その雄牛の皮と，その肉の全部，さらにその頭と足，それにその內臟と汚物，

その雄牛の全部を，宿營の外のきよい所，すなわち灰捨て場に運び出し，たきぎの火で燒くこと．これは灰捨て場で燒かなければならない．

また，もしイスラエルの全會衆があやまちを犯した場合，集團はそのことに氣づかなくても，主がするなと命じられたことの一つでも行なって，罪に定められる場合には，

彼らが犯したその罪が明らかになったときに，集團は罪のためのいけにえとして若い雄牛をささげ，會見の天幕の前にそれを連れて來なさい．

そこで，會衆の長老たちは，主の前でその雄牛の頭の上に手を置き，その雄牛を主の前でほふりなさい．

'But the hide of the bull and all its flesh with its head and its legs and its entrails and its refuse,

that is, all the rest of the bull, he is to bring out to a clean place outside the camp where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.

'Now if the whole congregation of Israel commits error and the matter escapes the notice of the assembly, and they commit any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and they become guilty;

when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a bull of the herd for a sin offering and bring it before the tent of meeting.

'Then the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the LORD, and the bull shall be slain before the LORD.

油そそがれた祭司は，その雄牛の血を會見の天幕に持ってはいり，

祭司は指を血の中に浸して，主の前，垂れ幕の前に，それを七たび振りかけなさい．

彼は，その血を會見の天幕の中にある主の前の祭壇の角に塗らなければならない．彼はその血の全部を，會見の天幕の入口にある全燒のいけにえの祭壇の土台に注がなければならない．

脂肪全部をその雄牛から取り除き，祭壇の上で燒いて煙にしなければならない．

この雄牛に對して，彼が罪のためのいけにえの雄牛に對してしたようにしなさい．これにも同樣にしなければならない．こうして祭司は彼らのために ·いをしなさい．彼らは赦される．

'Then the anointed priest is to bring some of the blood of the bull to the tent of meeting;

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD, in front of the veil.

'He shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before the LORD in the tent of meeting; and all the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.

'He shall remove all its fat from it and offer it up in smoke on the altar.

'He shall also do with the bull just as he did with the bull of the sin offering; thus he shall do with it So the priest shall make atonement for them, and they will be forgiven.

彼はその雄牛を宿營の外に運び出し，最初の雄牛を燒いたように，それも燒きなさい．これは集會の罪のためのいけにえである．

上に立つ者が罪を犯し，その神，主がするなと命じたすべてのうち一つでもあやまって行ない，罪に定められた場合，

または，彼が犯した罪が自分に知らされたなら，彼はささげ物として，傷のない雄やぎを連れて來て，

そのやぎの頭の上に手を置き，全燒のいけにえをほふる場所で，主の前にそれをほふりなさい．これは罪のためのいけにえである．

祭司は指で，罪のためのいけにえの血を取り，それを全燒のいけにえの祭壇の角に塗りなさい．また，その血は全燒のいけにえの祭壇の土台に注がなければならない．

'Then he is to bring out the bull to a place outside the camp and burn it as he burned the first bull; it is the sin offering for the assembly.

'When a leader sins and unintentionally does any one of all the things which the LORD his God has commanded not to be done, and he becomes guilty,

if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, he shall bring for his offering a goat, a male without defect.

'He shall lay his hand on the head of the male goat and slay it in the place where they slay the burnt offering before the LORD; it is a sin offering.

'Then the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

また，彼は和解のいけにえの脂肪の場合と同樣に，その脂肪を全部，祭壇の上で燒いて煙にしなければならない．祭司は，その人のために，その人の罪の ·いをしなさい．その人は赦される．

また，もし一般の人¿のひとりが，主がするなと命じたことの一つでも行なって，あやまって罪を犯し，罪に定められた場合，

または，彼が犯した罪が自分に知らされたなら，彼は犯した罪のために，そのささげ物として，傷のない雌やぎを連れて來て，

その罪のためのいけにえの頭の上に手を置き，全燒のいけにえの場所で罪のためのいけにえをほふりなさい．

祭司は指で，その血を取り，それを全燒のいけにえの祭壇の角に塗りなさい．その血は全部，祭壇の土台に注がなければならない．

'All its fat he shall offer up in smoke on the altar as in the case of the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin, and he will be forgiven.

'Now if anyone of the common people sins unintentionally in doing any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and becomes guilty,

if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, then he shall bring for his offering a goat, a female without defect, for his sin which he has committed.

'He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and slay the sin offering at the place of the burnt offering.

'The priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

また，脂肪が和解のいけにえから取り除かれる場合と同樣に，その脂肪全部を取り除かなければならない．祭司は主へのなだめのかおりとして，それを祭壇の上で燒いて煙にしなさい．祭司は，その人のために ·いをしなさい．その人は赦される．

もしその人が罪のためのいけにえのために，ささげ物として子羊を連れて來る場合には，傷のない雌羊を連れて來なければならない．

その罪のためのいけにえの頭の上に手を置き，全燒のいけにえをほふる場所で，罪のためのいけにえとしてほふりなさい．

祭司は指で，罪のためのいけにえの血を取り，それを全燒のいけにえの祭壇の角に塗りなさい．その血は全部，祭壇の土台に注がなければならない．

また，和解のいけにえの子羊の脂肪が取り除かれる場合と同樣に，その脂肪全部を取り除かなければならない．祭司はそれを祭壇の上で，主への火によるささげ物の上に載せて燒いて煙にしなさい．祭司は，その人のために，その人が犯した罪の ·いをしなさい．その人は赦される．

'Then he shall remove all its fat, just as the fat was removed from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall offer it up in smoke on the altar for a soothing aroma to the LORD. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven.

'But if he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring it, a female without defect.

'He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they slay the burnt offering.

'The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

'Then he shall remove all its fat, just as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offerings, and the priest shall offer them up in smoke on the altar, on the offerings by fire to the LORD Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin which he has committed, and he will be forgiven.

人が罪を犯す場合，すなわち，證言しなければのろわれるという聲を聞きながら ··彼がそれを見ているとか，知っている證人であるのに ··，そのことについて證言しないなら，その人は罪の咎を負わなければならない．

あるいは，人が，汚れた ¿の死體でも，汚れた家畜の死體でも，汚れた群生するものの死體でも，すべて汚れたものに觸れるなら，それに彼が氣づかなくても，彼は汚れた者となり，罪に定められる．

あるいは人の汚れに觸れる場合，觸れた人は汚れる．その人の汚れがどのようなものであっても，そしてそれに彼が氣づかなくても，彼がそれを知ったときには，罪に定められる．

あるいは人が口で輕¿しく，惡いことまたは良いことをしようと誓う場合，その人が輕¿しく誓ったことがどのようなことであっても，そしてそれに氣づかなくても，彼がそれを知ったときには，これらの一つについて罪に定められる．

これらの一つについて罪に定められたときは，それを犯した罪を告白しなさい．

'Now if a person sins after he hears a public adjuration to testify when he is a witness, whether he has seen or otherwise known, if he does not tell it, then he will bear his guilt.

'Or if a person touches any unclean thing, whether a carcass of an unclean beast or the carcass of unclean cattle or a carcass of unclean swarming things, though it is hidden from him and he is unclean, then he will be guilty.

'Or if he touches human uncleanness, of whatever sort his uncleanness may be with which he becomes unclean, and it is hidden from him, and then he comes to know it, he will be guilty.

'Or if a person swears thoughtlessly with his lips to do evil or to do good, in whatever matter a man may speak thoughtlessly with an oath, and it is hidden from him, and then he comes to know it, he will be guilty in one of these.

'So it shall be when he becomes guilty in one of these, that he shall confess that in which he has sinned.

自分が犯した罪のために，罪過のためのいけにえとして，羊の群れの子羊でも，やぎでも，雌一頭を，主のもとに連れて來て，罪のためのいけにえとしなさい．祭司はその人のために，その人の罪の ·いをしなさい．

しかし，もし彼が羊を買う余裕がなければ，その犯した罪過のために，山鳩二羽あるいは家鳩のひな二羽を主のところに持って來なさい．一羽は罪のためのいけにえとし，他の一羽は全燒のいけにえとする．

彼は，これらを祭司のところに持って行き，祭司は罪のためのいけにえとなるものを，まずささげなさい．彼はその頭の首のところをひねり裂きなさい．それを切り離してはならない．

それから罪のためのいけにえの血を祭壇の側面に振りかけ，血の殘りはその祭壇の土台のところに絞り出しなさい．これは罪のためのいけにえである．

祭司は次のものも，定めに從って，全燒のいけにえとしなければならない．祭司は，その人のために，その人の犯した罪の ·いをしなさい．その人は赦される．

'He shall also bring his guilt offering to the LORD for his sin which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat as a sin offering. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin.

'But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the LORD his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

'He shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer first that which is for the sin offering and shall nip its head at the front of its neck, but he shall not sever it.

'He shall also sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, while the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar: it is a sin offering.

'The second he shall then prepare as a burnt offering according to the ordinance So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin which he has committed, and it will be forgiven him.

もしその人が山鳩二羽あるいは家鳩のひな二羽さえも手に入れることができなければ，その犯した罪のためのささげ物として，十分の一エパの小麥粉を罪のためのいけにえとして持って來なさい．その人はその上に油を加えたり，その上に乳香を添えたりしてはならない．これは罪のためのいけにえであるから．

彼はそれを祭司のところに持って行きなさい．祭司はそのひとつかみを記念の部分としてそれから取り出し，祭壇の上で，主への火によるささげ物といっしょにそれを燒いて煙にしなさい．これは罪のためのいけにえである．

'But if his means are insufficient for two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then for his offering for that which he has sinned, he shall bring the tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall not put oil on it or place incense on it, for it is a sin offering.

'He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as its memorial portion and offer it up in smoke on the altar, with the offerings of the LORD by fire: it is a sin offering.

'So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has committed from one of these, and it will be forgiven him; then the rest shall become the priest's, like the grain offering.'"

	속건제(5:14-5:19)

ついで主はモ ― セに告げて仰せられた．

「人が不實なことを行ない，あやまって主の聖なるものに對して罪を犯したときは，その罪過のために，羊の群れから傷のない雄羊一頭，聖所のシェケルで數シェケルの銀に當たるとあなたが評價したものを取って，罪過のためのいけにえとして主のもとに連れて來る．

彼は，その聖なるものを犯した罪の償いをしなければならない．それにその五分の一を加えて，祭司にそれを渡さなければならない．祭司は，罪過のためのいけにえの雄羊で，彼のために ·いをしなければならない．その人は赦される．

また，もし人が罪を犯し，主がするなと命じたすべてのうち一つでも行なったときは，たといそれを知らなくても，罪に定められ，その咎を負う．

その人は，羊の群れからあなたが評價した傷のない雄羊一頭を取って，罪過のためのいけにえとして祭司のところに連れて來る．祭司は，彼があやまって犯し，しかも自分では知らないでいた過失について，彼のために ·いをする．彼は赦される．

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

"If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against the LORD'S holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the LORD: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your valuation in silver by shekels, in terms of the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.

"He shall make restitution for that which he has sinned against the holy thing, and shall add to it a fifth part of it and give it to the priest The priest shall then make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and it will be forgiven him.

"Now if a person sins and does any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, though he was unaware, still he is guilty and shall bear his punishment.

"He is then to bring to the priest a ram without defect from the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his error in which he sinned unintentionally and did not know it, and it will be forgiven him.

これは罪過のためのいけにえである．彼は確かに主の前に罪に定められた．」

"It is a guilt offering; he was certainly guilty before the LORD."
