스바냐

  스바냐가 예언 활동하던 당시의 유다는 종교적 죄악과 지도자들의 압제와 포학이 만연해 있었다. 이에 스바냐는 ‘야웨의 큰 날’에 전 세계와 유다에게 임할 하나님의 심판을 경고하여 회개를 촉구하였고, 그날 하나님께서 회심한 이방인과 그의 백성을 구원할 것을 선포했다.

  스바냐는 유다 주변 국가들에게 임할 심판을 예언하고 예루살렘의 죄를 언급한 후, 하나님께서 그의 백성을 다시 모으고 구속하시며 회복시키시는 때가 올 것이라고 예언하고 있다.

 

 

스바냐 1:1-3:20

 스바냐는 우상 숭배와 유다의 지도자, 상인, 그리고 야웨를 경외하지 않는 사람들이 행한 모든 죄를 지적하면서 야웨의 날의 심판이 가까웠음을 말하였다. 그는 예루살렘에 임할 하나님의 심판을 선포한 후, 그 후에 이루어질 열방과 이스라엘의 남은 자에 대한 구원과 회복을 예언하였다.
  
  야웨의 날(1:1-3:20)    
 
  1. ユダ の 王， アモン の 子 ヨシヤ の 時代に， クシ の 子 ゼパニヤ にあった 主のことば． クシ は ゲダルヤ の 子， ゲダルヤ は アマルヤ の 子， アマルヤ は ヒゼキヤ の 子である．

  4. わたしの 手を， ユダ の 上に， エルサレム のすべての 住民の 上に 伸ばす． わたしはこの 場所から， バアル の 殘りの 者と， 偶像に 仕える 祭司たちの 名とを， その 祭司たちとともに 斷ち 滅ぼす．

  1. The word of the LORD which came to Zephaniah son of Cushi, son of Gedaliah, son of Amariah, son of Hezekiah, in the days of Josiah son of Amon, king of Judah:
  2. "I will completely remove all things From the face of the earth," declares the LORD.
  3. "I will remove man and beast; I will remove the birds of the sky And the fish of the sea, And the ruins along with the wicked; And I will cut off man from the face of the earth," declares the LORD.
  4. "So I will stretch out My hand against Judah And against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem And I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, And the names of the idolatrous priests along with the priests.
  5. "And those who bow down on the housetops to the host of heaven, And those who bow down and swear to the LORD and yet swear by Milcom,
  1. また， 主に 從うことをやめ， 主を 尋ね 求めず， 主を 求めない 者どもを 斷ち 滅ぼす．
  2. 神である 主の 前に 靜まれ． 主の 日は 近い． 主が 一頭のほふる ¿を 備え， 主に 招かれた 者を 聖別されたからだ．
  3. 主が ¿をほふる 日に， わたしは 首長たちや 王子たち， 外國の 服をまとったすべての 者を 罰する．

  2. Be silent before the Lord GOD! For the day of the LORD is near, For the LORD has prepared a sacrifice, He has consecrated His guests.
  3. "Then it will come about on the day of the LORD'S sacrifice That I will punish the princes, the king's sons And all who clothe themselves with foreign garments.
  4. "And I will punish on that day all who leap on the temple threshold, Who fill the house of their lord with violence and deceit.
  5. "On that day," declares the LORD, "There will be the sound of a cry from the Fish Gate, A wail from the Second Quarter, And a loud crash from the hills.
  1. 泣きわめけ． マクテシュ 區に 住む 者どもよ． 商人はみな 滅びうせ， 銀を 量る 者もみな 斷ち 滅ぼされるからだ．
  2. その 時， わたしは， ともしびをかざして， エルサレム を 搜し， そのぶどう 酒のかすの 上によどんでいて， 「主は 良いことも， 惡いこともしない． 」と 心の 中で 言っている 者どもを 罰する．

  4. Near is the great day of the LORD, Near and coming very quickly; Listen, the day of the LORD! In it the warrior cries out bitterly.
  5. A day of wrath is that day, A day of trouble and distress, A day of destruction and desolation, A day of darkness and gloom, A day of clouds and thick darkness,
  1. 角笛とときの 聲の 日， 城壁のある 町¿と 高い 四隅の 塔が 襲われる 日だ．

  3. Neither their silver nor their gold Will be able to deliver them On the day of the LORD'S wrath; And all the earth will be devoured In the fire of His jealousy, For He will make a complete end, Indeed a terrifying one, Of all the inhabitants of the earth.
 
 
  1. 恥知らずの 國民よ． こぞって 集まれ， 集まれ．
  2. ¿間， 吹き 散らされるもみがらのように， あなたがたがならないうちに． 主の 燃える 怒りが， まだあなたがたを 襲わないうちに． 主の 怒りの 日が， まだあなたがたを 襲わないうちに．
  3. 主の 定めを 行なうこの 國のすべてのへりくだる 者よ． 主を 尋ね 求めよ． 義を 求めよ． 柔和を 求めよ． そうすれば， 主の 怒りの 日にかくまわれるかもしれない．

  3. Seek the LORD, All you humble of the earth Who have carried out His ordinances; Seek righteousness, seek humility Perhaps you will be hidden In the day of the LORD'S anger.
  4. For Gaza will be abandoned And Ashkelon a desolation; Ashdod will be driven out at noon And Ekron will be uprooted.
  5. Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast, The nation of the Cherethites! The word of the LORD is against you, O Canaan, land of the Philistines; And I will destroy you So that there will be no inhabitant.
  1. 海邊よ． おまえは 牧場となり， 牧者たちの 牧草地となり， 羊の 圍い 場となる．
  2. 海邊は ユダ の 家の 殘りの 者の 所有となる． 彼らは 海邊で 羊を 飼い， 日が 暮れると， アシュケロン の 家¿で 橫になる． 彼らの 神， 主が， 彼らを 訪れ， 彼らの 捕われ 人を 歸すからだ．

  3. "I have heard the taunting of Moab And the revilings of the sons of Ammon, With which they have taunted My people And become arrogant against their territory.
  4. "Therefore, as I live," declares the LORD of hosts, The God of Israel, "Surely Moab will be like Sodom And the sons of Ammon like Gomorrah-- A place possessed by nettles and salt pits, And a perpetual desolation The remnant of My people will plunder them And the remainder of My nation will inherit them."
  5. This they will have in return for their pride, because they have taunted and become arrogant against the people of the LORD of hosts.

  1. The LORD will be terrifying to them, for He will starve all the gods of the earth; and all the coastlands of the nations will bow down to Him, everyone from his own place.
  2. "You also, O Ethiopians, will be slain by My sword."
  3. And He will stretch out His hand against the north And destroy Assyria, And He will make Nineveh a desolation, Parched like the wilderness.
  4. Flocks will lie down in her midst, All beasts which range in herds; Both the pelican and the hedgehog Will lodge in the tops of her pillars; Birds will sing in the window, Desolation will be on the threshold; For He has laid bare the cedar work.
  5. This is the exultant city Which dwells securely, Who says in her heart, "I am, and there is no one besides me " How she has become a desolation, A resting place for beasts! Everyone who passes by her will hiss And wave his hand in contempt.
 
 
  1. ああ． 反逆と 汚れに 滿ちた 暴力の 町．
  2. 呼びかけを 聞こうともせず， 懲らしめを 受け 入れようともせず， 主に 信賴せず， 神に 近づこうともしない．
  3. その 首長たちは， 町の 中にあってほえたける 雄獅子． そのさばきつかさたちは， 日暮れの 狼だ． 朝まで 骨をかじってはいない．
  4. その 預言者たちは， ずうずうしく， 裏切る 者． その 祭司たちは， 聖なる 物を 汚し， 律法を 犯す．
  5. 主は， その 町の 中にあって 正しく， 不正を 行なわない． 朝ごとに， ご 自分の 公義を 殘らず 明るみに 示す． しかし， 不正をする 者は 恥を 知らない．
  1. Woe to her who is rebellious and defiled, The tyrannical city!
  2. She heeded no voice, She accepted no instruction She did not trust in the LORD, She did not draw near to her God.
  3. Her princes within her are roaring lions, Her judges are wolves at evening; They leave nothing for the morning.
  4. Her prophets are reckless, treacherous men; Her priests have profaned the sanctuary. They have done violence to the law.
  5. The LORD is righteous within her; He will do no injustice Every morning He brings His justice to light; He does not fail But the unjust knows no shame.
  1. わたしは 諸國の 民を 斷ち 滅ぼした． その 四隅の 塔は 荒れ 果てた． わたしが 彼らの 通りを 廢墟としたので， 通り 過ぎる 者はだれもいない． 彼らの 町¿は 荒れすたれてひとりの 人もおらず， 住む 者もない．

  3. "Therefore wait for Me," declares the LORD, "For the day when I rise up as a witness Indeed, My decision is to gather nations, To assemble kingdoms, To pour out on them My indignation, All My burning anger; For all the earth will be devoured By the fire of My zeal.
  4. "For then I will give to the peoples purified lips, That all of them may call on the name of the LORD, To serve Him shoulder to shoulder.
  5. "From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia My worshipers, My dispersed ones, Will bring My offerings.
  1. その 日には， あなたは， わたしに 逆らったすべてのしわざのために， 恥を 見ることはない． そのとき， わたしは， あなたの 中からおごり 高ぶる 者どもを 取り 去り， あなたはわたしの 聖なる 山で， 二度と 高ぶることはない．

  3. "The remnant of Israel will do no wrong And tell no lies, Nor will a deceitful tongue Be found in their mouths; For they will feed and lie down With no one to make them tremble."
  4. Shout for joy, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem!
  5. The LORD has taken away His judgments against you, He has cleared away your enemies The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; You will fear disaster no more.
  1. その 日， エルサレム はこう 言われる． シオン よ． 恐れるな． 氣力を 失うな．
  2. あなたの 神， 主は， あなたのただ 中におられる． 救いの 勇士だ． 主は 喜びをもってあなたのことを 樂しみ， その 愛によって 安らぎを 與える． 主は 高らかに 歌ってあなたのことを 喜ばれる．

  2. "The LORD your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.
  3. "I will gather those who grieve about the appointed feasts-- They came from you, O Zion; The reproach of exile is a burden on them.
  4. "Behold, I am going to deal at that time With all your oppressors, I will save the lame And gather the outcast, And I will turn their shame into praise and renown In all the earth.
  5. "At that time I will bring you in, Even at the time when I gather you together; Indeed, I will give you renown and praise Among all the peoples of the earth, When I restore your fortunes before your eyes," Says the LORD.
