- 惡者は， 惡の 網を 張るのを 好み， 正しい 者の 根は， 芽を 出す．
- 惡人はくちびるでそむきの 罪を 犯して， わなにかかる． しかし 正しい 者は 苦しみを 免れる．
- 人はその 口の 實によって 良いものに 滿ち 足りる． 人の 手の ¿きはその 人に 報いを 與える．
- 愚か 者は 自分の 道を 正しいと 思う． しかし 知惠のある 者は 忠告を 聞き 入れる．

- The wicked man desires the booty of evil men, But the root of the righteous yields fruit.
- An evil man is ensnared by the transgression of his lips, But the righteous will escape from trouble.
- A man will be satisfied with good by the fruit of his words, And the deeds of a man's hands will return to him.
- The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, But a wise man is he who listens to counsel.

- 眞實の 申し 立てをする 人は 正しいことを 告げ， 僞りの 證人は 欺き 事を 告げる．
- 輕率に 話して 人を 劍で 刺すような 者がいる． しかし 知惠のある 人の 舌は 人をいやす．
- 眞實のくちびるはいつまでも 堅く 立つ． 僞りの 舌はまばたきの 間だけ．
- 惡をたくらむ 者の 心には 欺きがあり， 平和を 圖る 人には 喜びがある．
